Bill is doing work that not a lot of mechanics do anymore. He is also honest and well priced which is also rare these days. I brought him a very custom off road vehicle and while every shop turned me down, it s Bill s specialty so he took it in and knew what to do with everything. I would definitely be coming back!

Bill and Larry are not good. I bought a used car from a friend who praised Bill for his repairs on the car. Just took the car to another mechanic and he discovered the air filters hadn't been changed in years. Same with the sparkle plugs.There was a connection zip tied.This mechanic is honest and upfront with all his customers. Bill doesn't give receipts. I have no paperwork on my car from Bill. My friend was the first owner of my car. Never the less I will not go back to Bill's auto repair not even for a oil change. My mechanic replaced the timing chain and sensors. The car runs beautiful now.

My truck was towed from my apartment complex to a lot nearby for an alleged leak. I took it to the closest shop which happened to be Bill's. I feel so lucky to have found this shop. After looking into it and checking for leaks they discovered it was just a loose nut causing a small drip every few hours. Nothing else. They were honest and even worked with me on a day to pick up my truck so I wouldn't have to take off work. It felt like I was picking up my truck from family. If you want an honest opinion take it to Bill's! I'm a customer for life.Service: Auto maintenance

I have been using Bill's for over twenty years. I never thought to write a review. I now live an hour away, and still won't go anywhere else! Knowledgeable and fair!!! I have recommended many people through the years, and everyone has been pleased!

Bill and his wife are angels. We were passing through town on a long road trip and our car suddenly lost acceleration. We limped off the highway and to their shop. Bill looked at it right away, fixed the issue, and we were back on the road in no time. As impressive as the quick repair was, the most impressive part of the experience were Bill and his wife. So kind and helpful. Genuinely more concerned about helping people in need than their own benefit and comfort. GREAT PEOPLE. May God bless them!

They had my vehicle for two weeks and was not able to figure out what was wrong. The owner was the only mechanic working on cars and reminded me of that the few times that I called him to inquire about my car. I managed to drive the car to my mechanic and within 10 minutes he was able to pull up the codes and looked under the hood just to discover that the air filter was missing and that was what was causing the codes. We were able to drive the car to our mechanic fourteen miles away in first gear with it dying on us once. Our mechanic said that the computer was fine and that it had a major vacuum leak which Bill said that we didn't have a vacuum leak and that the computer needed to be replaced.

I originally took my car to two different dealerships in fort worth to handle an issue with the AC: the first one missed an obvious diagnosis and took several weeks to do a few simple tasks and bill me for services that didn't even fix the problem. The second one took 4 hours for an oil change and to get me a quote on a new AC clutch/compressor kit.Fed up with the "proper" maintenance places in DFW, I sought an independent shop to fix my car's AC and replace the alternator after it died. Right off the bat, Bill recommended me a towing company that saved me over 100 dollars vs the first place I found online. Then he recommended I replace my car's entire AC system (it's an old car rusted out from the upper Midwest), after inspecting the car and validating my reported issue. To do this task and replace the alternator, Bill charged me less than the dealership would have to replace only the clutch/compressor! Not only that, but Bill had my car fixed in a few days despite dealing with bolts that were locked with rust. I've driven several hundred miles since then, and both the AC and alternator haven't given me any problems. Bill is a very knowledgeable mechanic and he doesn't charge you through the nose for OEM parts or tack insane markups onto aftermarket ones. I'm grateful for the way he does business and plan to take my car there in the future for anything else it needs.Services: A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning

Bill and his wife are lifesavers! We were traveling from Missouri when we noticed a brake issue; we called to see if Bill could get us in on a Sunday on a whim. When we got to Bills shop, he was super friendly and helpful, diagnosed the issue, found the parts and had it fixed in no time! We are so thankful we found Bill and his wife. I found Bill through my husband who has been utilizing Bill's services for more than 20+ years. Bill is brilliant when it comes to diagnosing and fixing issues. His prices are unbelievable reasonable and his work is superb. He works on our entire families vehicle repair needs. We trust him and he has clients in us as long as he is able to continue to do the work.

Bill and his wife are some of the most honest hard working people that my family has met and lucky for us they know how to problem solve vehicle issues. My first experience with them was a pleasant surprise. My Dad and Uncle told me to take my Old 98 Dodge Truck over to them to get an estimate on a transmission issue after I got a high estimate over at another shop and Bill's estimate was what I paid and not a penny more. His estimate was half what the other people wanted to charge to just open up the transmission and diagnose. Each time I have taken a car to Bill, I have been pleasantly surprised at his bill. A few times the bill was so low that I have offered him a tip on the low bill he charges for his good work. He is a problem solver for all things car related and so I would not recommend anyone else to do the job well and at a very honest price.

Bill is the absolute best at what he does. For years, I've looked for a mechanic I could trust & I found him. Him & his wife Sonia go above & beyond to take care of their customers. If you're not using Bill for your repair needs, you're missing out

Bill really blew me out the water. Got it done in less than half the time he quoted. Saved me way more money than expected. And he did it in a way that other shops didn't even bother trying. He was able to back out a bolt that even firestone couldn't do. Saved me from replacing the whole intake manifold. This guy is legit. Found him because of his amazing reviews and I see why

Bill was such a blessing! Got my tenants car fixed up in a jiffy. He was very kind and "sour". I know if anything happens to my Jeep I'll be going to him. He has gained a customer for life. Thank you ao much Bill for your kindness and patience with us.

Hands down the best shop in dfw & possibly more. They did not disappoint at all. Got the repairs on my truck done in a timely manner & very nice & honest doing it. WE NEED MORE PEOPLE & MECHANIC LIKE BILL & HIS WIFE. You will definitely see me coming back. I would trust Bill with way more than just my car. He's the very best you could ever wish for in any relationship, professional or otherwise. You will never find a more reliable, honest, caring, up front and technically saavy problem solver. If I were still living in TX I would still be using Bill for everything.

This guy does excellent work at a great price. Been using this place for years. Honesty in a mechanic shop is hard to find so I keep coming here for any and all my maintenance and repairs. Bill's a straight shooter. First Bill and his Wife are awesome people, Bill replace the fuel pump on my truck and did a great job, he does quality work, the repair was done in a timely manner, and his prices is great, a few weeks ago he did a repair on my daughter's car and she has been really please with the work and cost, I recently found another issue with my truck and I will be taking it to Bill's Auto Repair in Fort Worth, Texas to have it repaired:::: Update:::: I like Bill alot but make sure work is done properly he change coil on my truck because it was sputtering, truck ran fine for a month and start acting up, was told it was a different coil so paid for another coil after a couple of weeks truck act up again. Took it to another garage found out same coil must have been replace twice because only 1 new coil was install and the bolt that hold the coil was broken, so I was not told that he broke the bolt, so the new garage I went to had to get the old bolt tap out install a new coil and new bolt truck been running great ever since.

Bill"s is great, my dad has known Bill for several years, my dad was working for Chevron and Bill would work on company vehicles and also the guys personal vehicles and did a great job, recently i hit something on the highway and bent a rod under my car, the dealership wanted to charge me an outrageous price to fix it, my dad suggest i call Bill, that was a great decision, not only did Bill do a fantastic job of fixing my car his price was alot.....i mean alot less than the dealership, so if you need repairs to your car at a reasonable price call Bill's......Thanks Bill........Candace P.Service: Wheel alignment
