I came in at the end of the day and Nick took great care of me. Great crew here. I went back and another great review. Austin was great. I saw Nick too and he was very polite and helpful. Austin even came out to see a light coming in in my dash. Thank you!

Hands down best location . They worked a miracle on my vehicle after experiencing a horrible experience else where ! The entire staff has been helpful , and knowledgeable , they provided great communication and executed damages with my vehicle. My car is now back in my care and I couldn t thank them more , a special thanks to Nick , Devan , Dustin, James, and Aaron. This is the place and location to bring your vehicle they will take good care of you and provide excellent service . Thank you :)

Staff here is amazing! Very professional, does everything to make sure your car is as good as new. Saved me hundreds of dollars as well! Will definitely be back for any other car issues!

Outstanding staff and service. I felt like my experience was truly important to everyone I spoke with. Staff explained everything very well and outlined necessary services clearly. I was here for brakes today only but will probably come back for oil changes going forward as I was not previously aware they offered this service.

This was by far the BEST experience I have ever had with a mechanic shop. Austin went above and beyond to help me and work with my warranty company to get my car fixed. He kept great communication with me throughout the entire process to make sure I was always up to date. Super kind and professional. I can t say enough good things about his professionalism. Devan was also awesome and efficient and was able to complete a tough job within one day!! Seriously the best experience. I have not had customer service like this in years! They will now be my go to place moving forward. Thank you all for everything!

Just picked up my vehicle after getting a few different quotes. Nick and Austin helped take care of me and both were fantastic. They told me exactly what was going on and didn t try to say I needed to replace several other things like other mechanics have in the past. Price was extremely reasonable and they were also super quick. 100% recommend!

This store is awesome!!! Everyone on staff when I went was polite and friendly and quick, considering I had two babies in tow that were getting restless. I really appreciated my guy Nick, who took the time to walk me out to my vehicle and show me what they found. Not only that, but when they say a free brake check, they mean it. My issue wasn't caused by a part that needed to be replaced, but they still fixed the problem and didn't charge me a dime. I can't say enough about this store and how great they are, but I will always bring my vehicles here first.

They were great!!! I was traveling so I needed a reliable and quick repair. They got me in the same day, gave me options, & helped me get back on the road! Customer service was phenomenal. Hard to come by these days. Polite and efficient customer service. I really appreciate that!

Brake Plus is a reliable mechanic in Saginaw that I trust. Since they opened a couple of years ago, they've taken good care of my family vehicles, and the service is great. There are no pushy salespeople trying to sell unnecessary services. In this economy where everyone is on a budget, Austin understands the value of every penny. He worked with me to get me back on the road quickly and safely and he saved me few bucks. Thanks

Excellent place. Prices are much more affordable than anywhere else. It s nice having options when it comes to fixing your brakes. Thank you to the friendly and knowledgeable staff and technicians who I could tell were working hard.

Today I got an oil change and tire rotation at Brakes Plus on Blue Mound Rd and Basswood Blvd. A few weeks ago they put on new front brake pads and were able to work on the rotors so they did not need replacing!I trust them 100%. Thorough inspections of all important things with the engine. They are super friendly and excellent in quality. Highly recommended.They are running a managers special this week for oil changes!!! $69 for 100% full synthetic!!!!!!

This was my first time at Brakes Plus and I was 100% pleased with the service provided. Austin did a great job with explaining the work required to fix my brakes, provided regular updates, and even had my car finished sooner than expected. I ll definitely be back!

I just want to give a big shoutout to Devan and Aaron for helping me today!! Kia dealer messed something up then denied they had any part in it, then went to another Kia dealer who wanted to keep my car for 8 days to run a diagnostic. So came to Brakes s plus and they resolved the problem immediately. Couldn t be more satisfied. Thank you for allowing me to always count on you! I m a repeat customer of many years now!

I ve had my car serviced several times here, from inspection to actual brake repair to significant radiator/thermostat issues and have always been very pleased. Nick (one of the managers) is responsive, explains what s going on, what the problem is, and how to fix it. They give you options and don t just immediately try to upsell you. I gave them a try because I work in the same shopping center and it was convenient; I keep going back because they do an excellent job and are honest. Are they the cheapest? Probably not. But I definitely feel like they are doing the best job they can and get the work done pretty efficiently. Even with a pretty significant repair, we were only out of a car for 2-4 days. I would absolutely recommend them!

Their service is excellent. We encountered an oil leakage issue in the engine because the previous service station we chose failed to address it properly. Upon contacting this service provider, they not only performed the necessary repairs with great expertise but also displayed remarkable friendliness throughout the process. They took the time to thoroughly fix the problem and, to our surprise, didn't charge us any money for their services. Overall, they did an outstanding job, and we extend our gratitude to Nick who assisted us. Thank you so much!

Love this location. We come for oil changes and to get things checked out on my vehicle. Everyone is always super nice. Today, we took advantage of the free Lyft ride to/from the location, while they completed the work. Thanks Austin for all of your help and information today.

One satisfied customer here. Austin and his crew did great work on my wife s 300s and prevented a future problem in a big way. Austin handled everything including the warranty department and the problems they presented of course. I definitely recommend this place to anyone! They provide a lyft for you so you can wait at home instead (for larger jobs). Austin took great care of me, and I will definitely be coming back again. Reasonable prices, great mechanics, and wonderful customer service.

I was very well taken care of by both James and Daniel for my experience here at Brakes Plus!! They took care of my car, kept me up to date every step of the way, and did what they could to inform me of other things I should keep an eye out on. They even provide a Lyft free of charge to get you back to your car from wherever you need! I will be back with my car troubles in the future.

Came here for a second opinion on the brakes after the dealership claimed that both my front and rear brakes needed to be replaced. After a 30-minute inspection, the staff told me the brakes are very much still serviceable and wouldn't need replacement any time soon. Appreciate them for being honest and courteous the whole time. Not a new customer, for sure will be coming back.
