Yamul (I hope I m spelling it right) was really really helpful with my jeep! He got in and out of my car within minutes and also went out of his way to help fix an idling issue I ve been having for a while. He was super sweet and patient, I couldn t have asked for better service.

Staff here is super friendly and helpful.Recently had a return and needed different part. I did not have the original card I had purchased with but the Sunday evening manager figured out a work around and we were on our way to complete the repair.Excellent customer service.

My interior lights on my Acura was not working so I took it to the dealership like 3 times and they could not fix the issue. The dealership said they had to charge me 3 hours to really find out what the issue was. I said well can you replace the fuse for me they told me not until they find out what s going on. So I went by Auto Zone and bought some extra fuses in case to switch out myself but I had never done that before so I asked inside if someone could help me. Ymal came out to help me make sure I bought the right fuse and even found the problem why it kept blowing the fuse all in 5 mins or less. I would highly recommend this location to all my friends and family. Autozone and their associates go above and beyond and I am very grateful. Thank you!!!!!

So my wife had a dead battery on 1/22. She went to this store. She s been there before with a bad battery with the same car with no issues. This time the young man said she didn t buy her Duralast battery there and he sold her a new one. He didn t replace it cause he said he couldn t take the battery off her 2015 Ford Fusion. He said he had to take the car apart to get to the battery. So she came home and I changed the battery with the new one in 7 minutes. Will be back this week to try to get a core refund from the old battery you didn t take off last time, and see if there s still a warranty on her last Duralast battery.

Great service and great prices. I was greated and welcomed as soon as I walked in. They assisted me in buying a car battery. I asked some questions about which battery they would buy in my scenario. I purchased the Duralast Gold since it has a 5 year warranty. Dont forget to bring your old battery in for a discount!

Yamil was fantastic! He was helping out the shop on Davis blvd. He helped me fix my tail light, spent over 30 minutes helping me and didn t even have to spend a dime. He is the type of worker who goes above and beyond for everyone around him. I appreciate his help and will remember his customer service for a lifetime.

Original review below, these guys used to be my go-to but lately I don't know if it's new management or what but they're not helpful. And the manager Danny is kind of a jerk.If I wanted unhelpful attitude at a high price I would just go to my local mechanic.----------These guys have probably helped us 7 or 8 times since I moved here two years ago. Every little weird thing in my car that I can't figure out even after an hour on the internet these guys can usually figure out if 15 minutes. And they are friendly about it. They don't make me feel like an idiot. I appreciate all the great help!

My husband and I had to stop by Autozone today due to my battery light displaying and windows stop rolling up. When we arrived Yamil Santiago was very pleasant and enthusiastic about helping us out. He immediately came check to see if it was the alternator but the diagnostic showed that the battery was going bad. He replaced our battery on my Chevy Equinox and the cabin filter which was installed wrong. He was quick and polite and very professional. This isn't my first time running into Yamil. I ran into him years ago at the Autozone in Saginaw. Same pleasant experience as well with him. Thanks again Yamil for everything. My stress went down alot today..lol

i had the best experience at this autozone the other night! my battery light showed up on my dashboard, so i went to this location to find out i needed a new alternator. Both employees were so helpful and offered to switch it out for me even though i showed up slightly before close. amazing employees, will definitely return

The service from the parts manager was excellent. Thank you so much for helping me and my buddy out with my batterie's issue. We were able to buy the connector for the battery terminal and fixed it without a problem. We need more people like you with excellent customer service skills and respect.

I came in needing a battery, but I felt bad because it was first thing in the morning and the gentleman was just about to take a bite of his food and here I come. He was very helpful, professional and courteous. He was an older gentleman, so kind. It didn't take long at all to replace the battery, I was in and out in less than 15 minutes, battery is running great

Don t expect much help . Only condescending employees. When I arrived no one else was in the store . The employees were sitting down and didn t even attempt to get up until I had already informed them that I needed to order a part. Jess Caldwell, the employee, then proceeded to question me on if I needed the part, or just fluid, fair enough, I told her I had just had everything topped off and I needed the temperature sensor. She then felt the need to tell me that even if the code reader said one thing, it wasn t necessarily definitive and that they weren t mechanics. Again, fair enough, I told her yes, I know, they re only a parts supplier. She then said they d have to order it. Then I reminded her that is why I said I needed to order a part. I mean, come on, I tell you what I need and then you proceed to talk to me like I don t know what I m doing and question the need for the part . But yet you aren t mechanics and want to question my troubleshooting? Can t you just order the part like I asked? If you re just a parts supplier stop trying to act like a mechanic!!!! Instead of arguing or making a scene, I just decided to go to another Autozone, where I know I ll get treated with respect and they re not on some ego trip.

We made a visit today since we were in town. And we didn t check stock online beforehand since we wanted to try our luck. GREAT NEWS! They had both the Cabin and air filters we needed. Plus the Bosch wipers we like AND the grease gun/grease. We also needed a lift but decided to hold off on it this time since we were already over $100 and the lift was about $280. The only thing we didn t get was the sway bar bushings since they needed to be ordered, but no biggie! We found another alternative for that.Jimmie, the kind associate assisting us today, was amazing! He had a huge smile on his face today and knew right where products were. THANK YOU JIMMIE! You are amazing, sir :)

Specifically for this location - AutoZone Auto Parts Fort Worth #4227. I am extremely happy with the customer service received. Store Manager Jace was super helpful AND I really wish i knew the other employee's name.. Jace if you see this, thank him for me also. I went in, advised of what was needed and they helped me out all the way through. This is my definite store location now.

Just came into this autozone on beach, after 6pm and Yamil changed the battery for us. Took care of us and was so nice, would very much recommend him. Couldn t be more thankful and will definitely be back to this location!

I live in the apartment complex right across the street from this AutoZone. My car would not start this afternoon, so I walked across the street and explained my situation. They let me borrow a portable jump starter. I tried to get it to work for about an hour, but my car was still not starting. I went back and told them what happened. They let me borrow an even more powerful jump starter. The second one worked flawlessly. After I returned it, the guy helping me out asked me if I wanted a battery and alternator test run on my car. I agreed. He did, figured out my alternator was fine, but my car battery was on its last leg. We went back inside the store, he showed me all the batteries he had in stock, and I ended up buying not the best one, but the second best one. He even installed it for me. This employee's name was Alan Snow. Later that day, after running some errands and swinging by an ATM, I stopped by the store and tried to give Alan a tip. He flat out refused. This man helped me tremendously and I am tremendously grateful for his assistance.UPDATE: 25 months after getting a new battery installed, my car started having issues started again. My battery wasn't 100% dead, but if it was cold in the morning, I knew I might have to turn the engine over two to three times to get the car up and running. After the second time of being scared my car wouldn't start, I drove over to the store, asked them if they would sell me a new battery, but nope, the original battery I bought in September 2020 came with a three year warranty! In less than five minutes I left the store with a brand new battery FOR FREE. I wish I caught the names of the two gentlemen who helped me. Once again, I can not recommend this store enough. FANTASTIC service!

I came in to replace a faulty battery. Danny was so kind and helpful. He installed the replacement battery quickly and efficiently! Great customer service from the whole team. I would highly recommend this location !

I went this past Sunday night 30 minutes before they were going to close. I had a dead battery. I also had never had the cabin air filter changed. Yamil swapped out the battery and offered to change the cabin air filter for me as well. Yamil was excellent. I appreciate his kindness, professionalism, and great service. He is definitely a gem of an employee and I hope he moves up at Autozone, because he would definitely be great in leadership as well. Keep up the great work Yamil! just visited with this autozone location to get a jump box for my car cause my car won t start without a jump. and when being helped by JOEY he new exactly what to do ,took action narrowed it down and it was something so simple as a new battery. SAVED ME A TRIP TO THE MECHANIC And a lot of money thanks Joey !
