I have worked with 2 other shops. Both treated me like I was a nuisance more than a customer. Questions were a bother to them and calls when the car was weeks late were obviously annoying them.When I came to Baily s and Chris sat down with me to work out a plan for my car I knew I was at the right place. Chris met me at the track and not only made sure my car was tuned correctly, he also provided me with advice from launches, to tire pressures.If you are looking for a shop that can build the fastest cars and they care about you as a customer, hit up Chris Baily.

I love Bailey s Hyproformance! Everyone that I ve dealt with has been fantastic.Chris set down with me and walk-through the things that I was trying to accomplish and gave me more information than I thought possible. Marlene was extremely helpful through the entire process and very kind and concerned about my needsThe performance enhancements that Chris made to my hellcat has been Wonderful. I am definitely a lifetime, customer!

Twice I called, about a year apart, asking if they could work on my car(one was about an e85 tune, one was about a cam and head swap). They never called me back either time. Their quote for the labor was reasonable however they wanted $1700 for a tune which is absurd. I asked about getting on the schedule for labor only and I would use MMXs tuning(their cam) so I can save over a thousand dollars, they said they only do their tuning and would get back to me if they'd be willing to only do the labor. Ghosted again, not very professional.

Chris and his team installed a 2.3 Magnuson on my 5.7 Challenger and dyno tuned it back in July. They also fixed the botched header install another shop did. Great performance, great results, and no Check Engine Lights. This is THE hemi shop. Don't look elsewhere.

I have used Bailys for most of my car needs thorughout the years. He has built a Trackhawk for me and now a Durango Hellcat. I have always been pleased with the work they do and the communication from the owner and team. He always texts me or calls me back with info and is always helping me with my questions that I have given the builds I have done with his shop. Usually there are always some kinds to work out with new builds and mods and Chris still stands behind helping me. I would recommend them to others and appreciate the work from Team Bailys.

I own a 2016 Hellcat and wanted to upgrade the performance of the car I connect with Chris a few month ago and he was open about the different mods and invited me to visit the shop everyone there was transparent and willing to let me look around. James was awesome after talking with me we changed my mod and it actually saved me a few dollars, not that it mattered however they didn t upsell and I appreciate that! My car was done ahead of schedule and the the results are amazing the car feels totally different in performance can t wait to see what it will do at the track. I would totally recommend his team!

CHRIS AND HIS TEAM DID AN AMSING JOB ON MY 392 AND WHEN KNOWONE ELSE COULDN'T FIGURE OUT WHAT WAS WRONG WITH MY NEW EIGHT SPPED TRANS CHRIS TOLD ME WHAT IT WAS OVER THE PHONE I DID NOT BELIVE HE COULD DO THIS SO I SENT IT TO HIM AND BAM IT WAS FIXED AS HE SAID IT WAS. THIS IS MY AL GO TO MOPAR SHOP.

My experience with Baily s Hyperformance has been nothing but top notch. I first contacted Baily s to inquire about what could be done to meet my goals and stay within my personal budget. Chris (the owner) called me personally to discuss the options and provided all the details on what could be done. After we settled on a build plan (custom cam, ported heads, cat delete, & tune), Chris walked me through the process and expected timeline with the build and was willing to answer every last question I had. During the build I was updated on the progress often. When there was an unexpected issue during the tuning process, it was quickly troubleshot, and resolved.When the car was complete, it was everything that I was looking for in the build. From sound of the custom cam while sitting at a stop light, to the top end pull from the additional power.I truly believe that Chris cares about the customer, the quality of the build, and can deliver on what he says.

Chris Baily and his team are by far one of the best Performance Shops in Texas. After 3 failed attempts from 3 other shops locally Bailys took my build head on and went above and beyond my expectations. Even before I took my car over to him he was always willing and open to talk to me about any questions I had about my car. Bailys Hyperfomance will be the only shop that does any kind of performance modifications too my car from now on. They even detailed and cleaned the car right before I picked the car up

I cannot wait until my car gets there. Chris asked me first time we talked on the phone what numbers are you trying to hit? To me that meant everything because I ain't even know lol. A shop that will listen to you and get you where you need to be is beautiful. Tucker racing sent him a picture of my install and he immediately said nope upgrade that crank. Got one ordered from Callies months ago and they are still behind but soon as that baby drop we making it happen. Fastest Mopars on earth come from this shop. Appreciate Tucker racing for mentoring me and my build. Fastlyfe_pryme on IG and youtube follow and subscribe. Letz gooo!!!

Simply the best in my opinion. I have known Chris for 9 years and two builds. I wont let anyone else touch my engine. I just picked up my 880 HP to the wheel monster hellcat and it is amazing. Chris backs his work and won't lie to you. Highest recommendation!!!!!!!! Do yourself a favor and go to Bailys if you have power needs. In fact, they can do almost everything from wraps to lights and body kits. Check out my car to see the Bailys magic. Thanks Chris and Marlene.

I bought a car with a cam and the work was not done correctly. I took it to Chris and he went through the engine to make sure nothing was damaged. Put a new cam and lifters in. The car runs better then it ever has. If you are looking for the work to be done right, then this is the place. They were also every friendly and communicated every part of the process. (8 YEAR UPDATE) she is still running great. I have not had 1 issue with the engine. I've driven around 40k miles since the work was done 8 years ago. Thank you!

I was referred to Chris Baily and Baily's Hyperformance and am grateful I found them! Immediately the team gave me a sense of confidence that they knew not only what they were doing, but what was needed to be done. They are pros with my supercharged Ram 1500 ... they operate with technical expertise and professionalism, and their attention to detail is refreshing. But they also treat me (and every other customer I saw walk through the door) with tremendous empathy, care and understanding. My Challenger Redeye is a powerful car straight off the showroom floor.What I find so remarkable is how tame the car is when driving normal.Took the car to Baily's to get the HyperPerformace tune because a true gearhead guy can never leave well enough alone. When I got the car back it still had its mild Dr. Jekyll calmness.But when it was time to unleash the massive power,WOW The acceleration is incredible . From 40mph to 150mph seems like it took just a few seconds.In fact on our way home after picking the car, I flew by my wife at 140mph, it scared her, Awsome.How Chris and his band of incredible mechanics were able to marriage Mr Hyde and the Incredible Hulk to produce this performance is awesome. The work is clean and very professionalSo ya, very happy.!!!

My family have done a lot of business at baileys, and we ve had nothing but An amazing experience.Chris and his entire crew are extremely knowledgeable in they re field and better yet have amazing customer service.Would highly recommend this shop to anyone wanting to transform a regular car to a monster!

Baileys hyperformance did a stage 3 upgrade in our trx and has exceeded all expectations. Great communication with customer which is very rare in the performance world, but truck performance well! Great people to work with! Check them out

There are too many great things we could say about Baily s. I ve never seen a shop go so above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy. My fianc� and I just moved here from CA and are beta testing a new product for a company. Baily s was recommended to us so we took it to them to completely handle not only the install, but the other snags we ran into as well. They accommodated us and our tight time frames and constantly stayed in communication with updates on the car. We finally have the car back and it feels like a completely different vehicle. Its amazing! Everything was so much less stressful knowing the car was in their hands. We couldn t ask for a better experience. We will be bringing all of our future business to Baily s. Thanks guys!

I have 6 friends that have all gone to this shop, and every single one has issues ranging from blown engine from complacency, his employees taking cars for joy rides with their girlfriends. He never meets his schedule and charges for parts that were never used! I strongly recommend everyone to find another shop cause no one here cares for your car, only about how much money they can take from you.My personal experience, I contacted Chris Baily (Owner) and asked him what parts to purchase and where should I start... his responce was, oh just bring me a few thousand dollars and we will do something.He also says if any other shop works on your car then he will not touch it. He is over confident from past assumed successes but his shop is bombing now and he has no honor to cover his mistakes!

First of I d like to say that Baily s was the best shop and I mean the BEST shop I have ever worked with and I ve worked with a lot of shops in the dfw area. Marlyn and Chris were so helpful in helping me achieve what I wanted from my hellcat and they did not disappoint! Such a clean job! I unfortunately did not get the chance to meet the whole team but they really worked hard and it is obvious. I could not be happier with baily s. If you would like your car to be reliable while basically flying Baily s is the place to go. 10/10!!!Services: Exhaust, Auto engine tuning

Love how Bailys does builds! Hands down best shop I ve dealt with, from start to finish. Great communication, customer service, mods, and finished built. Wouldn t trust anyone else with my car but Bailys Hyperformance. Strongly recommend if you want your car done right!!

The employees of this shop did an excellent job on my new 2015 mustang! Did a few bolt on upgrades and a tune and are very happy with the results! The owner Chris Bailey was very courteous and quick with responses with questions I might have and provided and excellent customer service experience! I will be taking my wife's FJ there and my car there in the future for more work!

Baily's is fantastic to work with and they do fantastic work. I couldn't be happier with the work done to the vehicle and they are quick and accommodating to any changes/ needs. I highly recommend them!

I was easily able to contact them through email. Get a response quickly. Even though they were not able to do the job, they did recomend. Someone else who could do it. I love shops who are open and honest about their work. They are not able to do open dif to LSD conversions.

My experience with Bailey's Hyperformance. I definitely do not recommend. I took them my car in November of 2017 to troubleshoot a motor and other things. The motor Was damaged beyond repair by another shop. Bailey's took 4 1/2 months to tear my engine down finish out a completed short block and install it, their lack of knowledge is unbelievable. Chris Bailey the owner repeatedly lied to me. And when I would called him out on his lies he would threaten to kick my car out of his shop.. According to Chris the customer did not have a right to know when his car would be complete all he would say is when it is 100% perfect.. I am here to tell you his version of perfect is far from mine . When I got the phone call to come pick up my car. When I got there the motor would not run are Idle properly also the alternator and the airconditioner you could move and rock with your hand.. They did not mount the starter properly and broke teeth off of my flex plate. When I went to start it , It would not start because of the broken teeth. They also broke all of my PCM plugs and he refused to take responsibility for what his shop broke.... My car is currently at another shop fixing their screw up's. This shop is right there with savage street cars in Houston make no mistake.. Update The new shops findings. Head gasket and intake gaskets improperly installed both leaking. Spark plug gaps was way off. Several teeth broke off a my flex plate because the starter was not install properly It had to mounting options and they chose the wrong one. Broken O rings on the injectors. Spark plug wires not install properly and burnt. A massive amount of gray silicone on my head gaskets. A broken temperature sensor. You have been warned.
