I had the absolute best car buying experience yet! Ben was amazing. I purchased this vehicle from another state. Ben sent me a personalized video inside and out of the vehicle as I was buying it before even test driving it. It was on the showroom floor when I arrived and paperwork was a breeze even with the new system. If I had to do it all over again, I would.

Great experience from start to finish with Bob and Keith! They were very accommodating, Keith even picked us up from the airport and took us to the dealership to complete our purchase. I will continue to check the inventory of this dealership and look forward to doing business with them again some day.

Hands down the best buying experience I have had at a dealer. I live an hour away, but Keith was fantastic in answering all my questions and requests remotely. Car was exactly as presented. The buying experience was super smooth (i.e. No high pressure sales tactics, just respectable consultation). Couldn't recommend this dealership (and Keith) more!

Worst experience ever! Great inventory very professional at the time you're looking but once you sign and things about the car are not complete they are done with you. Jackson, has no business being a car salesman let alone at a Porschedealership. And Christopher Allen, Sales Mgr. nice and professional on the test drive but once everything's signed he completely ignores your emails texts and phone calls. The receptionist is across the street at Audubon BMW I think and doesn't hardly know anybody's name when you call. This place is a complete mess please avoid if necessary. There are other Porsche dealerships in the metroplex that are 10 times better than this place .

I had such a pleasant purchasing experience. Overall process was fast. Tito was my sales representative who worked so hard that I couldn't resist to purchase, and Zoran was such a great person to meet. Lastly, Joel spent few hours going over every function.

But, I must share my experiences with those like me who thought that we were doing business with ethical and professional people.Unfortunately, my experience with Autobahn Porsche Fort Worth has been the worst, most stressful and disappointing experience of my entire life as a costumer.PLEASE BE AWARE if you are a handicapped Black Latina who is unable to purchase one of their $150K+ Porsches at Autobahn Porsche Fort Worth: your position as a customer will NOT be valued. My terrible journey with the dealership started October 2023 when I purchased a pre-owned vehicle. Up to today's date,�no license plates or registration has been received. After completing the vehicle's purchase, the staff at Autobahn Porsche s communication did a complete 180 degree turn. There was no responses to my calls, voicemails, text messages, or emails regarding this issue.For months, there has been basically no replies to my concerns related to the title and license plates from the Sales Representative, Jackson Owens, and the Porsche CPO Manager, Christopher Allen as well as Derek Singhass, Pre-owned Director. Therefore, I decided to reached out to the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles. The DMV staff reported that the VIN Number of the car bought at the dealership was nonexistent. Furthermore, the�title of the vehicle was in Mississippi,�meaning that the vehicle was sold without having the title, which is�ILLEGAL in Texas. I have reached out to the President of Autobahn Mr. Brendan Harrington due to the lack of response from his staff. I described all the issues that happened to me to Mr. Harrington and yet I have received no response from him.I am already on my fourth temporary tag for the vehicle since October 2023. I continue paying for the car note, as well as the vehicle temporary tags without any knowledge about the vehicle title.This dealership has shown to be unethical, discriminative, unprofessional, and disrespectful towards me as a customer. I am still hoping that this unacceptable situation will be resolved soon with the help of the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles.

Absolutely phenomenal service from the parts department they are incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, I was asked if I needed help while some one was retreaving my parts! Customer service 10/10.

Probably the most unprofessional dealership I have been to. As a serious buyer I inquired about a G63 Amg. I was told by Ben that he would send me an quote of my average monthly payments but it seems like they dont want my business as i never received it. Ill take my business elsewhere.

My wife made an appointment to have her oil changed here and brought the oil, filter, and drain plug I bought because they don t offer LiquiMoly (IYKYK). When she made the appointment she was told since she had the oil and filter it would be $80, but then the invoice was for $215.25. Guess I ll just buy an iCarsoft to reset the oil change light and do the oil changes myself from now on since clearly the service people here want to be dishonest.

The staff are exceptional, both service and sales. Inventory is always limited and some models have a long wait list, but that is not unusual. They recently performed my service and were very thorough. They even gave me a loaner vehicle that was really nice to drive.

I ve had bad experience with Sales and service advisors even returning calls after leaving a voicemail or a reach out. Either they are so busy that they don t need new customers or there s lack of coordination.

My daughter's screen on the radio would go off sometimes. And she had an appointment, and they told her that she would have to wait. Maybe 2 or 3 days to get her car back. I said I wanted to talk to the manager. And the guy came back and she got her car back the same day. And I think her car is doing the same thing again.

Amazing experience dealing with Tito at Autobahn Porsche. He was very courteous and responsive. He gave me a nice deal which I couldn t refuse. The GM at the facility is a great guy. He was a great help in solving some of the issues I had during the buying process. Overall I am happy with the deal and would recommend anyone to visit the dealership to have a nice buying experience.

Mike Marko was an excellent salesman. Not in any way the stereotypical used car salesman that drives people to private purchases. Quite the opposite. The other employees I spoke to also contributed to the excellent reputation that Autobahn Fort Worth deservedly has. The process was simple and quick, and I would have no qualms recommending them to a friend. Would it be hyperbolic to say that a car dealership could restore a small portion of one's faith in humanity? Perhaps. Then again, no entity on earth will restore it fully, so it's only reasonable to hope for small contributions from many entities over time to simply keep the ship upright and hold the course. So for that I am thankful.

You were prompt in your process, great friendly attitude (even at 7am & during our latest heatwave!!) I took advantage of the website service schedueling option-our details/notes transmitted without hiccups ( upon my arrival-you were prepared which was awesome, great job in time efficiency!) Justin provided excellent updates as items that required follow-ups were completed. Autobahn Porsche in Fort Worth is truly world class. Our family has been buying, trading, and servicing our vehicles with Autobahn for over 30 years.Bob Hall, Zoran Gutic, and their team make Autobahn Porsche the absolute Best-in-Class. I have recommended many friends and acquaintances to them. They have also been consistently very pleased and well taken care of.Autobahn Porsche truly values long term relationships. Me and my wife decide to purchase a new Macan so we decide to visit this dealership which is like 10' away from our home. We visited the location twice and the second time we were ready to place the order.We never moved forward cause at this location the "Sales Professionals" as they have the title on their business cards, are young kids that they think the own the world cause they "work" at a Porsche dealership.The first time we spoke with Julio Echavarria, the "Sales Professional". Not sure what was his thoughts but he made us feel that we are not really interesting to buy a car from them.The second time, we spoke with a blonde "professional", also kid, which I don't remember his name. We didn't told him that we were there to place the order, but we told him that we have some questions regarding the configuration of the car. He wasn't interested to answer in detail so within 5' we were out.If you want to be treated nice, go to Porsche at Grapevinne. We place our order there and whole experience is in another level. The sales representatives are very nice and very welcoming.During those 5 months, our repr was in contact with us very often letting us know about the ETA.The location at Fort Worth is very sad, very small and I guess they cannot find the right people.Very sad to be treated like this when you ready to do a purchase of almost $100.000.We receiving our Porsche from Grapevine this Thursday!!

Julio made buying my first Porsche a literal breeze. He had everything lined up and all I had to do is come in and sign. The finance manager was amazing as well- straight to the point and I never once felt I was pressured to do anything. Both were very knowledgeable and I look forward to buying again from autobahn Porsche in the future & referring all of my friends and family!

Service department is excellently outstanding!! Appreciate the quick appointment time and loaner car, fixed the issue which was not Porsche related. The Service Advisor, Josh Slanker was great to work with and he even got the shop mechanic to come out, get in may 2013 Porsche Cayenne Turbo and review the issue to ensure I was satisfied. And yes, very satisfied. Top flight all the way around!! Thank you Autobahn Porsche!!

We had an issue recently and Zach took control and made sure everything was made right to our satisfaction. He went above and beyond to find resolution and make us feel valued as customers and communicated well throughout. Zach is a great manager of his team and very professional. Excellent customer service and experience...would highly recommend using Autobahn Porsche for any needs/services.
