Oh my God the AutoZone on Crowley road in sycamore has to be the best AutoZone in the world. The manager there Stacy. Marzka She was awesome. I had a great experience there. I recommend going there if you want first class service with the smile. I had issues with my battery and couldn't find the receipt in the computer. She went through all my old phone numbers. Didn't find it but realized I was in dire need of a new battery. Unfortunately, I didn't have all the proceeds to purchase the new one and believe it or not. She did something that really touched my heart. She helped me pay for my battery. I just want to say thank you . If you're still a manager there 3 months from now I would be surprised. Good luck on your future promotions because I know they're coming

Had a great experience at AutoZone Wednesday. Jorge helped us with our Acura SUV. He was awesome! Very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Our SUV is an older model MDX so he ran our car through the motions battery testing, check engine light testing, recommendations, and referrals. I learned a lot about my car just hanging around Jorge, I can tell he cares about the customers, loves automobiles, and has a real passion for making sure both are in tip top shape. I was really happy he provided our service. We d verbally thanked him and said our goodbyes but after we left out to head to one of the local mechanics he d recommended for repair our battery drained out yet again so we went back in to let Jorge know and within seconds he rushed out with a charge machine to boost it up again for us. I know he wasn t wearing a cape, but in my eyes, in that moment, I imagined he did because he s our hero . He likely treats all customers with the same level of service and care, and these days it s unfortunate people don t take out time to bother with positive reviews on great service so I just wanted to take a moment to speak for all of them and show a bit of formal recognition and gratitude to workers like Jorge that selflessly give 110% because in this day and age it is rare to see that in a retail space anymore. With experiences like this we ll definitely be back for all our car care needs. Thank you Jorge, you re amazing!

Savannah at the Autozone in Crowley at 7545 Crowley Rd went far above and beyond my expectations as an employee. She was exceptionally kind and understanding. She was very knowledgeable of the part that I needed. And on top of that, she installed the bulb. Thanks so much!!! Definitely referring friends and family!!

This is the best place to buy your car battery! I purchased one here four months ago and it came with a warranty. Unexpectedly, the battery died, but when I brought it to AutoZone, they promptly replaced it with a brand new one. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning for future purchases.

The store was packed when I showed up, but the employees were still able to help me in a timely and helpful manner. Especially Cruz, he was able to help me identify what was wrong with my truck and which part I needed to fix it.

60 percent of the time they will give you the wrong parts, they will take hours to deliver even though you offer to come by and pick your parts and Maria Vasquez has a attitude problem.

I had a great experience here! Stacy tested my battery and gave me great input on work I may need to get done soon on my car. I am pleased with the battery replacement. It was great working with the staff. I will definitely come back here in the future.

They ALWAYS give me the wrong part every single time . They look up my vehicle and I provide and confirm trim anything they need about the type of vehicle I have . It never seems to fail. Incorrect brakes, rotors and battery. They constantly waste my time. I always have to make two trips. Get it together.

I m so thankful that Bernardo G. Picked up the phone while I was sitting in my car afraid to turn it off because of my battery situation. He told me he could assist me! I brought the battery and put it on for me less than 15 mins! Now I feel at eased! Thanks to Bernardo he was a life savior for me!

I was in a bit of a dilemma where I needed to find prior receipts to a purchase for documentation purposes and Marie who seems to be the manager or shift lead was very helpful in getting me information and pointing me in the right direction.

I had the best experience purchasing a replacement battery from Autozone today. I was greeted and met with a smile from Rice. He and his manager Stacy made sure I had the correct battery and even assisted me with removing old battery and placing new one. I would highly recommend you do your auto parts shopping with the team here they give excellent service and are very knowledgeable of parts.

I just love this Auto Zone.Mrs. Debbie was very helpful as well as her Store manager. I enjoyed the atmosphere of music and singing with the Store Manager. This was a great experience. They made my dayLove it.

I had such a pleasant experience at AutoZone. Needed a new battery, and windshield wipers and Stacy and Debbie went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Even in the cold rain.I definitely recommend this store because they met all my complications with care and Super-Patience. Lol Thank you!

Stacey the store manager did a Great job taking care of my auto problem! She installed a battery that I had to go buy from the dealership as you didn't carry one that would work. She looked up how to install it in my specific car and did it. She's fantastic and her store is the only auto parts store I will use!

First thingwhen I walked in the door they greeted me nicely and where extremely helpful. I also overheard them with the other customers and they we're really nice and pleasant with them also. But the main reason that I'm writing this review is because even when I walked out the door and came back I talked to who turned out to be the manager but I asked him if he could help me put something as small as a little light bulb in because apparently while I was putting it in, a little part fell off and I didn't know what I did. He was more than happy to help me and got me a back on the road in no time.

I brought my car in for a dx test. The young lady was very blah...meaning I had to strain to hear her. She walked out of the counter and headed towards the door... without saying anything. I didn't know weather to follow her or not. Asked which car, opened it, did her thing and without a word, walked bk in. She stated I had a O2 default reading...but in a very low voice ..no expression and I politely said "I'm sorry, I couldn't hear you." She repeated but still in a very low tone. I looked at my daughter and said, okay now what? The sales girl looked at my puzzled look, then said...oh here's your reading and handed me the paper and we left. I asked my daughter, if it was me, or if the sales associate was speaking very low and expressionless. She agreed. I would have had more conversation with a Robot. Not very pleasant until I returned that afternoon and was greeted by a older sales associate who explained what my options were. Gave me advice on how to clean the part first, before replacing it. Her advice saved me a hundred dollars. I would have given this auto zone a 0 rating and never returned, but the second employee made up for my uncomfortable first visit. My daughter and I drove back home 700 miles without any problems. Thank you, second employee...next time in town I'll be sure to get names.

I went into this AutoZone location on Crowley Road. Bernardo helped me out and found the battery I needed. He also installed it in my vehicle which was a huge help! I would like to commend Bernardo and his customer service skills. Thank you very much!!

Had the spark plugs for my 2018 mitsubishi mirage gt and boy did I need them! Fast service and even remembered to give me the boot grease too!
