They were very professional and notice that two of my tires were in bad shape, I already knew that my battery was in need of attention. So I drove out with a new battery and two (2) new tires. I feel very confident in the work that was done.Services: Tires, BatteryServices: Tires, Battery

I have taken my vehicles there for years, and have a very good service rep, Mark Britton. My service is dependable.My only challenge is that since changing to outside phone answering operators, it is very difficult to make contact at times.

Karla is the best service advisor ever. I went through 3 or 4 people before her but now i wont use anyone else. They are a little expensive but you get what you pay for and they are top notch professionals.

Service associate I talked to was rude and in no way tried to help. Wanted to have my car inspected for mechanical problems since I had just purchased it and was told it would cost me $400! unless something was wrong...well how do I know if something is wrong if they won't inspect it...Brakes Ect. I will not be back to this location when it comes time to purchase a new vehicle for sure. My old Infiniti service was 100x better and I have an appointment with another BMW dealer to look at the car for free. TLDR-service sucks go somewhere else.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I purchased my 2021 VW Jetta from Autobahn VW in March of last year. I had my first service done on it today. I don't drive a lot therefore I only had around 8000 miles as Jesus suggested I have my tires rotated. There was a separate charge to have this done, however I'm glad I had it done. My car rides really smooth and the service department provided top notch service to my Jetta. Thank you allServices: Tires, General repairs & maintenance
