My mom and I came in and at first was having a bad experience with one of the employees. He was not providing much support in finding the correct windshield wipers. Parker then stepped in and made sure we were taken care of! He even double checked to make sure we had everything that fit and put on all the wipers. Thanks again Parker! You saved customer who were about to leave and never return, to come back and ask for you!

So much appreciation for this location. I came in to buy a kit to open my car door since I locked my keys inside. They didn t have it in store, but the manager stated that he could help me out. Allowing me to borrow a personal kit. He had no obligation to go out of his way to fix my issue, but he did. Thank you you! Also, thank you for welcoming my pup!

Battery died on my way to work first thing in the morning. Edward helped me get a new one installed in less than 10 minutes. Very friendly and helped get me in and out in no time. Really appreciate the help!

I always enter this location and talk to Edward if he s available. He has first hand knowledge and expertise on a variety of products and parts. If you want to be sure of what you want and what you re doing, run it by Edward first.

Edward was wonderful! Very friendly got me in band out pretty quick.. only downside is he took the money i was supposed to use for a new puppy lol.But I forgive him. Please give that man a raise!

I purchased a replacement headlight bulb for my 2014 GMC Yukon today and asked if I could get some help in putting it in. I was directed to Jeremy who I later found out was a Disrict Manager and he said gladly. We went outside and what we thought would be a simple job but it tooka while>Jeremy Was kind and got it done. Quincy was the best!we came in 10 till close and he helped us out on his own time! super nice and so so great with communicating in "plain english" and not just car guy language. we had issues with our battery and he was so cooperative with helping us figure out a solution and checking everything we needed!

I absolutely love their service! I got stuck on the side of the road the other day with my battery being messed up and Quincy decided to help me even though they were closing. he did an amazing job making sure that i not only had a car to go home with, but that I wouldn t be stranded at 10:30 at night. The store was busy, but quiet and very clean. The employees were cordial and equally helpful to every customer in the building. There were no long lines/wait times. It was refreshing (post-pandemic) to walk into an establishment and find both customers and employees smiling and working together to make sure the customer's needs are met. Mr Ross went above and beyond to help us resolve our issue. Each of the others gets an honorable mention. I saw the true definition of a team in action.

Great experience.. went into to get my battery checked and was helped by a very kind and professional man named Mike. He installed the battery, I was relieved because I sure and heck didn t know how I was going to do it.. The store was clean.. Everyone was friendly.. thank you

I had a brake light out and I didn t have the tools or the know-how to fix it myself. I came in to the Fort Worth Hulen store and of course they had the part I needed, and then a staff member named Ross even came out to the parking lot in 100+ degree heat to replace my brake light bulb! He was very kind and professional and he definitely took a thousand pounds of stress off my shoulders, thank you Ross for your wonderful customer service and thank you Auto Zone for always coming thru!

I had indications the car needed a new battery and this place was the best. The service rep tested and found it needed to be replaced. We decided on the right battery and he changed it for me.on the spot. Wouldn't let me touch it. His son is a veteran and serving currently. This place is here to take care of you and show genuine desire to develop a relationship. So nice to see this personality shine through. I will be back here always.

I bought a set of brake lights to replace one that had gone out on my car. When I asked whether or not I needed to remove the housing, one of the fellows offered to take a look and then proceeded to do the job for me, which turned out to take 30 minutes of his time. I am very thankful. I would have spent two hours trying to remove the housing and would have probably broken it.

Needed to replace a dead battery, and thanks to Ross and his quick service, we were done and out of there in about 15 minutes! Friendly and clean store. Definitely would recommend!

I had a dead battery and was scared and upset. I called and they were understanding when I arrived at the store. They had a battery and installed it. It was in the evening on my birthday and they even sang Happy Birthday to me. They asked me to start up my car twice and I was able to drive home at night safely. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this store for service.

I can t say enough how EXCELLENT the service is here. Came in because my battery and engine light came on. Quincy checked everything and what seemed to be my alternator was actually my belt broke. So for me he saved me A LOT of money and stress he also offered a mobile mechanic to come to the store and get it fixed instead of going somewhere and get overcharged! If you ever need help ask for Quincy or Antre as they both were awesome!!!

Gus was amazing! He helped me replace my battery when it was not a quick nor easy job. He also helped me find out why my check engine light was on. 10/10 would recommend Gus!!!
