This place is awesome! Been in twice the last 6 months with bad batteries. The staff is great! Glenn is very helpful and super cool! He replaced my battery, cleaned my connections and got me back on the road. I won't be going anywhere else for my car/truck needs.Thanks again Glenn!!!

On this cold and rainy day, Mr Glenn helped me out. He went above and beyond helping me out with my van. He provided exceptional service to my family and I, and I greatly appreciate him for it especially is being from out of town! He gave amazing hospitality and had so much patience and respect.

My husband and I went in for a new battery for his GMC Sierra. Glenn was so nice and courteous. He welcomed us right as we walked in. Was super helpful and even helped us change the battery. He was very knowledgeable about our vehicle and easy to talk to.We truly appreciated his help. He was awesome! Look for Glenn when you go in.

Today I had called the store looking for a car part I need. the experience, which I recently had tonight was a poor interaction over the phone. The phone call began with an excessive hold time, which was frustrating. A man named Jesus had finally answered the call and seemed disinterested and lacked the enthusiasm to help resolve my issue. Throughout the conversation, the representative appeared to be inattentive and uncooperative, making me feel as if my concerns were not important.One of the main issues during the call was the representative s lack of knowledge about the company s products and services. I would also like to take into account the foul language about paraphernalia I overheard when he had put the phone down. I m assuming he didn t realize I could still hear him. I hung up and called back!!! Thankfully I got a very nice girl by the name of Shannon and she was much more interested and helpful. She was able to find the part I needed in the matter of a few minutes. This is why I m giving it 3 stars if it wasn t for her I would have give. One but I don t believe one bad apple should ruin the bunch. Thank you Shannon for the great service !

I was in the store on Friday to get a TPS senor and Quentin was very helpful and got me what I needed he had to order it from the hub. He let me know it would be in on the frist run Saturday.

I had to share my experience today with Lilly Martinez. I came in for a battery check and I was lucky enough to have Lilly help me. She looked up my name and I found I still had warranty left on my failing car battery. She offered to help install the replacement and was super nice and friendly. I want autozone to know they have a valuable employee working at the camp bowie location in Fort worth texas. Great Customer service is very hard to find in the world we live in. I really appreciate Lillys help today. Keep up the good work and thank you again for everything you helped me with today. Sincerely, happy Customer

Great customer service received from Shannon this morning! She assisted me with my new battery purchase and install and was even able to qualify me for a small discount to help save me some coin!! Thanks Shannon! Now I won't have to worry about my wife getting stuck somewhere.

Glenn helped me VERY quickly with battery testing and battery replacement. He even came out and helped me replace the battery himself and it was the quickest battery change I ve seen. Highly recommend

Employee recommended a new pigtail for my headlight that keeps burning out. I was pleased with her helpful recommendation. It s nice to have an employee who has some automotive knowledge and is not just a body to run a cash register.

Battery was out of warranty but was helped to make things right. The individual that helped me out had outstanding customer service. He changed the battery out for me and I was on my way. Highly recommended

Store manage Glenn at store 4241 is the upmost professional this store has had in a very long time. Totally took care of my needs and sold me a couple of items I was not looking to buy but his great personality and attention to detail while helping a customer is most impressive. Great Job Glenn!

Glen and Daniel provided me excellent customer service, Daniel put in my new battery and checked my alternater, and explained in great detail the difference between liquid and gel batteries. I am now a customer for life and would highly recommend this store.

Glen (Store Manager) was very helpful when I pulled in to Auto Zone early this morning. He tested my battery for free and explained how to understand the tester measurement as well as the important differences between a variety of new battery options. Then he offered to install the new battery. I feel like he gave service as good as (and with the same attention) as he would give his own vehicle! Thanks Glen, and Thanks Auto Zone!

I usually am not one for reviews for you need to go above company standards. Glenn helped me out getting the proper battery installed in my Silverado while also having genuine conversations with me as if he was talk to a friend people like this is why I will continue to get stuff from autozone to have a employee tell me he can do it for me cause it can be challenging for some I was glad he helped me thank you again Glenn have a blessed one brother!!

Needed to replace my battery and Shannon S was my Super Hero. She answered all of my questions, made sure I was requesting the correct battery and when I forgot my tools She made sure I had exactly what I needed to get the job done. Went in to just buy a headlight. Glenn was absolutely a lifesaver!! He replaced my headlight for me while it was raining and recommended terminal cleaner for my battery too! He really helped me out after a 12 hour night shift!

Stewart was awesome. His knowledge and professionalism saved the day for me when he changed both batteries in my Silverado Duramax 2500. It was really nice to see someone take the time to truly help a customer in a time of need. I will only go to Autozone 4241 from now on because of Stewart s expertise.
