They seem to have everything that you need of course I would always check on the app first.Because I had no problem there when I was there. I will give a five star today.But I will say that's not an easy place to get in and out of and that's not their fault. As far as the whole parking lot they're connected to a lot of different businesses.

This is one of the best store to come too. They always keep they cool even when people come at them crazy and just over all they just have such an awesome heart. Thank you guys for helping me with my cars and trucks always. Shoutout to Anthony, Itzel, and Judith.thanks again!

Poor customer service ever experienced with autozone. Asked to match light with the other one so they both are the same and the answer was i do not know. Previous time the autozone sells person asked me which one and he checked himself to make sure the headlight is the same.Asked for help to replace the old one with the new one i bought from them and the answer we are closing we do not help and it was 30Mins before closing time, after i insist the supervisor came out to help.Poor place to shop as an autozone frequent customer!!!

The new store manager was awesome, she was able to assist with my car light and even took it a step further with putting it in, I really appreciate her! Yall come to the North Main location and check out her and her store clerks. Itzel was able to show one of her clerks how to look up another way to search for car info, and also she was just very knowledgeable about the car parts

The best autozone I have ever been to. The customer service was beyond great. I believe the employee who helped me was named Alex. He asked questions and helped me find exactly what I needed for my vehicle. I highly recommend coming to this autozone for any help that you need with your vehicle.

I wish I remembered his name, but the associate that helped my boyfriend and I was fantastic! My boyfriend needed to charge his battery and one of my headlights was out. The associate took out my old headlight, found the correct new headlight in the store and installed it for me. I was blown away with out nice he was!

Auto zone employee went above and beyond. We didn't know the name of the part we needed. Computer wasn't helping either. He went and found it for us without the info needed. He made sure we got what we needed. Was very super patient and friendly. I am very grateful. Thank you.

We were out of town. Our vehicle broke down.We used another auto zone in the city and the girl ran to the door to lock it and giggled as she walked away it was 9:59...but anyway this location WAS SO GOOD! I ve only had one parts store treat us like this and I was so happy with the service.The manager was so helpful I think his name was Anthony? But him along with every one of his employees helped us tremendouslyThey allowed us to use the parking space to fix our vehicle.When gas started to leak out I asked them for litter to cover it up and the manager took care of it and gave me what I needed.They weren t rude or frustrated with us.We were having a tough enough time and they were so patient.I hope to never be in that situation again lolBut if it were to happen I would want people like that.The caliber of customer service was amazing!After all the terrible people we had encountered between the airport enterprise rental place to the multiple encounters with rude people.Just ... it was something we hadn t experienced on our trip. For people to treat us with respect and for them to simply have compassion and understand what we were going through.Thanks to the employees at the auto zone near the El Rancho in Ft Worth

Once again "CHEERS" to Calvin and Able for helping us out with a battery and windshield wipers! We went to the AutoZone on Long Ave. And they didn't want to help us , as a matter of fact they flat out told us just to go to another store? So thank goodness we got help at the River Oaks store!!

The best Auto Zone in Fort Worth. The manager here is so friendly, he treats us like family. I will go out of my way to come to this store over any other. They will be sure you get the right part you need but mostly, they will treat you so good you will keep coming back here.

Great staff, managers are always on point and talk to you thoroughly about what your purchasing and let you know about the warranties and everything in between. Definitely a clean and sanitized store. Great location!

Worst AutoZone staffs at this location. Put on hold for 15 minutes twice. Asked if they have different specific product other than what's on shelf and all I get is a lazy ass response. If you don't want to work, then GTFO!! No asked you to get a job. Stop shaming on your kind and go live under a bridge.

came to return a battery that i used once and the staff did not accept because of it being supposedly damaged and they did not cooperate fairly with me since i am only 15 i feel like they used that as their advantage to not give me a return for my money back . Worst experience staff must be trained better will be reporting this incident.

Poor service. I had to wait some 15 plus minutes to return a loaner tool, other wise I would have walked out. Only two employees on duty. When I asked if they were short handed, the parts guy said no. This is how they scheduled them on Sundays.
