Lindsey P. was fantastic to work with, and really talked through all my questions to make sure I was comfortable with the XC90 I got. Was looking at 3-5 different cars, and she didn't seem at all impatient with us. Zero pressure tactics, and she even offered ideas we hadn't thought of to help us make the right choice. Also, HOLY INVENTORY! Park Place has such a tiny inventory, but Autobahn had 5 cars...all of which I would have been content driving away in. But being able to have options made it so that I didn't have to settle. Would Highly reccomend autobahn and would Highly reccomend Lindsey.

Car #68 : nine have been purchased from *** see EDIT after original review:Autobahn Volvo. Another wonderful, classy, PAINLESS transaction. Daniel and Ryan were transparent and made no empty promises. Again, anyone who knows me, knows how much I love cars- Volvos in particular. Head to AUTOBAHN if you are in the market and want an honest buying experience.Edit: I had a some strange issues with the XC40 R-design pictured. I won t get into the specifics because I wouldn t want these guys to get the run around from customers looking to take advantage of them. I will just say this: Steven (GSM or GM) not only corrected the situation; he went above and beyond more than I ever could have expected.I m torn between Park Place & Autobahn Volvo due to family members working for Park Place Volvo. I will say that what Steve did for me is tough to beat in way of service. It s like the old school Autobahn I ve been loyal to for 14 years.Proximity is key. If you re in Tarrant County, see Autobahn. If you re in Dallas or Dallas County, see Park Place. You cannot go wrong with either Dealership. And I have never gone wrong with VOLVO.

Great experience at Autobahn Volvo! I Stopped by here on a Monday morning to pick up some hardware for my license plate and I also had a question about my lease buyout. Upon walking into the showroom, I was greeted by Lindsey who was polite and willing to assist immediately. Lindsey was able to answer all my questions and she also provided me with dealership options but was in no way pushy in her approach.As for the hardware, Matt in the parts and service department was extremely friendly and helpful in assisting me with all my questions and concerns. He went the extra mile and actually helped me adjust my license plate frames right there on the spot saving me the hassle of having to pull out tools at home and complete the job.All in all, extremely happy with the service that I received at Autobahn Volvo and look forward to doing business with them in the future.

After months of searching for a new vehicle, we came across Autobahn Volvo where we found our ideal car. Michelle made our purchase experience seamless, stress free and low pressure which we really appreciated. We were able to test drive several vehicles, and even though we came from out of town, we found the area to be easy to navigate and perfect for test drives. My wife has been looking at cars for a while and we came across one at Autobahn that she was interested in. We went on a Saturday for a test drive as we were checking at a few more at other places . We let Jason know that situation and he was no pressure , we test drove it , when we went to leave he thanked us for coming in , didn t try to close the deal or put pressure on us .. we loved the car , Tuesday after Labor Day I contacting him and we got things rolling .. Jason was an absolute pleasure to deal with and he took very good care of us great sales person and everyone there treated us so nice , easy as pie to deal with , quick and responsive.. could not have asked for a better experience as we all know sometimes buying a car is a nightmare .. this was like a great dream .. thank you Autobahn and Jason !!

Great general manager and saleswoman. Michelle made the transaction quick and easy. She was personable and professional and kept me informed on the process. What I loved most was their willingness to provide an additional service to the vehicle I purchased in order to meet my personal need. I highly recommend this dealership. We purchased a new 2024 Volvo XC90 and had a great experience here. We worked with Austin, who was easy to work with and did not tire of all our questions. We really appreciated the upfront pricing, including printing off a deal worksheet with all the details included so we could go home and decide between a few vehicles. There were also no additional add-ons, which is getting harder to find post-covid.Finally, we worked with Austin from start to finish - including during the financing stage. We really enjoyed having one point person for the entire process instead of being shuffled back to a new person at the end of the purchase. Hopefully more places will start using this model, as it really makes the entire process more streamlined and enjoyable.Overall, great experience and I would highly recommend looking here for your next vehicle.

I wanna start off by saying I interacted with 3 employees and their attitudes were 5 star polite and nice. The one I talked to most was Mike or Michael that took my keys from me and handed my keys back at the end. He was very polite and nice. What was really unfortunate was the service. I called ahead to make an appointment and I specifically asked the nice girl I spoke to, I asked if it was possible, I don't mind when the appointment is, but I'd like my car worked on as it arrives so I don't need to wait, so whatever that day that would be convenient for Autobahn Volvo, I'd like to choose that day and time. She said absolutely no problem. Well the oil change took over an hour and a half. And that's completely wild to me because normal oil changes take me 20-30 mins tops at other oil change places. Nearly 2 hrs was unreal. 2nd thing was the price. $140 for an oil change is just insane to me. So while waiting I get a text from Michael that they recommend the cabin air filter and engine air filter change along with a brake fluid flush. They quoted me $753 dollars for that. $753..... I fell outta my chair. I declined and went to Autobahn Volvo's parts department and purchased my the cabin air filter and engine air filter to do myself. After I purchased the filters the receipt didn't have any of my information on it. The parts guy said he'd have to refund me then add my information and recharge me, so my info and VIN number are on the invoice, so I could have a proper record. I inquired with Michael why the rest of the service quote was SO expensive. I asked it's $613 to swap out 2 filters and flush the brakes? That is wild to me. He said "no that includes the oil change too." I said no it doesn't, the oil change is another $140 making the total $753. He said "oh yeah". So anyways I get a report and it says my alignment is off. That vehicle drives straight as an arrow. The vehicle was JUST aligned at 39,500 miles. Drives perfect straight. Then he said one of the tires were 6/32 and the other three were 7/32. The tires are BRAND NEW, just installed at 39,500 miles. A mere 5k miles ago. So I didn't understand why they'd say that. So I hop in my vehicle and get ready to leave and the service light is still on. I'm like, I've been here 2 hrs and have been told some questionable stuff and they didn't even reset the light. So I get out of the vehicle and ask Michael how come they didn't reset service indicator and he told me that they don't do that. I was like ..... WHAT? So then he said he could get a guy in front there to do it for me. The guy hops in, does the procedure and it's cleared. I was like, if I'm bringing it to a Volvo dealer to get the oil changed, why don't you guys reset the service message? He mentioned something about "we can thank Mercedes for that" and that's just the way they do it now. I'm like what is happening? So I go home. On the drive home the vehicle drove straight as an arrow. I open the hood and there's oiled spilled on the main cover near where it's fastened. Sloppy job. This is a Volvo dealer with a premium charge and service. Super disappointed. So I change my cabin and engine air filters in 8.5 minutes. Very very easy. I have a tire indicator and all the tires are perfectly the same tread depth. I then called another Volvo dealer and they said that it is a very standard thing to reset the service light for an oil change, that's the whole point of the oil change service, and they have no idea why another Volvo dealer would not want to reset the light. To recap, the price of the oil change is high but it's almost comparable to other places. The employees were very polite, but I don't trust the service information there, I don't like how the oil change was done sloppy and oil was spilt, and I don't like that I was quoted for services I didn't need and that the quoted price was so incredibly high. I felt like they were trying to pull a fast one. I will also be getting the brakes flushed somewhere else and I've got a quote that was hundreds and hundreds of dollars cheaper. I won't be back.

we went to autobahn volvo after reading a few great reviews about salesperson Jason Li, and mostly bad ones at the other volvo dealerships. we had totaled our xc40 and were really stressed out about having to go through the whole car buying process all over again. thankfully the reviews about Jason Li were correct, he made the purchase experience seamless and enjoyable. he wasn t overbearing or pushy, he had us take our time at the dealership, then go home to think about what color and model we wanted to get. when we finally sorted out what we were going to get even negotiating a price for the vehicle was painless. we ended up getting a 2024 xc60 and we love it. we hands down recommend anyone to go to Jason Li when buying their volvo.

Latest update: One word of caution that they don't own 30 days or 3000 miles basic warranty for used vehicle, just after driving for 1200 miles (yes 12 hundred miles); the fuel injectors gone bad, and engine light came and I got no help from them.First review: Overall very pleasant experience. They were respectful of our time. No pushy at all. In the first 15 minutes of my conversation with them I had a strong feeling to buy the car from them. Bought a beautiful XC90 - 2017 from them, and it was a great experience. I worked with Jovone, and found him extremely respectful and honest.

Went in to return my lease and they tried to get me to pay a $600 disposition fee in order to drop off the car. Luckily I called Volvo Financial and they told me my exact disposition fee of $350 +tax and said I don t even need to pay the dealership, they will bill me themselves. I live in Fort Worth and won t be doing business here again. Pretty shady they would try to upcharge something as simple as this, can t imagine what else they re getting by people

Within minutes of calling him, he sent me a video with a walk-around of the C40 I was interested in and he had it pulled up waiting for us before we arrived. Loved the car, was happy with the price, and it was probably smoothest and fastest dealership experience I ve ever had.

Treatment was great and so was my advisor. Missing star is due no highway test drives. Buyer standpoint, it s critical that they get to experience how the vehicle handles the highway, road noise, PA, ACC, wind resistance, etc. BMW next door allowed highway road test. Js.
