This new store has everything & it's very clean. The employees were very professional & they went far beyond their duties in assisting us. They even carried everything out to my vehicle without me asking for help. I'm disabled & I really appreciate that. Keep up the great job guys & thank you very much!

I got the best/fast customer service. One of the employees was able to help me find the correct windshield wipers for my truck and even helped me changed them and another was able to fix a problem with the back windshield wiper. He took it apart and put it back together and took time to explained to me what was the problem. Will definitely be going back to this location!

Mr. Tony Clark was so friendly and helpful. I am a long way from home and traveling alone. I had a concern with my vehicle that would prevent me from getting home safely. Mr. Clark truly calmed down my anxiety and went above & beyond to make sure that my vehicle was in top-notch condition to make it home.Thank you, Mr. Clark. Thank God for Tony C and Victor Salas! I am a young lady and don t know anything about trucks but Tony C is knowledgeable and trustworthy. He was friendly and made me feel comfortable. He went above and beyond to help me with my issue. I m only coming here for my truck parts.

4101 Hemphill StFort Worth, TX 76115United StatesI called to check on if my delivery was ready, nobody taking their job seriously, they told me to hold on I could literally heard the employees just randomly talking to each other and then they put me on hold for 13 minutes, I hang up and called the again to talk to the manager unfortunately he was not any better than his employees. It s unfortunate Auto Zone to hire such people. It was my favorite auto parts shop.

Brought my car to this autozone to check my battery after needing a jump. The store manager, Victor, was SO helpful and not only installed a new battery for me but also connecting ports for free. The problem with my car ended up being something else and he offered to give me a full refund for the battery and leave my car in the parking lot until I could get a tow. After a long day at work and coming out to a dead car, that little bit of kindness was so appreciated! I still ended up keeping the battery because I was due anyway!

I want to give a huge shout out to Tony for going above and beyond to help me out today. Very knowledgeable individual with a great work ethic. This location and it s staff has assisted me with minor issues and larger issues like battery problems. I will definitely keep coming back .

This autozone has knowledgeable countermen that have always helped me get the parts I need quickly. Both Tony and Victor helped me out getting the correct parts I needed and explained to me all of the different options I had explaining the warranty for each option. Thank you gentlemen for your hard work!

Waiting in a line in my first visit to this store, the first employee completely ignored me & called to the people that came in after I arrived for service. Next employee at register says there should be only 1 line in a very condescending & rude voice. I was ahead of other customers but off slightly to the side. I calmly told the employee what I needed -I called a different Autozone that said this location looked like it has item in stock- & the employee with an unpleasant attitude tried to argue with me that they might not have it , without even looking first. This store did have the fuel cap in stock, thankfully. It is extremely rare that I will complain like this. My customer service experience here was blatantly disrespectful. I was trying to socially distance in a line, wearing a mask & I said thank you after paying. I understand they could be having rough times working in retail with unruly customers. However, there is no need whatsoever for employees to immediately be hostile & unprofessional, patronizing me very rudely. I hope they will not talk down at other customers. I have kept my receipt & tried to submit a survey on the company website, although I am not sure it went through.

I went to Auto Zone Friday, and I spoke with George the GM, and he was so sweet and kind. He taught me a few things about my car, changed my air filter and my windshield wipers, and also added the coolant in my car. He is an awesome amazing worker. Thank You for your help

Told me he couldn't charge my battery because I needed to buy a new one. Actually there is nothing won't with my battery I took it somewhere else and it's perfectly fine. I called and the assistant manager acted like she cared but was rushing me if the phone.

I love this place because the people are friendly and they care about your vehicle. They have car knowledge and know how to run a store. Fast customer service and speedy checkout with decent prices. I love the products they sell. Some other competitors don't have what they offer. Love it. Great job you guys!

I went in to ask for one thing I got it and was easy to check out although customer service should be updated to being courteous and helpful to those who have multiple things in their hands and ask if they need help or how they can help share the load of too many items in their hands rather than have them move from on spot to the next.

I got the best customer service today from Miguel who works in the commercial apartment. I was having a problems with my car and so he ask me what was going on and he helped me get the right part I needed. So thanks Miguel for all ur help today.
