Every time I have to take my 2023 Dodge Hornet GT in for regular maintenance, I take it to these guys and will continue to do so. They are incredible! They are always upfront without timing and cost, and update me on any changes. With the Hornet being a newer vehicle model, there have been some bugs that needed to be worked out. They have always been on top of it. Most recently, I was having issues with the alarm system not working properly and the service alarm indicator being on. Turned out to be more of a headache than they anticipated, but were still amazing throughout the entire process. Joseph was awesome in communicating the issues, timeline changes due to part delays, etc. Erin is fantastic! He is the tech that always works on my Hornet. Being that it is a newer model vehicle and 2023 was the first production year, not many techs have worked on them. He has kept up with mine and has learned more about it as we have gone through different issues that have come up. He even took the time to go through it before my warranty expired, to make sure everything was good to go on it. I appreciate the care they show and the time they take to make sure me and my vehicle are taken care of!

While the advisor was kind and communicated well, the services recommended were lies. I brought my truck in for some recalls and a diagnostic on a squeel, after 4 days I hear that I need brakes. Specifically front and rear pads, front and rear rotors. The recommendation came with a picture of one of my pads on who knows what corner. I agree that I needed at least the pad in the picture. But when I asked if my rotors were measuring below discard spec I didn't get an answer. Instead I was told they would need my truck more days. I refused the job because it was way too high a price and the lack of information I was given. So I went to pick it up and was told as I was paying that they recommended rotors due to rust on the braking surface. I took it home and took off the wheels on all 4 corners to check for myself. Not only was there no rust on any part of my brake system, my rotors measured well within spec and the rear pads were still in the green. I do not feel like a proper honest diagnostic was performed or let alone if the recall was even taken care of.

Went in for routine maintenance (oil change, etc). Upfront pricing and price was fair. Great coupons. Skylar was extremely personable and kept me updated throughout the process. Spacious waiting area.

I stopped by the Fort Worth location to get an alignmen because of new tires I bought,t ,my speedometer adjusted and fluid topped off. I asked them to do a 30,000 mile service. I was told there isn t a 30,000 mile service that I need to do it at 50,000 miles. I waited a while and was told that my truck was labeled because of my lift and they could not adjust the speedometer which I was going to.pay to have done. I drove off and my truck was pulling to the right so the alignment was done wrong. About a week later it rained and it got my windshield dirty so when I pushed the button for the fluid to clean I noticed nothing was coming out. I checked my other fluids and noticed they weren t filled either. I paid I believe about $200 dollars and nothing was done.

I purchased my 2017 ram 1500 from here back in 2021 and had no problem with their sales team; this review is for their service department. Friday I took my truck in for it's oil change and tire rotation, paid for it only to get it all the way home before realizing that they never rotated my tires. I know they didn't because I have one tire that isn't the same as any of the others and it remained in the same position (driver side rear) that it was in when I dropped it off, and because they never asked me where my locking lug nut key was. I shouldn't have to double check a "reputable" service department to make sure that they actually did what I paid for, and I don't have the time to drive all the way back there for them to correct it either. Everyone I have encountered at their service department has been super friendly and helpful but they just don't seem to have their stuff together sometimes.*edit* this review was only up for 20 minutes, then Michael from their service department called and apologized for the inconvenience, and offered me a free oil change and tire rotation for my troubles. Thank you Michael for being understanding and willing to help fix this!

I will continue to take my '21 Gladiator to them because of Dana, the service crew, and other service advisors. I find Dana to be quite courteous, professional and communicative with all my vehicle needs. Just as important, kudos to the team that does the service work and repair work... my most recent visit was for a 45-50k checkup and new tires. Dana helped me select high quality affordable tires. The service crew installed them and did the necessary alignments. My Jeep has been a joy to drive since as it is so quiet and comfortable to drive around now. Thank you.

All of my experience to buying a car and to getting maintenance done for my car has always been smooth sailing. All the workers are always so friendly and helpful. Most AWFUL experience EVER! Turned off airbags light and sold us a vehicle that our transport kids!!! The 90 day warranty is A JOKE!! They did NOT disclose that the car we purchased was not under that warranty!!HIGHLY SUGGEST NOT PURCHASING ANY VEHICLE from this dealership!

I hesitated taking my jeep into a dealership for repairs. I didn t want to deal with overpriced service with poor communication. Skyler at this location sure showed me. Best communication, very fair pricing and in and out in a short amount of time. We will not take it anywhere else moving forward. Take your car here! Ask for Skyler!!

WORST PLACE TO GET AN OIL CHANGE.I set up an appointment at 10am to get an oil change, just an oil change nothing else.It s 12pm and my Jeep hasn t even been started on.No communication on the delay, only because I went and asked if they were almost done.I don t see the point of scheduling an appointment if the wait is still long!When I went and asked the advisor was RUDE.WORST PLACE EVER !!!!!

If I could leave ZERO stars, I would. I had an appointment for an OIL CHANGE at 9:20 this morning with Don, a simple oil change that typically takes 45min to 1 hour at most places. I go up to the service desk after waiting over 2 hours and they tell me that it will be another hour and a half until they even get to my car!! I made an appointment at 9:20am and not ONE single person came to update me on the status. They didn t even offer to get my car in right away, or offer a discount for a future oil change nothing for the inconvenience. I would never suggest this place. If they can t even take care of their customers who need a simple oil change, how in the world are they even able to run an entire service department? Pathetic. Customers deserve better than this. Over 2 hours wasted and nothing to show for it.

I made an appointment for an ECM reprogram to address and fix an open recall for the emissions system. The intake personnel at the service desk showed professionalism and were able to answer questions. I was told it would take about two hours to complete the reprogram based on their current scheduling for the service center, one hour later my vehicle was ready to go. The service center exceeded my expectations during my visit to the facility.

Kyle is a good service advisor the overall process does need improvement for example when a service advisor is off his or her case load should be split between the advisors on duty the repair shop needs to pay more attention to detail they fix one of the warranty issues my truck had but over looked the other I will bring the truck back in to finish the warranty repair doing my first oil change
