These guys are awesome to work with! They are incredibly helpful with a great positive can-do attitude. Whether your problem is big or small, they treat all customers with great respect. I needed a car inspection to renew my tags, and they were incredibly fast.When I got my new license plates, I couldn't get the old ones off, and these guys took care of this for me, too! I Highly recommend this Brakes Plus off 7360 N Beach St. In Fort Worth.

After being charged nearly $300 I found out a tech had put stop leak in my motor cause unnecessary damage to my truck. There was no reason to even put stop leak in my truck causing it to overheat and creating an even massive leaks throughout the engine. Then they kept my truck for 2 weeks without offering to get me a rental car so I can get back and forth to work causing me to lose more money so once I received my truck back it was worse than when I gave it to them to service it mean now it's idling rough, check engine light and white smoke out of the exhaust. I didn't give them my truck like this, but for some reason it was ok for them to give my truck back in this horrible condition. So because of this situation I was force to buy a new car because my truck is sitting in my garage undrivable

Gone are the days dreading car maintenance, the team at this brakes plus off of N Beach are outstanding with service. I ve only been 5 times but have gotten new brakes, oil changes, state inspections, and the works in regards to new engine fluids. Each time, I ve left with a smile on my face, due To the great service and honesty. I requested new transmission fluids and They were kind enough to tell me the fluids were fine, instead of ask me to replace things that don t need it.Appreciate the professionalism of the team!

Great group of guys!!! I called in and they said they'd take my Patrol Truck in to get an alignment. Not only did they do a great job on the alignment, they were all super cool guys, and the price was amazing. Its about time I found a shop thats honest, friendly, affordable, and cares about customer service. They even let me have a rose they had left over from Valentines day to take home to my wife. It made her day too!! Thank you all for the great service and great prices. Change nothing about the way you do business, and we will do plenty of business in the future.

I recently had my brakes serviced at Just Brakes, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! Austin made me feel at ease right from the start by providing me with incredibly affordable quotes and guiding me through the process with professionalism and kindness. Jasmine and the team at Brakes Plus made the recent alternator and battery replacement in my 2006 Kia Spectra unbelievably simple!Even though I made it a little more complicated as I wanted to coordinate getting a warrantied battery from AAA instead of buying one of theirs, they were more than willing to cooperate with my request and include my AAA technician in the work process.While other places around town quoted me prices in the $700-$800 range, Jasmine happily worked with my $500 budget, providing superb customer service and a quality in-car product.They re building a great culture at this establishment and because of their effort and attention to detail, they ve definitely picked up a new customer in me. I look forward to working with them again in the future!

Great, great shop. My Dad needed a new motor recently, and they went above and beyond! They communicated very well, and worked with my Dad s schedule for him to be able to pick it up. They know their business! Hue is the best. He s very professional and kind. Can t go wrong bringing your vehicle here.

I first stopped by the Brakes Plus on Blue Mound Rd in Fort Worth, but was not able to get service as they were full for the day. I then called this location and they were eager to get me in! The staff here are super nice and you can tell they truly care about giving their customers great quality service. Highly recommended this location!

I took our Subaru in for an alignment because the dealership said it needed to be done but this place checked it first and no, it didn't need an alignment and Austin told me right away. He did say it needed something else but it could wait if I wanted but I went ahead and got it done today. Car runs better now.Nice guys, didn't talk down to me and didn't try to take advantage because I'm a woman. I'm a talkative person sometimes and they let me jibber jabber on which made me feel great.Definitely recommend this place.

Went in for a brake job today and I have to say this by far is the best experience I've ever had at a mechanic. Everyone is super nice and professional , Austin the one who took care of me today went above and beyond getting my brakes back to 100%, thank you! I will be getting all my mechanic work done here from now on. This place is awesome and I highly recommend you try them for yourself.

Ken and Hue were friendly, professional, and very helpful. I felt like I received a honest reasonable estimate, they found me a coupon to get me under my budget, and let me know exactly what I needed. The facility was clean and they had coffee and water available while you wait. It s also walking distance to many restaurants and stores if you need to kill time, but I was given a free Lyft to get home while my car was being serviced. Good place to get your car fixed and you will receive great customer service.

This location is a bit out of the way for me but I still take the extra time to go to the Brakes Plus on North Beach! All the staff (especially Hue) is kind and all about helping the customer. They get my car out quick and for a SUPER low price. Because of their hospitality and charisma, you always know the job is going to be done well!

I ve been to this place when it was City Garage and had a horrible experience, noticed it s now Brakes Plus and went in to see what they re all about. They have nothing to do with city garage and the service is night and day from Brakes Plus! The customer service was above and beyond. Hue helped me out and he was amazing! Not only do I trust these guys after doing a free inspection of my brakes and rotors and telling me the back brakes are fine but they even got me a Lyft ride home as I wasn t able to stick around till it was done! I never leave reviews for anyone but Hue gave this place a great reputation in my book. I now have a place I can trust with my vehicles. I ll definitely be back!!!

The General Manager Hue Bell was great.As well as the team- I mention Hue mainly because he was the one that I had the most communication with. He even provided a Lyft both ways-to home and back to shop.Kept his word when he said he would have my work truck out of shop-even when it was passed closing time

Great, quick and convenient services! Had both cars in today for state inspection, added an oil change for one. They checked over my brakes (did not need changing) and walked me over to show me their condition. Appreciate the transparency, quick work and friendly, clean waiting room! Def worth a stop by if you need inspection, oil change brakes or other repairs! Thanks Hue, Ken and James!

The experience with Brakes Plus was excellent. They treated us very well. During the repair they were not satisfied with the repair and redo, leaving the brakes at 100. My wife and me are very satisfied with Hue service and attention to us. This was in North Beach, Fort Worth. We recommend them!

Hue at Brakes Plus is the MAN!! The customer service was fantastic, he made sure I wasn t just sitting around waiting without any updates, and even made a fresh pot of fresh ground coffee whilst I waited. Every time I ve been here has been a good experience. 10/10 would recommend!

I had issues with my brakes for over a year! Been to many places and was told it was normal. My brakes were making an awful noise each time. I even got the brake pads changed twice! Brakeplus was my last try they fixed my brakes and car in 2 hours! No more brake issues, no more noise. I recommend their services for sure and the team professionalism is top notch!

They got my car in when I needed it and got it done in a timely manner. The only thing that was a bit frustrating was they had to order my brake pads although I told them what car I had when I made the appointment. Maybe give customers a heads up that you don t carry things or will need special tools and do extra work because of a certain car type, which means extra cost. Other than that, very professional.

1/25/2024 Visited Brakes Plus for quotes on installation of Dodge Ram 1500 PU power steering pump. Quotes with and without parts.The front desk crew Chance and Hue explained the process. I agreed on price and installation within 3 hours. Great professional service.EV

Hue and his team did an awesome job! He did great follow-up and the service was very reasonable. If you need brakes, this is the place to go. FYI- please go before your brakes get bad.

Took my old car there for an alignment - I was very pleased.I walked in with no appointment, they tried to do the alignment but couldn't, explained why, gave me a complete report, and no charge.What can I say?

I had a headlight out, tomorrow is Christmas Eve and it s raining so I was worried. They had me come by right away and immediately started replacing the bulbs. No hassle and superb customer service. Highly recommend for all auto needs

I got the front struts of my Honda done here. Hue & James in the front office were very nice and I felt that they were genuinely trying to help me out! Highly recommended this spot for anything brake related!

Needed to get a state inspection on the last day of the month before my tags expired, most other places said they could not service me because it was too late in the day, but not brakes plus! Even close to closing hours they made time for me and got my inspection done. Highly recommend.

Went in today to check an oil leak issue. The service manager was very kind and explained what needed to be done. They thoroughly checked out the problem and recommended repair along with the costs.After approving the repairs they got right to work and kept me informed during the process. Thank you

I thought this place was reliable and does not try to take advantage of the uneducated but I was wrong they are just like any other regular money grabbing auto shop I go here all the time for regular maintenance but recently a check engine light on my truck came on and I brought it in,thermostat I was told it would be like 1400$ I knew something was off when I got the invoice the actual thermostat itself was over 200$ Chevy themselves sell it for 160 labor was priced at 900$ but it didn t give the hourly breakdown price they normally give. The gm Hue was the one who gave me that outrageous estimate I d come here for maintenance but if it s a repair I d look for somewhere else.I ve emailed them like the business told me to and I ve received no response.

If you are looking for quality work, dynamic staff, and techs that will take their time to make sure you understand everything. Then you have found the right place.Was told by car dealership that back breaks needed to be replaced. And as we all know, dealerships are always more expensive. Got on Break Plus s website and booked an appointment within a blink of an eye. Took it up there this past weekend. They looked it over and suggested the front too. Cost was half of what dealership told me. Few hours later car was ready to go. Bada Bing! Bada Boom! My new besties.
