Your team of dealers and financial advisors are the best I have ever came across. They had amazing customer service as well as personable. I felt like it was a friend getting me the car of my dreams, not a salesman just trying to sale me the first thing they could. Super amazing job! I will be referring my friends and family, and will return when it's time to buy another car! Branden the sales rep and Daniel the financial advisor were incredible throughout the entire process! Got me into my Dodge Challenger again after my hit and run a few years ago!

This is a great group of people. Everyone was very nice, not pushy or trying to sell me something I didn't want. ST Louis was awesome and Daniel was great at explaining with examples of the things the different warranties covered. Thank you all for a great car buying experience and fun watching the eclipse!!!

They had one of the best prices for the exact truck I wanted within 500 miles of my house in Memphis and Ken was awesome to work with. I came in to see the truck during a short work trip but was pretty certain I wouldn t be buying yet, lo and behold I m driving back home in my new truck. Easiest and least stressful car purchase in my life!

My experience started off a little shaky due to one individual Sales Manager, Mo, whose practices are unsafe and sketchy at best, but the General Manager, Richard, and my Salesman, Toni Jackson stepped in and up to ensure the new vehicle I purchased was everything an owner should expect. After purchasing an initial vehicle that had to be returned for various issues, with safety being the foremost, my Finance Manager, Daniel Thomas, fought for me to the point that I would have left and shipped elsewhere had it not been for him! Thank you so much to those with honesty and integrity as I will reach out to you individually in the future to ensure my vehicle purchasing experience goes as expected.

I had a fantastic buying experience at this dealership. Lexi was a pleasure to work with on getting a deal on the table and working through the sale. She got my trade-in value sorted out and was focused on what worked best for me.Mo was very accommodating and had the team stay late to allow for my late arrival to get the process done on my schedule.Marco worked through all the financial details and did a great job of explaining everything along the way. He was a pleasure to sit with and go through everything.Everything was very fair and reasonable. As someone who used to dread the car buying experience, I can tell you that Lexi, Mo, and Marco have changed my attitude regarding car purchases. It was truly a great car buying experience. I highly recommend this dealership. A great group of people to work with.

Overall a good experience. Got a decent deal on a vehicle with low miles. Salesperson (Ruben) did a good job showing me options. Shopping for a car can be stressful, it was pretty smooth.

Beyond frustrated! We have spent a month dealing with this back and forth and $400 bucks so far. We just got our vehicle returned yesterday after another two weeks of it being in the dealer and were assured that everything was ok. To our surprise, the issue still persists. I dont have the means to have the car stay over their dealer for another 2 weeks! Which i don t understand how it genuinely takes that long to look at the car. Super dissatisfied with this dealer. $400 poorer with a busted car

Mixed review.. Good and bad.. Mitch in the service department was excellent. I was lucky enough to get my vehicle in right away and my extended warranty came in clutch. Mitch even offered to wash my car when I picked up, which was above and beyond. Mitch's customer service was a breathe of fresh air especially in this type of situation nobody wants to be in. However, I was bummed out with Paul Anderson, the vehicle purchase manager. I didn't like the idea of my Jeep having issues with only 58k miles on it and was open to the possibility of selling or trading my vehicle in. I was offered $13,000 which was really low considering how much I just had it appraised very recently. After I declined that offer, he mentioned that he would see if he could make a better offer and didn't hear from him since. I understand you guys are in business to make money and was open to taking a better offer but the communication wasn't there between Paul and I. After waiting so long, I emailed Paul and told him that since I haven't heard from him, I'll just keep my options open and that I'd still like to hear from him. I got a response back shortly after and Paul confused me with a different person. The miscommunication lead me to believe that Paul did not want my business so I went to a different dealership and got a heck of a deal on a new Honda. I did want to keep a good business relationship with CDJR NRH but communication is important to me and it just wasn t there. Thank you, Mitch for the awesome customer service and your amazing communication.

I had a great experience buying my longhorn 3500 from the team at CDJR North Richland hills. Very professional and efficient with my time. They knew that I had very little time in any day and they made sure to make sure my wants were met! Can t say enough about the team at CDJR North Richland hills, Thanks guys! Very good buying experience. Chris was a very knowledgeable salesman. Dealership was willing to work with me on pricing and get to the perfect deal for me. A bit of a wait to get to the final paperwork, but in fairness, the dealership was VERY busy that day understandable.

This review is for the service department for Jeep. It is horrible. I took my 2019 Wrangler in to have the top looked at. It is a rag top, not the typical removable hard top. So there are known issues. Anyway. It was leaking water inside. I had an appointment to drop off my Jeep on Nov. 15 2023. It was there until Dec. 14th. I was told the tech needed to replace some rails and straps on the top. After I picked up the vechile. It rained, and the rear of the Jeep was soaked inside. And I have an error message about an obstacle when i open the top. I made another appointment to take it back. It was there two more weeks, and now the top has a gap that lets air in the cabin from the top. And the service department manager will not call me back. The service agent that helped me from the beginning, maddie, is not returning my calls or emails.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP FOR SERVICE.

Very pleasant salesperson. Everyone is great. They were definitely fair with the price of the vehicle we were looking at. Unfortunately, we didn't make the buy, but who knows, we may be back. Shout out to Christopher, who was outstanding in helping us. Friendly,relatable, professional, and helpful. No high-pressure sales either. Honestly, I wish we could have made a deal with this dealership.

Real life Matilda's dad salesmen, sales guy's ego got hurt when I didn't want to purchase a Ram from them to the point he cussed me out and the manager came out to talk to the salesman and calm him down. Literally threw a tantrum because I did not like the Ram's in their lot. Took my business to Meador Dodge. These salesmen that are pushy arrogant and vulgar. If you want the stereotypical salesman come here if you want to be treated with respect as a customer go somewhere else these guys are a literal joke.

Kevin Maher went above & beyond to help me find a truck that is better than I could ve found on my own!! He took his time, explained everything so well, & made me feel right at home at auto nation!! I cannot recommend them enough! The customer service was top notch & they are so friendly! I found this to be a low-pressure sales experience where the sales staff seemed to care about my experience and finding the right vehicle to suit my needs. The finance department didn't try to sell me on products that I didn't need but did make me aware of my options. The service department has been pleasant to work with and keeps me appraised of my vehicle status and condition, using innovative technology to manage communication.

The gentleman I worked with for my service was extremely polite, professional and welcoming. I did not feel rushed. I did not feel unwelcome or as if I was a nuisance. I apologize for not remembering his name as I am bad with names. I was late for my appointment due to getting lost. (I am new to the area) and I was embarrassed by that but your establishment and the gentleman I worked with didn't make me feel like a bother even after I kept apologizing for being late. They still helped me and I really appreciated that. Everything I needed done was done properly and in a timely manner. Thank you

I was never pressured into a purchase. Initially, I turned down an offer and left the dealership. About 2 days later I received a call and was offered a better deal. Once I arrived, the team presented the majority of what I requested and the financing was lower than I had set my limit great and pleasant all-round experience.

I shopped the end of the year sale to get the ultimate savings. I had a trade in and was very pleased with the offer I received for my trade. I came alone and felt very comfortable with no pressure. Negotiations were fair and I left pleased. Special thanks to my sales representative St Louis and finance manager Anthony for making my car buying experience a breeze .

I bought a new RAM and couldn't be happier. Eli, Mia, and Anthony are a fantastic team. My truck was ready on time at the agreed upon price, and paperwork was thorough and quick. All of my questions were promptly and accurately answered, and I am satisfied with the price and value of my new truck. I'd give 6 stars if I could!!

This is a difficult review because there were both good and bad aspects of the service. My service advisor Dominique was both knowledgeable and professional and I believe he did well. The part I have issues with was dropping off a truck for a repair with less than 3k miles and then having to be dropped off a rental car company and renting a vehicle on my dime. In my opinion this should have been done by the dealership and they could have secured repayment from Ram or provided a loaner from the lot. Dominique provided me contact information for customer care so I could seek help for reimbursement but that wasn't possible according to my case manager because I would have had to notify them prior to dropping off my vehicle. If the dealership would have handled the rental car that notification would have been done. I guess this in the Ram customer care or lack there of.....I received a response from both Ram customer care and AutoNation on my review. With Ram customer care I was asked the same questions I answered with my first contact with them and was put on hold while they were checking their nnotes.they never returned and sent me to the satisfaction survey. I called the number the dealership put on my original review and was put on an endless loop listing the departments or stay on the line for assistance. I stayed on the line but it was never picked up by an associate. I will state again that Dominique was the only positive in this repair!

Autonation NRH,I had a great car buying experience with the entire AN team! From talking with the sales team, concluding with finance, and working with the service departments, everybody was great to work with.Kevin possessed good knowledge when it involved purchasing a jeep. He was able to answer all of our questions, provide a fare rate, and create a positive outcome.The sales manager was also great to work with! We wish him the best of luck in his future endeavors at AN audi plano. Great guy!The financial advisor was awesome! He communicated very well, maintained a positive demeanor, and actually made the financial part interesting. We talked about how he use to have a jeep, but his wife insisted on getting a ram. Good man!I caught a nail in my tire within 24 hours of purchasing the vehicle. I brought the vehicle back to AN and the GM provided a new tire! Proper business ethics.If you want a great deal purchasing a vehicle, working with a great team, and having a positive purchasing experience, I recommend you go to AN NRH!PSDon't sleep on the last day of the month deals! I cant put into words how much the service team here helped me! Matt the service advisor, Colton the Technician, and the service director George went way way out of their way to help me get my jeep i just bought from Autonation Ford South back in working order. They acted as any respectful service department should hope to. I feel as I have gained some friendships and long standing service support from this dealership. This jeep had a tune on it i was unaware of when i purchased it which caused some problems troubleshooting. Colton and Matt keep chipping away relentlessly until the jeep was corrected 100 percent! I was treated with respect, and always welcomed openly. I highly recommend this team and will be purchasing my next jeep from them without a worry at all. If sales puts forth half the effort the service team has shown itll be a homerun for sure. My only regret is i didnt purchase from them originally! Great job guys and you are very appreciated!

St Louis helped me with a good deal on a used Alfa Romeo. I knew what I wanted when I came in and they didn t try to persuade me into a different deal or push a bunch of add on I didn t already want. St Louis is very personable and I enjoyed working with him and Nic in finance both.

It was a cold rainy day when Kevin and Nick helped us with trading in our caravan for the new expedition. We even got set up with an extra key because the one it came with was faulty. Definitely recommend talking to Kevin or Nick if you re in the market for a new (or new to you) vehicle!
