I came by here to get a cabin air filter and Jose M was the kindest and most helpful person I ve ever met. He is very helpful in finding what I needed and gave me good information about my car. Thanks Jose! I wish everyone had your excellent customer service!

Ivan & Silla did an amazing job at customer service and very hands on and we re willing to help with what we needed for our daughters Kia Sportage, they handled it amazingly with no complaints or frustration.

I placed an online order and picked it up at this location. It was a super easy process and the employees were nice. The store is well organized and wasn t crowded at all. It was easy to get in and out with my order! Great location! Also happy with the products I ordered.

Julio assisted me with the purchase and installation of my battery. He was very friendly and provided good insight on which battery and warranty package was the best. Would recommend if you re looking for quick quality service!

I guess I'm invisible.I came into the store and was not acknowledged. When I was on one of the isles looking for car wash equipment, someone was stalking the shelf and almost ran into me, didn't say excuse me or anything for that matter. when I told him excuse me, he didn't look up or say anything. I hate to feel like this, but this is why I shop Amazon to avoid terrible customer service.

Came here because my new car battery i ve had for only a year stopped working on me. Luckily Jose M. was very kind and took a look at it for me turns out the connection was just very loose. He tightened them up for me and my car starts beautifully thank you Jose for your kindness and help!

Everything went so smooth. Walked in and asked for a battery switch, they rang me up and switched the battery all within 10 minutes. 100% recommend.

Last week, I was having issues with my battery and the auto shop down the street suggested I try AutoZone for help (they didn t have a mechanic on duty). It would not have crossed my mind to go there, but they were great!! I explained that I recently had my battery replaced at a local dealership but was having issues with my car starting. The manager stopped what he was doing and walked with me to look at the battery. He immediately noticed that the dealership did not tighten the terminal (that could be the wrong word cars are not my thing) and it was touching a brace, causing sparks. He fixed it in just a couple minutes. I wanted to pay him for his work but he refused so I m leaving this review to express my gratitude. As a female, I often feel intimidated when it comes to car troubles because it s pretty obvious I don t know much. I m so grateful for people like this man who are honest and genuinely want to help. It made my day and I highly recommend this location if you ever need assistance!

I normally feel like I get pretty good service at AutoZone and appreciate when they install the purchased item. But today, this guy went above and beyond! I ve been told for years (by YouTube, car shops, & AutoZone) that I have to remove a portion of the front end to replace the headlight. Now it wasn t easy and took about 10 min but he installed the headlight and saved me $50 that I normally pay a shop to install it.

Ivan was a great, friendly, helpful young man. He helped us change our truck battery. We tried to pay him but he refused and asked that we just leave a review. Highly recommend this place and this young man. Thank you Ivan.

Ricardo was literally an angel in my life today. I was having radiator issues and needed help chosing the right sealent and he helped me put it in my car and helped me understand the process. I'm a single lady without any family in the state so he helped me more than he knows and it was nice to just have someone to lean on in that moment and not have to do it all alone. Thank you so much Ricardo for being kind and helpful today it made a huge difference.

I came to this Autozone looking for a new battery. Jose tested my battery and got me hooked up with a new one. He didn't stop there, though.He saw the battery, and then he probably noticed that I'm not a car person whatsoever. He went above and beyond by postponing his lunch to install the new battery for me, even though they technically don't offer installation on that battery.Jose saved me hundreds of dollars and hours of headache trying to install the new battery myself. Jose is a good dude and I'm thankful for him.

Ordered a dualistic jump starter + portable power at this location to be delivered. When I received the product the box was ripped up, the product itself had oily handprints on the handles, and it was flat out dirty and dusty. When I took the product back to the store( as soon as I opened the box) the staff acted as if it was my fault. I will NOT purchase anything else from this location

DON'T buy their products no matter how minor and especially expensive purchases. I had a brand new connector immediately fail upon initial installment due to a clearly obvious manufacturing flaw. I returned to the store and was told "those aren't under warranty", and was accused of breaking it was when I was installing it. I proceeded to request the corporate number to resolve the quality issue. In an attempt to dissuade me from calling, the supervisor asked if I wanted a replacement. I replied: I was just told it wasn't under warranty, but you shouldn't sell defective products. I'm calling corporate today.

Juan is by far the best! He goes above and beyond for the customers has great communication skills and knowledge of auto parts and vehicles he identified a leak that I was having in my Buick we have never I had as much help from a employee as we did today thank you again for your hard work and service you truly deserve a raise! More employees like Juan could make the company grow tremendously

Great experience working with Juan today very helpful. Knew what he was talking about when talking about cars. First auto zone iv been too where I got the right info about my vehicle. Was having radiator problems and he shown me exactly what was wrong & ways I could fix it for a temporary fix till I could make it into a shop. Very greatful of him & his staff

We've been customers of AutoZone for a long night time. We can always rely on their outstanding customer service and advice. We especially appreciated them today when we needed to determine if we needed a new battery. They will test your battery to see if has enough juice. As we suspected, ours didn't. They gave us great options for replacement, recommending the best value, not the most expensive replacement. Then they let us use their ratchet set to replace our battery in the parking lot. Great place. I highly recommend them.

The market manager really needs to check in with this building. Anything involving a commercial order is a complete joke every single time. Make sure you come here having nothing to do for a hour. Rockauto is better than autozone at this point..
