From start to completion AutoNation Collision was a great experience! Communication and estimated time was always accurate, the people were friendly, and the completed work looks likeit came from the Factory!My truck was the third time over the last 3 years we have used them, and the experience and results are always the same...excellent!Jim P.

Dealt with Dishion Robinson. He was honest and very easy going. No haggling, quick and easy, held to his word. He had all the paper work ready. In and out less than an hour. This was the easiest transaction I ve ever experienced in selling a car.

Do NOT trust this place for your car repairs. We took our truck here for the front bumper to be replaced. When the tech was installing parts, some tabs broke off of a part. Instead of ordering a new part, they decided to duck tape it back together and hope that we didn t notice. The estimator was extremely rude, unhelpful and tried to blame their error on us. I would never take a vehicle back here unless I wanted janky, shady work done.

I could not be more happy with the results a lot of nation collision. They were timely in their work, always stayed in contact with me via phone call and text messages, and did a great professional job. I love the constant communication they provide as they're working on your vehicle. It lets you know that they're engaged and want to actively communicate. That means a lot to me. The quality in the workmanship was wonderful and I will refer my friends to them for sure. Great job!!!

I had an uninsured / unlicensed driver hit my SUV in a parking lot and my insurance company recommended AutoNation. Suzie & Destin provided excellent customer service. I received text messages throughout the entire process to keep me updated. The work on my SUV was flawless! I highly recommend them!

Wow, best experience I have ever had. Been to a few collision centers in the past with various vehicles... hail damage, a deer, a mailbox jumping out in front of me, AutoNation blew them all out of the water. Savannah my collision liason was freakin awesome. Always providing updates and working with my horrible insurance company Amica. She really helped me through this process. Took my car in to get bodywork done. I noticed a couple of things wrong when I got it back. Firstly, front 1/4 panel wasn t flush but it was close so I let it go. I turned my Corvette in with a full tank of gas and took a picture of the mileage. It was returned with 3/4 of a tank and 50 miles extra, I let this go, but what kind of driving would it take to use a 1/4 tank of gas in 50 miles? Then I noticed a lug nut cover missing. I emailed asking if it I could have it back and I got the standard collision shop reply it came in that way and this was after they contacted me trying to get that wheel off. So if they flat out lied about a lug nut cover that is $2 to replace I wonder what else they would lie about. To be fair they did contact me to make it right but I just figured they wanted to take my car for another joyride.Service: Body & Trim

My was hit in a minor fender bender. I looked at reviews online and saw this place was one of the best close to my house. They gave an accurate initial estimate. They did the work very quickly. They repair quality is very high. They did a good lines match. The color match was spot on. Overall I'm very happy with the work and will take it back if anything happens. Side note all of the people there were super nice and I liked waiting for the car, not long wait times btw.

Outstanding facility that shows pride in their work. Front office staff is very professional and welcoming. I had the opportunity to talk with the manager Chris. You can tell the professionalism and team work is certainly from the top down! Thank you for the great experience.

AutoNation Collision did a fabulous job of repairing my Nissan after a collision. They are courteous and professional. The work was done much more quickly than we expected and it looks great! Cesar was so helpful. When I couldn't pick it up right away because I was out all day, he drove it to my residence and parked it with the key and the invoice locked inside. Super helpful!

If I could give 0 stars I would. My experience with this company was horrendous. I expected quality work since I actually bought my car from the dealership at this location. All together this company had my car sitting for literally a month. It took them weeks to figure out what was wrong. After finally determining the problem it was determined that the repair only took 4 hours. Then after parts delay and my rental bill exceeding 1300 hundred dollars. I ended up having to pay for part of my rental out of pocket. I attempted to contact the general manager who emailed me about my experience and he never responded. When my car was finally complete they would not release it because they had not submitted the supplements to my insurance to be paid in a timely matter. I could literally go on for days!!! Save yourself the headache!!!

James was SUCH a great help to me! He kept me up to date as much as possible with my tailgate replacement and was very professional and kind. My tailgate was done very nicely and it looks great! Thank you James and all so much for all the hard work put into making my truck whole again. Couldn t be more pleased.

I brought my Chevy Traverse to AutoNation Collision to repair my car due to a wreck.They repaired the back bumper area. It was repaired so well I couldn t even tell that there was damage to the car. The service mechanics are very professional and so awesome work. Zack, my service tech, is awesome!! Thank you AutoNation!

They managed our vehicle after a collision. Ultimately, it was deemed a total loss. So they did no repairs; however, they handled our case with courtesy and professionalism.It took a day or two after they had the car for them to assess it. That can't be helped, perhaps, with the volume of items they are processing, but managing that volume perfectly so that they could eliminate such a delay would get them 5 stars instead of 4. Four stars is still very good though! :)Service: Body & Trim

The service I received on my car was excellent. I worked with Ceasar and I really appreciated his customer service. I had a small issue when I picked up the car and he took care of immediately. my repair work is fantastic. The one issue I had was when I heard the receptionist refer to me as old. I don't think she thought I heard her but I did. I arrived about 15 minutes late for my appointment which was my fault. When she went down the hall to get Ceasar she told him. "Your 9 oclock is her". Then she said, "Old people are usually late for their appointments.". I'm 52. I did not appreciate the comment.

You wrecked your car? Well Auto Nation to the rescue. Destin the body damage guru handled my claim with USAA to perfection not once but twice. Would recommend to anyone. It's a 5 Star USAA Facility as well.

Zach was awesome! He has taken care of my vehicles each time they were brought to him. Always did amazing work and got them done in a reasonable time. I will always take my vehicles to him. Excellent Work. I drove my wrecked vehicle in and left it. They worked with the insurance company and got right to work. The vehicle was good as new and they cleaned it both inside and out. I will always use Auto Nation NRH for all my truck needs. Thanks Guys for a GREAT JOB!

My car was with AutoNation Collision Center for about a week. There was repairs done on the exterior including paining, etc. When we picked up the car nobody cared to wash this car, instead whoever worked on the car left trash inside, it was very dirty, and as a customer who paid over 2K for the repair, it was really disappointing. There was lack of communication to provide an update on the car, overall experience is disappointing.

Please read my experience and be warned.I took my car in for door damage from a side impact.My car had side column and door damage from an accident.To a 4 month old car with barely any mileage on it, this shop did the following from worse to worst:1. Broke the clip that held the window trim on, and tried to tacky it in place, and was falling off when I picked it up.2. Forgot to put the roof trim back on.3. Forgot to plug in the turn signal back in.4. Did such a shoddy job painting the column that it was chipping in 3 weeks.5. Destroyed and stained the brand new interior with primer dust, grease, and dirt. Obviously took no care whatsoever to cover it.6. Broke a headlamp by using a non factory oversized bumper screw.7. Damaged the bumper so badly it was falling off in 1 week, which they tried to jerry rig the with the random screw that broke the headlight.8. I had let air out of the tires when we bought the car as they d had too much, no one else had since touched the tires. This shop put 77 PSI in the left front. Yes. 77. In a tired rated for 32 PSI. 240% over the safe limit.The real kicker, is they only offered to fix the window trim. I got my insurance company involved who sent out an appraiser to look at my car alongside someone from a new body shop. My insurance determined that without a doubt that this shop did such a bad job, they willingly without hesitation paid for corrective repairs. They are making this shop pay them back their money, and may also cancel their contract with this shop. This shop s bill was $2,300ish and my insurance paid $2,039 to new shop that repaired all the damage they did to the car. This shop almost did more damage to the car than the crash. My insurance didn t dispute one bit, because the horrible job this shop did was so obvious. This created another month of waiting to have our car back.Run. Run away from this shop. You d be better off just crashing your car a second time.

I gave 3 stars because I made the mistake of agreeing that my auto insurance pay them electronically instead of me handing them the check they would have mailed me for the cost of the damages that were being fixed to the body of my car. I could have went anywhere but I chose this place and I regret thats decision. For one, after the payment was already made I kind of felt rushed through the process of checking over the work they did . I found one minor but deep scratch that I bet they thought I wasn't going to notice but I did and they agreed to take the car back in the shop and fix it. Once I got my car and looked over it once again I was excited to finally have it back after 3 weeks! I never thought to check inside my car but I was in a rush to return my rental before 6 p.m. I was satisfied with the body work. I hopped in my car and drive off the lot. Once I got home though and still sitting in my car I noticed that my driver side door was missing a small plastic piece that covers a bolt but is removable in case you want to vacuum dust around or under it. I got out my seat and also noticed that there's a stain, there was a small bottle of the paint Sample someone left in my car but I didn't think anything of it ? The stain could have came from it or something they placed on my seat that left a big round stain? Also there on the same seat to my surprise, is a big snag from the stitching. I imagined someone with a sharp tool or something in the back pocket and it causes the stiching on the seat to snag. It was noticable to the eye so I knew before too long, it will just get worst if not taken care of. I immediately call the shop and asked for the service man I worked with but he wasn't available. I explained to this man my concerns and he said he would have my service rep call me . My service rep never called me and I waited a couple of days. So I called him, he said I thought I called and left you a message? I said no but what do you think I can do? He defended the fact that they, as in the service rep guys are the only ones that drive the car back and fourth to and from point to point. I did explain my car was fairly new. I had just purchased in spring of 2016. It had no stains and it didn't have thread snagged from my seat ? I was the only driver and I don't keep sharp objects in my back pocket. Like a mechanic or shop employee does ?! Hmmm. Anyhow, he offered to get the stain cleaned, and order me a new plastic piece to my door. I said I can deal with the stain by cleaning it myself . I wanted him to replace the missing plastic piece on my door and also look at my seat . He said he would order the plastic piece and would get back to me but I still haven't heard from him or his manager or anyone from that shop. It's going on 3 weeks.In case anyone decides to go to Autonation collision off 820, please don't drive off until you have done a thorough and complete check of not just the outside but the inside too. I still need some answers and I want someone to take ownership and tell me what they are going to do about my concerns.

I have to say Craig and his team have more than went beyond their call of duty to go to bat for me and my family. Our insurance had told us there was no issue with our vehicle after having appoximately 10 to 14 inches of level 3 or classA biohazard flood water inside it from hurricane Harvey. Insurance only wanted to clean car, but after very determined perserverance from craig, he was able to move up the chain and get what we could not get done. Thank you so very much for your hospitality and fighting for us. You will never know through all that we have been through how much this will eternially mean to us. God bless you sir and thank you!!!

Had a great experience with AutoNation. They took really good care of me and kept me updated on the process of having my vehicle repaired. I received updates every few days and the repairs were done quick.

Handled poorly as was assured could be taken care of, and complete change when arriving at location. Felt it became about spending more money for a different department. A definite learning experience as I choose poorly. Checking out others and will update by comparison and post for review.
