Ridiculous place and bad customer service like they don t need your business. Parts are all scratched up/dent and useless. I came from Houston and they are scam. Told me the parts are in good condition but all messed up. This place is a waste of time. I ordered from another auto parts shop and the parts were way cheaper and well kept and in good condition.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! A miscommunication resulted in the wrong part getting shipped to me and I'm not even mad. My replacement part was shipped out immediately and I was treated GREAT thru the entire process. Extra thanks to DYLAN who handled the situation professionally and quickly to get my daughter back on the road. CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!!!

Called on a Friday morning needing both front and rear cross members making sure to clarify the front was 2 pieces one being aluminum the other steel. The steel part was what I really needed and prepaid. Showed up Saturday the gentleman at the counter seemed nice a little busy but it was Saturday. Waited an hour for the parts that had already been pulled just on the other side of the door. And the steel part was missing everyone helped look but to no avail no part to be found. I called back on Monday hoping the guy that pulled it knew what happened. No luck. Now I'm getting the runaround on them making good on it with a partial refund. Still waiting on that call back Kevin.

Look we all know that the Automotive repair industry has made some major changes in the past 10 years and although it's great because we're learning so much more about vehicles, it has a darker side when it comes to finding good quality parts with honest sellers online.For me, ordering used parts online is a major trust issue, and I know it is for you too. But I want you to know that you can Trust Big Red Auto Parts.I'm a millennial so I'm pretty comfortable with technology, but I was really struggling to fill out the PDF form and asked if they could help me, and they did (I was surprised when they responded to me in 15 minutes.Not only did they do that, but they got my part to me in 2 days! They literally shipped it to me the very next day before the lunch shipping hour.And while you may be looking at the shipping and handling prices and being like "wow that seems kind of expensive" It's not. They used FedEx.As most of you know, either you go to the parts place in person and pick it up yourself, or you don't get your part for a week or two because companies are still relying on the USPS.What I ordered:I needed a wire harness and they had it for 60% less than what others wanted for it here in Houston. It was Grade A condition too and yes, it worked.*Which we were extremely grateful for because testing each wire to find where the break is on a harness is a pain in the you know what (I would say the real word but we're online. Lol).To FINALLY wrap this up: I realized I had some questions like when will it arrive etc. and even though our transaction was done, they actually emailed me back ASAP. That's not normal if you shop online for anything! That says a lot to me about a business.*And to the Houstonians reading this: They are only 5 hours away in Fort Worth. If you have a rush job that is going to make or break your week (we all know that the "rob Paul to pay Peter" aspect of this business that sometimes occurs and time is the only thing that will keep you from missing out on thousands of dollars of repairs going out that week, sending one of your helpers to Fort Worth for the day (11 hours round trip) will save your "you know what." Just call in advance.

Great service! I called for a driveshaft and Ryan checked and confirmed they had one. Picked it up shortly after that with fast and friendly service. Part was 100% correct. Their inventory is accurate and detailed. This is my 1st call for recycled parts.

Awesome place .... Told them what I needed ....then they called me when it was ready to be picked up ... Then I decided I needed something else off of the truck that they don't normally sell and they pulled it for me in the spot

The people are nice but when I called today about a small fitting for my transmission line I was told there's a $30 minimum on any part because they have tocover their hourly labor cost

I called up to reds trying to get a compressor for my Honda, they said they didn't have it but they could order it, so I said ok paid o er the phone it was going to be 4 or 5 days. Those 5 days went by I call and it still wasn't there so I waited one more day and then drove from ftw to Kennedale to pick up my part. Turns out it still needed to be pulled off the vehicle. So I was lied to and rudely asked if I could drive around in my diesel n kill some time for 20 min. And while in there I witnessed one guy mocking a customer that was there trying to return a part because they gave him the wrong one. I won't be back.

I wouldn t buy any parts from here not now not ever. They are a scam my boyfriend bought a motor and a supposed rebuilt transmission and when it was put in his truck it did not have reverse it was not rebuilt . They gave us hell when we try to return it to get our money back said nothing was wrong with it , wouldn t give our money back. Wanted us to pay $300 to the transmission guy . So they end up saying the would rebuild the transmission ended up returning a whole different transmission saying it was the one we bought!!!!!!!! Don t even know if this one is rebuilt either !!

They are way overpriced. They try to charge nearly new prices for salvage items. The customer service is non existent. THe cross eyed man at the front desk is rude and unhelpful. If you try to question his price (which he makes up on the spot depending on his mood) he curses you and tries to fault you for asking for a decent price. I have been there 3 times and always have had a bad experience. A complete waste of time. Avoid at all costs!

Let me say these guys went above and beyond to get us what we needed. Helped us till we were all good to go. We had a huge shopping list and they were able to get everything we need and if the they didn't have it they were getting it ordered and shipped. Thank you guys for all your help.
