What an amazing experience with Greg Chandler. I m in NJ and reached about a preowned X5 M Sport that I was hunting for and they had. He provided quick and clear communication all through out and always replied. Took multiple videos for me and uploaded them in high quality on YouTube to make sure I saw every blemish the car may have had. The buying process was quick and smooth, Greg was never pushy. I probably followed up more than he did. Even when I started negotiating the price to what I wanted it was quick and easy. A few things I mentioned in the video on the car he made sure to take care of and connected me with the third party they use who handled the transport.On the day of pickup Greg even stayed late as the driver got there after they closed to pick it up.Car was bought sight unseen and it was a better experience than I had with any NJ dealer. Only wish I got to pickup the keys in person at Autobahn. Would highly recommend and would buy a car from them again 100%.

I just purchased my second vehicle from Tony Theisz and this experience was just as amazing as the first. Tony has a way of making you feel comfortable, like family. He is not pushy at all, in fact, he is quite the opposite. I was very indecisive, but he never made me feel pressured. He would not let me settle on something that I was not in love with. I've been to other dealerships where I could tell that it was all about closing the sale. This was not the case. Tony took the time to listen to what I wanted and searched high and low for the perfect car for me. His customer service is beyond excellent. He exemplifies the expectation from a luxury brand. He kept in touch with me through every step and made the transaction seamless. My experience with Tony at Autobahn BMW was exceptional. I trust him to have my best interest at heart. I will continue to purchase vehicles from him until he retires! Please be sure to go see him if you are in the market for a new car!He even had a bow on it when I picked it up (but my daughter was in the picture, so I decided not to share that picture). It's those types of touches that make me feel valued as a customer.

Great service, Ask for Jimmy and Rich both were great helped me with my purchase, the one I needed was unable to find anywhere in Whole Dallas, Jimmy had that and really helped me to close that deal very smoothly. This review is for the service department. I had an appointment scheduled at 8:45AM this past Saturday. I sat in my car for 15 minutes before I was acknowledged by a porter. He was short with me and asked me what I wanted. I told him I had an appointment scheduled for an oil change but also needed a tire rotation, had a check engine light on, and had a brake change alert. When the service advisor finally came over, I believe his name was Chris, he had an AirPod in his ear and wasn t listening to a word I said. All he cared about was getting me to pay for rear brakes. When I told him my main concern he ignored me and went on to tell me my oil change would cost $130. I told him I had prepaid for oil changes the last time I was in. He continued to ignore me and went on about diagnosing the check engine light. I had to ask him did you hear what I said? I prepaid for my oil changes so he would stop and listen. He then went on to tell me that it would cost $230 to get diagnostics on the check engine light. This is the third time I ve had to bring in my car for the same problem and of course this time I was out on my car warranty. I was so disgusted with his customer service that I told him to disregard the brakes and check engine light. I asked him to stick to my tire rotation and oil change. When I got my car back the only thing done was the oil change. There s my proof that he wasn t listening to a thing I said. When my car was finally ready hours later, I went to pick it up and was met with three rude porters sitting around arguing as to who was gonna help me. I have brought my car in several times and spent thousands of dollars and countless hours waiting on my vehicle. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this location. I would rather go out of my way to a dealership further away than return to a place that obviously doesn t want my business.

It was a great experience having the opportunity to work with Jorge Ruiz! Definitely recommend! He explained everything to me clearly and if I had any doubt he definitely took care of it! Jorge Ruiz went above and beyond with all the paperwork! He even delivered my car personally since i wasn t going to be home to pick it up! Made the experience super easy. 10 out of 10!

The buying experience that we received at Autobahn BMW in Fort Worth was exceptional. I have purchased many vehicles over the years and my buying experience with Brendan H and Brandon L clearly stands out as the best. The vehicle was exactly as described - in fact, it exceeded my expectations. The service was second to none. All (and I mean all) the paperwork was completed prior to arrival. My wife picked up the vehicle and she was treated like Royalty. Brandon provided the keys to my wife and the BMW Genius spent considerable time with her to set the vehicle up to her taste. The service we received was tremendous.We are now ten days into our new vehicle ownership and everything is as expected. We just picked up our 3rd BMW from the Autobahn dealership! The service was amazing as always. From start to finish, the process was seamless! We ve worked with Tony Theisz all 3 times and LOVE HIM! He has taken such good care of us over the last several years and we will absolutely be coming back for BMW #4 when the time comes! The entire team at Autobahn is amazing. My mom had an amazing car buying experience with Daniel Whitt. He was very kind, patience and knowledgeable. He explained all of the vehicle features, along with a thorough demonstration. He was very responsive and kept her updated throughout the whole process. I was very impressed by his knowledge of different BMWs and their features. It was honestly a steamless process. If I could give a 0 star I would, I bought AA used BMW from here and was told a complete car inspection was done on vehicle before leaving lot. With in 5 days had it back up at Autobahn to get alignment done because car was pulling extremely hard to right. Talked to salesman and he admitted that had it marked as done but wasn t. And they agreed car was pulling bad. I brought up the fact that the brakes were squeaking and can they double check the brakes while they were fixing the alignment. I was told that they double checked it did the brakes were completed and fine. Within 30 days before I even had my license plates. I took the vehicle to a different Because the brake light came on pull it up to the shop. I m looking at the brake pads and I need new Brakes. I ve bought multiple vehicles from Autobahn in the past. I m extremely disappointed in the nature, of which this transaction has gone down. And disappointed is a word I m using lightly.

I had been casually looking online for a 330i. From the minute I walked in to Autobahn BMW of Fort Worth, Tony Theisz made my first new car purchase nothing short of pleasurable. Tony Theisz was our contact and salesman. He was great. Tony is a good listener. More importantly he did not push for the sale. He was flexible and knowledgeable. Tony guided us through the process and made very easy. He was available for our questions and concerns after the sale was completed. Overall great experience at Autobahn.

I love this dealership. I contacted many dealerships in order to make my first BMW purchase and by far this makes it great.What s make is great is the Stuff, Knowledgeable, Attention to detail, Helpful and Not Pushy as other dealerships that try to sell you what you don t want.Huge thanks to Brian Hodge who was my Sales Rep. He helped me all the way by placing the order with factory and kept updated. I was very lucky my custom order only lasted 2 months.Like I said, Brian is the man, no matter how many annoying questions I would ask, he always replied to me even tho this is a busy place full with customers. Great place great environment.I ll recommend this place and would do my next purchase here again. Maybe Brian is around so I can keep bothering him some more.

My review assesses my recent experience with Autobahn BMW and the BMW brand. I bought a 2024 BMW X7 M60 from Autobahn in July. The initial days were disappointing as the air conditioning malfunctioned intermittently. I contacted Autobahn's service but was told I'd have to wait weeks for a loaner car - surprising for a new car. Sewell, on the other hand, swiftly provided a loaner and service.During this time, all sensors (PSM error) stopped working. Despite Sewell's attempts, no fix was found, leaving me with a new car and unresolved issues. "We don't know how to fix the problem".These disappointments have impacted my view of the BMW brand. After weeks of loaners, I sought solutions to exit this car with no apparent quick resolution. Turning to Autobahn, I hoped for genuine concern, but that was not the case.I've had to be the one to reach out and chase Autobahn's "new" GM, Heath - just to get him on the phone. His response to my desire to exit the car was disheartening, asking if I even anticipated depreciation and phrased in a condescending question - like I'm just some moron who happens to be able to afford one of their overpriced marvels of technology. Their repurchase offer after two weeks at a $16,000 loss just feels unjust, even when BMW offered $10,000 - still leaving me short and coming with the hook that I have to remain in a BMW vehicle, which is the last thing I want to do.Despite my efforts, Heath hasn't communicated since our first call. Visiting in person, he was "in a meeting", adding to my frustration. He couldn't even be bothered to come shake my hand like a man? Says a lot, doesn't it?This experience has disillusioned me with BMW and Autobahn. Lack of communication and accountability eroded my confidence. I hoped for resolution, but I'm now I'm just frustrated and disappointed, like my prom night.Sharing this honest feedback, transparency is crucial. It's disheartening that expected customer care wasn't upheld from both BMW or Autobahn. I hope this leads to better service.Unfortunately, this ordeal has shattered my trust in BMW, Autobahn, and Heath. My perception of Autobahn and BMW has been negatively impacted for all of time.

We bought our son s first BMW from Ryan at Autobahn BMW FW. This was my first experience with Autobahn and Ryan made it very special by going ABOVE and BEYOND from the start all the way to getting the car ready for my son s special surprise. The entire process was very smooth with Ryan and he goes out of the way to help the customer. I would ABSOLUTELY go back to Ryan for my future car needs as he is not your typical car salesman and genuinely cares about his customers and is very knowledgeable and passionate at the same time! Ryan is a keeper and deserves the best from Autobahn as he will be the reason I d be making another purchase in the future from this dealership.Also want to give a shout out to Cyrus for his help along the way and setting up the car for my son at the time of delivery!

I brought my car in for an oil change and state inspection. After I picked up the car, I realized that the inspection was missed. I received a call from the service manager offering to pick it up and do the inspection. I already had the inspection done elsewhere, but they made it right. This type of customer service is why I will keep coming back. Not all dealers treat you the way customer should be treated but Autobahn has done right by us and admit when a mistake is made.

For about 10+ years my family has been buying from Autobahn BMW and as a whole we have loved our experience here which is why we keep coming back. However, in recent years it feels as though the quality and discipline has been wavering when it comes to professionalism and attention to detail from employees in the service department. Most recently when I brought my BMW in to be serviced I was given back a car that was much dirtier than when it was brought in. It looks as though someone took a dry rag to it scratching the paint which you can see by the photos. This may be only the second review I have ever done. I generally hate complaining, but this same thing has happened the past few times and it s disappointing. I just hope that management somehow is able to see this and implement some sort of change.

I scheduled my regular maintenance service a few weeks ago. During the scheduling, I requested to have a loaner vehicle since I was unable to hang around while the vehicle was serviced. When I got there, the front desk clerk advised that they had a shortage of vehicles and that they would be giving me an electric car, but she warned me that the car was not fully charged. She stated that as long as I don't "drive to Dallas or anywhere far" I should be ok. I let her know that I wasn't comfortable with that since I wasn't sure how long my vehicle would be there with them. She then told me they could put me in a Mini Cooper and that it would be full with gas. Once the vehicle was being handed over to me, she told me that it only has 1/4 tank but not to worry about filling it up when I return it. I got in the vehicle and started driving away. When I got down the road, I noticed a light that stated I had 10 miles left until "E". Because I, at this point, had 30 minutes to get to work, I had to pull over and get gas, since I didn't have time to go back and ask for gas to put in the vehicle. Also, I noticed that the gentleman who came in behind me to drop his vehicle off for service was being provided a BMW SUV, which was quite interesting since I was just told they didn't have anything other than a Mini Cooper. I don't think I'll be visiting this location again.

This is for the service department. I ve had an issue with the restraint system on the passenger side since I got the car. I took it in for the first scheduled maintenance and asked them to look at the cause. I got a text back saying that either something was spilled on the seat or someone sat on the seat in a wet swimsuit, neither of which happened. Because of that, the warranty wouldn t cover it. I was told this was a strict BMW rule. I did some asking around and was told by a reliable mechanic that the car should almost have to be underwater for the restraint sensors to get compromised. The repair would have been almost $3,000. I told them that I would not pay that much. When I got the courtesy follow-up call to ask how my service went, I expressed my displeasure and was told that the service manager would follow up. Not surprisingly, I haven't heard a word.This is our second, and last, Autobahn BMW. We went there because of Ed Wallace. I trust Ed, but he was wrong on this dealership.
