Thanks to Big John s Muffler for helping me get my HKS exhaust on! I was a bit worried I would have damaged my front bumper due to the height (from poor experiences at other shops in the past) but he had ramps to accommodate. Very professional and informative. Would use again in the future.

I don't know very much about mufflers but john got me right for a good price! got it done fast and super honest. 10/10 would recommend this shop to anyone. Got the truck nice and loud.

Come Here! I called a few other local shops around trying to get a quote on a muffler delete on my 2019 F-150 5.0. I was quoted on average about $120-150 to cut the muffler out and weld in a 3in pipe. John gave me a quote within 10 seconds over the phone for $70 bucks flat out the door. Took it up there and was immediately addressed by John who told me it would be a few minutes since they were helping another gentleman out. I sat in the waiting room for about 5 minutes and then I met Paul who asked me if i had been helped. He asked me and confirmed what we were doing and grabbed the truck and had it up on the lift in about 10-15 minutes from arrival. He had the muffler out in about 3 minutes and the pipe cut and fitted very quickly, making a bunch of minor adjustments to ensure everything fit, was level, and tucked in properly. He even welded in an extra hangar and coated the the welds to protect them from rust. Also as an additional step, Paul checked for leaks twice just to make sure everything was buttoned up. From me arriving to leaving it took about and hour and fifteen minutes and I was talking to Paul for the majority of the time he was working. Both Paul and John are extremely friendly and efficient and allowed me to watch them from start to finish, which I greatly appreciated since the vehicle only has 400 miles on it. You guys are doing a really great job and I d recommend this place hands down to anybody, in or even out of the area, especially to those like myself who are very sensitive with their vehicles. Thank you again to Paul for the fantastic work and great conversation. Big John would be proud of the way y all are running things!!

Good little shop that is very reasonably priced and doesn't BS you. They did a good job on my mid muffler swap on my HC and even leak checked the welds while running and touched up a few spots. They also straightened my tips after everything. Plan on bringing in my truck shortly.

Received excellent service from Little John at Big John's Muffler Shop! He answered all my questions and installed my catalytic converter in about 30 minutes. Also, amazing savings compared to other shops I queried. Very honest, did not replace a part another shop said I needed that I asked for that he said I actually did not need. Thank you!

Installed muffler on my truck. Very professional. Took no time to install my flowmaster great price. Has waiting area inside shop but of course everyone wants to be outside looking at the work being done to their vehicle. GREAT PLACE ....GREAT PRICES ...HONEST AND STRIGHT FORWARD .WHEN YOU NEED MUFFER WORK COME SEE THIS GUY

The catalytic converter was stolen from one of my vehicles and I needed a replacement. I was calling around for ballpark quotes and found Big John's. They offered a good price and were close by so I paid them a visit. The shop is family owned and I spoke with Paul and John. Both were very friendly and gave me some valuable info regarding my cat replacement which saved me additional $$. The service was fast, very reasonably priced, and Paul and John were great to work with. If I need any type of exhaust work in the future, this is where I'm going. Highly recommend.Service: Exhaust

I would highly recommend Big Johns muffler shop, the owner was very time efficient and very knowledgeable with his products, I will definitely be returning with any other vehicle that I need exhaust work done on, don t mind the tip or front portion of this exhaust as it was done elsewhere, the owner only added the muffler and it sounds great

I came in because of a check engine light and code for catalytic converter. They double checked the code and we re able to diagnose the trouble part. This is a great shop. Very clean and well kept. I needed a new exhaust , including a muffler on my 1983 Monte Carlo. They replaced the exhaust, starting near the manifold all the way to the tip. The work was excellent and my car sounds much better now. They even fixed my driverside door that was hard to open. They fixed it free of charge! I highly recommend this shop!Service: Exhaust

John was quick to respond to my communications and took the time to thoroughly address my concerns. He rewelded my catalytic converter on my '15 Tacoma after it had been stolen and recovered by the police. He did a fantastic job, did it quickly, and at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend going to John's shop for any of your exhaust needs! He was recommended to me by another mechanic's shop that is also highly rated on Google. I had my catalytic converter stolen and went here to get a replacement. Did a very shoddy welding job as exhaust was leaking and had to go back. The finally got the welding done enough to stop the leak but ended up damaging the sensor as they didn't remove it while welding. Had to pay for another. You would think they would do a better job since that is their primary business.Service: Exhaust

Here is another well-deserved 5-star review for Big John's Muffler. The true colors of any automotive service show when things don't go as expected. The 5' straight SS pipe I brought in was too thin-walled to bend without crushing it, so John called his local supplier and got a much heavier SS pipe delivered within an hour. I know this cost significantly more than stock tailpipe, but thankfully he only charged me the stock price. John let me supply my own replacement muffler, a couple of pipe adapters and the tip, while he supplied new hangers. With the truck on the lift, John was happy to answer questions, hear my ideas and customize a few aspects of the job to my vision. I tend to be picky about craftsmanship; yet, in rare form, I actually have no complaints. The same goes for the pricing and value I received here. And a big thank you to his shop tech for helping me unlock my door after I locked the key inside. Definitely exceeded my expectations on all fronts.

Very professional and instead of going ahead a changing the muffler for $80 the guy said he just weld the hole for $25. I will be using them for all my exhaust needs. I have told friends and family about them. I wish them success in business.

Asked for a quote to get a resonator and muffler delete on MKV Supra. A reply was given promptly through Google, with a rough estimate.Few days later, I take off work early to bring the vehicle in, calling beforehand to ensure stopping by was ok. After arriving, there was one customer being assisted before me.I head into an empty office and take a seat, nobody to greet me. Couple minutes later, a seemingly disgruntled employee came through the door and quickly greeted me and said they would be with me as soon as possible, before disappearing back through the shopBeing an enthusiast, I wanted to do my usual mods with a new vehicle and wanted to try this shop after looking through the reviews. Why not? It's on the way home from work.I waited around for 30 minutes with no other interactions, updates, etc. This isn't my first time doing a mod of this nature and I know how much time it typically takes and the work involved. I felt pretty disrespected as a customer and after, (who I am guessing is the owner), walked in the office several times without any sort of update on when he would get to me, I decided to leave.Its sad as a car enthusiast to be treated this way. I asked for a quote, I called before coming, I did my due diligence. Its unfortunate that "Big John" or whoever didn't think my business or seemingly my character/appearance was good enough...I advise any enthusiast or potential customer to stay away. This seems to be a small time shop and not what the reviews claim. Maybe I came on a bad day, but that isn't an excuse to treat me the way I was treated.

"Little" John was incredibly friendly when I called in for a quote, and when I came in he was professional friendly and prompt. The quote was exactly what I was changed and for the work, I am very happy with price. properly painted the welds for long life, and the exhaust hangs perfect. My mechanic tried charging me $632 to put in a new catalytic converter which is outrageous. So, I called around to see who had the best price to weld on the cat for me and some quoted as high $200-$400 and then I found Big John's Muffler shop who gave me a great price. I showed up there 30 minutes before closing expecting them to tell me to come back tomorrow but he grabbed my keys and got to work. I was in & out in less than 30 minutes.I will definitely come back here & I will send friends and family. Thank you Big John for choosing to help me rather than rob me.

Some thief tried to steal our catalaytic converter over the weekend but was unsuccessful. I took it to Big John's this morning and they were able to patch and weld the converter back in place. Theives tried to steal my car parts. My neighbors scared the 2 guy's away. Called my neighborhood car repair businesses. Big John's Muffler was highly recommended to me to solder my catalytic converter back into place.Very professional.� They were able to get me right in.� My car was back on the road within the hour.In a bad situation, it was a true blessing to be referred to them. Good dudes but poor quality tips started after 1 month order more on amazon
