I m a repeat customer, and this was one of the best experiences I ve had purchasing a vehicle. From St Louis helping me with something non related to sales to listening to me, and me giving him a chance to help me with a new car purchase was great. I am so very thankful he picked up the phone when I called! The finance manager, every dealership needs a finance manager like Anthony, he was an absolute gem of a person. I was able to go home with a vehicle I absolutely love and this team made it happen, and for that I am forget grateful!

Amazing communication and service. They always take care of any of my needs with my ram. They are always timely and efficient. They always treat my vehicle well and are willing to make sure to find any problems and get to the root of any issues. Would definitely recommend giving these guys a call or book an appointment online with any vehicle care or issues that you need taken care of!

AJ was very professional and easy to work with. I didn t have an appointment and the oil change took less than 2 hours which I consider pretty good for a dealership. Most others I ve been to either want it dropped off or take closer to 3 hours. The truck is a new truck and I appreciate they didn t try to sell me on anything unnecessary considering it s a pretty new vehicle. I will be coming back!

I had appointment for oil change at 9:05am. I got there at 9am and left at 10:50am. It seems like there is no point to make appointments. Also center console had oil stains all over, but worst experience was due to when last time I came we hade defected back cover for driver sit and our service Lady told us it s on the back order and it will take 2-4 months to get it. When I ask for status she simply answered I know nothing about it, I didn t order anything . I also called and left voicemail before this and never heard call back.

The service at AutoNation(Ram) was the best I have experienced. They diagnosed the problem, worked with the warranty standards and had a loaner vehicle ready for me quickly. The whole repair process was seamless and stress free. The service team was highly organized. Issac was my repair lead who kept me updated with every detail!

I called to see if I could come in to get some new tires. My advisor told me I could come in that day, when I got there they told me it would be 4 hours, which was ok. They arranged for me to get a ride home. After 4 hours I called and they let me know they did not have the tires and they would not have them until the next day. Had I known prior, I would have waited until the tires were there to bring in my vehicle, which is why I called ahead to ask. My advisor let me know the tires would be ready in the morning. When I did not receive a call the next day, I decided to come in, when I got there at 1030am they were just putting in my tires. The vehicle was ready 45 min later and when I got in the car, the tires all had different PSI. The new tires were low, I had to go balance them myself . This was my experience to get 2 new tires with the tire protection I pay for.

I have been bringing my Jeep Cherokee Latitude to AutoNation since 2021, and the service here is nothing but the best. All the service advisors are very attentive and do a great job with answering questions without trying to sell you additional services. Keylan did a great job with keeping me updated on my vehicle's status along with getting the job done quickly. He let me know what all I could do to ensure that my car stayed in good running condition and time frames of things such as needed tire alignment, etc. The staff here is friendly and on top of it, going above and beyond for all their customers. I would highly recommend getting service done here.

Service check in process was quick and professional. Waiting lounge is not next to the service desks, it is awkwardly located on the other side in the main building. They quoted a week just to get a tech for a transmission diagnosis but knocked a couple of days off that, I get that they estimate on the high side so they set expectations low. Overall a good experience!

Had an appointment for my Ram truck on Tuesday January 2nd to find out why check engine light was on. Ended up leaving truck, they said they would let me know what was wrong. Waited until Wednesday to call them as they had not contacted me. Left message, no response to my call. Tried to call again Thursday, finally got through, I was told it would be a week before they could look at truck. If I had known that, I would have gone to a different dealership. Through with them, will not return!

I purchased a 2016 Expedition two days before Christmas. I had it delivered and didn't get to drive it on the highway until after it was delivered. I ran over a few speed bumps at work and the front end was creaking so bad that I took it back to the dealership. I had to leave it there and did not get a loaner. It needed new shocks, struts and control arms. It was fixed 2 weeks later to the tune of $6000. I didn't have to pay but the point is they tried to pass it on to me like that. It was delivered to me again after that but now the drive shaft was vibrating so bad, it was scary and the blower motor was screaming. I took it back and told them I didn't want it anymore. I was offered half of the purchase price from one dealership, and another offered me 3/4 of the purchase price. Mind you I had only had the vehicle for 3 weeks and 2 weeks of that it was in the shop. Not something you expect from a $25000 vehicle.

Really disappointed with my service this time around. My vehicle was in the service shop for 3 weeks. I had to constantly call and wait on hold for my service advisor regarding the status of my vehicle. Then to be told it is still not ready. I wish there was more of a follow up with me instead of the other way around as I ended up having to pay $$$$ for my vehicle to be fixed anyways. I felt like I got bamboozled , and as a young woman who is not that knowledgeable in the car service industry. I m disappointed.

Started rocky but things got straightened out. Bought a new 2023 Ram 1500. This was my first appt for the new truck. A couple of days after making a service appt, I received notification my appt was cancelled. I called the phone number listed with the cancellation no live body answered. I left a voice mail with base details and asked for a return call. A return call was received (2 days later) and the person only knew they were to return a call not why a return call was being made. My appt was entered back into the system on the original date/time. (Good reset and recovery)I dropped my vehicle off for an oil change, tire rotation and to address a PCM recall. All items were taken care of in a timely manner and within the timeframe promised. My service tech went through details when I picked up my vehicle. (Nice job)An observation .at other dealerships, investors received a complimentary vehicle wash/vacuum with every service. This was t offered and doesn t appear to be an option.

Dominique Johnson and manager Johnathan as well as some other service advisors and mechanics worked due diligently to make sure I knew the status of my vehicle with their new and equipped video footage. They made sure I was in the know at all time and aware every step of the way. I greatly appreciate my time and the way they as a team made me feel like I was apart of the team by taking me home, picking me up when my vehicles was ready, offering me food and a beverage as well while my vehicle was being brought to me. I am so grateful and happy with Autonation NRH team. Thank you for your excellent hospitality and customer service skills.

When I dropped off my vehicle for service they told me it would be 7-10 days before I would likely get my vehicle back. Thankfully 5 days later my vehicle was ready for pick up, it was a great surprise

This AutoNation location seems to be much better than any other I've ever experienced. Haven't used anything but the service area but they are good, fair and efficient. Although I can't really say anything about the sales part I do recommend the service center.
