Rob s service level and expertise was outstanding. He took the time to keep me informed throughout the repair process, got to the root of the problem quickly, cost of repairs were very reasonable, and got me back on the road within a day. He also had pick up and return service to the shop and back home. All around A-1 customer service.

Customer service was great. Responded to all our questions very thoroughly. They worked diligently and helped us out. Our car was messed up, we re not from Texas, AND we had to get back home. These guys saved us so much money, gave us some good advice, and got us home. Justin, Nate, Dustin thank you so much guys.

Should not say they can do transmission work if they don t know what they re talking about. I have a 2019 Ford escape with 67,000 miles and I can tell it needs a flush. It drives perfect but the transmission is rough on the transmission fluid it is well known through the Ford community. And the guy made it sound like I was driving a vehicle that had over 300,000 miles on the transmission and he refused. First impressions are always important and this is one facility that I will never be returning to.

The staff did amazing in handling my vehicle. From my first phone call to the location where Rob assisted me and gave me peace of mind, to Stacey greeting us so warmly when we walked in, to Nate ensuring I was comfortable while the services my car. I cannot say enough good things about them and my car runs smoothly again all thanks to them

I came to Brakes Plus for a brake job, state inspection, and oil change. I was greeted upon entering the store and attended to promptly. My vehicle was immediately taken care of and I was informed of where they were in the process frequently. I was consulted about a recommended service which I hadn't asked for and they patiently explained why it is recommended. They were not pushy and I didn't feel like I was being given a sales pitch. My car was finished and returned to me in half the time I expected and was in great condition. I will be returning to Brakes Plus!

Justin and team did a great job at getting us in and out for an inspection. Justin went above and beyond with his customer service, nice to my kiddo and got em him crayons, was also just a pleasant person to talk to. Keep up the good work.

I had neglected getting my car fixed for a while, and the problems had piled up. Nate and the crew at Brakes Plus took great care of me at a reasonable price, even calling to walk through needed repairs to make sure I was comfortable with everything. Now, the repairs are done, and my car drives like it's supposed to!

Had the pleasure of working with Stacey and Justin for an oil change on a Saturday morning with no appointment. Even without an appointment I was still in and out in a reasonable/less than expected time frame! Very reasonably priced and super friendly staff! Thank you Stacey and Justin!

I ve been to this location several times and have always had a good experience! Everyone is always super friendly and they explain the services I need in detail. I ve never had to wait to long and if I did, they let me know ahead of time. Definitely will continue to being my vehicle here!

I've been trusting Brakes Plus with my vehicles for years. Although new to using this location, the staff and service is just as fantastic. Quality work in a timely manner. I always recommend them.

Place is clean, but the oil change was over $100 for a GMC Yukon and it took over 50 min for them to do the oil change when I was the only one in the place getting serviced. I will not be coming back.

Had an appointment and was fitted in right on time. Recommend making an appointment. Service was good and waiting facilities were clean and comfortable. Repair price was fair. Employees were knowable and helpful.

I want to say thank you to Roberts and Stacys Team at Breaks Plus Haslet northern Texas are taking the fear out of going to the Machanic for me. they do excellent work the lights are off or going off they don't cheat or add any additional fee's they are all men and women of integrity and of honor. I believe its because they all know their name will be remembered as to man or woman they are in public oh man! They all are so kind and considerate and look after their customers.

My truck was leaking coolant and they were able to determine the issue (radiator and thermometer) and have everything replaced in under 4 hours. I m very impressed and Justin ensured I was kept in the loop through it all. Very satisfied!

It is one of the best automotive shops around. Tremendous customer service and excellent mechanic care. Extremely polite and knowledgeable staff. Stop by and talk to Nate. He will make sure you and your vehicle are taken care of...

While they can work on easy car maintenance they lack experience to work on complex car issues. I have taken my car three times for them to figure out the issue and fix it, each time they say they resolve it but they never did. Don t believe the warranty paper they give you because they would not owner it

WOW! Never had a place offer to take me home & back while being serviced. Although I declined, it was nice to know they would do such a thing. Check their online coupons before you go too!! Was there for 2 hours to get my front 2 front brakes fixed, pads, rotors, fluids... Very friendly people & the diagnostic is free! They showed me my brakes before I agreed to the work as well. All in all very transparent place & courteous staff. I'm happy they're so close to home.

Brought my wife s MDX in for new brakes before traveling for the holidays. Came in on a Saturday morning before it got too busy and the team got to work on our car right away. Nate kept me updated, showed me the things they found, told me what needed attention now and what could wait until the next time. I never once felt like I was being taken advantage of or being upsold on something I didn t need.I brought my laptop so I could work a little while I waited, so after spending a little over an hour in the waiting area, I feel I can confidently say the GM Rob, Nate, & the rest of the team do their best to help their customers get what they need and get them back out on the road as efficiently as they can with the customers being as satisfied as they can be. I ll definitely bring our cars back to this Brakes Plus location for future maintenance. (It s also nice that there is a 7-Eleven, Panda Express, & a Starbucks within easy walking distance.)

I recently came to Brakes Plus without an appointment and was limited on time. I asked if they could complete my state inspection in 45 minutes, and they said yes. Not even 15 minutes later, they were done. It was pouring rain that morning, and they left my car running for me just outside the door so I wouldn t have to walk in the rain. Everyone was very friendly, polite, and helpful. Will definitely recommend.Service: Vehicle Inspection

Customer Service at this location is outstanding. I use to take my car elsewhere for an oil change. But I started using Brakes Plus after seeing how thorough, patient and knowledgeable these guys are after a couple of trips to them for other work.

I had a check engine light on and other icons on my car flashing. Went to Breakplus and spoke with justin explaining what s going on. Gladly they were able to fix what s wrong with my car. This is not our first time with them, they re always accomodating and explains to you what they re gonna do with your vehicle. They always deliver the best service you could ask for for your vehicle. Good job Justin and Team!

I recommend this location to anybody local or traveling a distance. They got me taken care of in a days time. My truck is back on the road and my brakes are excellent!! & Justin the service advisor is the best when comes to communication and recommendations!!

Great friendly service. Made an appt online for alignment issues. Got in the shop and waiting while they repaired the vehicle in less than an hour.

Went for a simple wheel alignment, and not only were they not able to get it done. They also gave me back the car in a much worse condition. Car is now jerking left and right and cant even brake straight when before it was only my steering wheel that wasn't centered. Don't trust these Corporate shops better finding a local shop with years of reputable experience
