ive ordered way to many online orders that weren't ready when i went into the store to pick up even though i recieved notifications that it was... and the employee named Brian is absolute TRASH and unprofessional every time i go in there.... totally bad for business

Gerson helped me out patiently with a bad battery and helped me purchase a new one. One of his managers also came out to help out since my hood wouldn't pop. Very grateful to them. They saved my day : )

Gerson helped me jumpstart my truck when it died in the parking lot next door. He walked over there with me and was very quick and easy to talk to. Very grateful for his help!

Truly grateful to Mr. Santiago and his staff for their kindness. I didn t know anything about cars or why I was having battery issues, but Mr. Santiago went out of his way to clean corrosion from the battery terminal free of charge. Amazingly helpful, patient, and kind staff!

Brian is one of the "managers" and he is NO BUENO! The sales associate there was very nice to me and patient. While they didn't have my online order ready, I was complaining that if it is ready for pickup and I received an email that it is ready, then they shouldn't be scabljng trying to find the product in the store when I wS there to pick up the order already. Instead Brian tells me that I shouldn't take it up with the associate but with him instead but while I was still talking, he walks away from me! HOW RUDE!!! I've always had fast and friendly service here. He complains that it's only him and another person working all day..well, boo hoo... I also run a store as well. Take that up with corporate Mr.Brian and stop venting onto customers and making excuses...you shouldn't be a manager then. Without customers, you wouldn't have a job. Treat people kindly next time.

Gerson C. Definitely gets a 5 star review for being efficient and super proactive on helping me take care of a defective battery I purchased back on June. No questions asked, no hassle on push back making me keep my old battery or anything. Thanks to his store manager Roberto Santiago for allowing me to have such a smooth process getting a new battery since the one I purchased in Granbury was defective. Hats off to your store for making this a fast and reliable solution!!! Greatly appreciate it.

Had my car battery die at the planet fitness that is walking distance from this location, I walked there to ask if they could go test my battery at the gym. Laith was the employee that helped me, he walked to the gym tested my battery and found out it was bad. He then jump started it and luckily it started so I then drove to autozone and bought a new battery from Laith. He then installed the battery for me as a courtesy. Workers like this make autozone a great place to come shop for your vehicle needs. Thanks to Laith I will be visiting this location whenever I need car part. Thanks Laith for the hard work you do and for the courteous attitude you have while you are on the clock. I really appreciate the help. Thank you

Santiago gave me excellent service when replacing my car battery. O reillys wouldnt replace the battery, but that wasn t stopping santiago!

I went to the AutoZone at 7545 Crowley Rd and the staff there was amazing whoever hired those guys needs a raise they work well together. I think the person who helped her name was Stacy new how to talk car talk with me and she is a woman that knows car.Thanks for helping me get my car back on the road

If I'm in town and need car-parts, car advice or good customer service this is the place I go. It's tough times and hard to get good service just about anywhere these days, but they came through. Thanks for the speedy service and help.

The Workers had absolutely no idea what they were doing (they were messing around when my husband was trying to explain what we needed), and did not know what we were talking about even after showing them what we needed(all we needed was a simple coolant cap) luckily we found what we needed on Amazon

This place is great. Super helpful. I went last year in December and they helped me put my license plate on my car. Definitely recommend going here if you want good service with a smile.

Sad,sad,sad ..the employees never get the correct parts and they don't check the contents of the packages....I don't live far nor close ..so I just wish they could hire some competent ppl...

Sometimes you get the employee who just doesn't want to be at work.You can tell by the downward smile and the disgruntled sounds they make when you ask for help .Most times its a pleasant experience.At least until you have to pay.However auto zone is less cost then o reileys.

Very rude to me and not smiling from the beginning. I had got my battery tested and I needed a new one. The guy behind the counter was talking in a low monotone voice behind the plastic window and I could barely hear a word he was saying. Kept having to say what and I m sorry I didn t hear you and it didn t matter how many times I said what he didn t make any effort to raise his voice. After all that when I went to put my new battery in he gave me the wrong battery. Now I have a dead car and a full time job so I m not sure how I m even going to get to the store to get a refund and a new battery. Great store really recommend it.

I went by the store last night on July the 6th because my license plate lights we re out. I had already received a warning from the Police. Although; they we re about to close, Robert came out and replaced the lights for me. He was a very big help to me, because I definitely did not know what to do or how to do it. He is very friendly, patient and knowledgeable! He is a great guy! Thank you so much Robert for taking the time to replace those bulbs for me!!

Wes and Nora and another tall young man were great help in finding me my battery and even went out of their way to order it for me from another store! They were all super friendly and kind!
