Had my new Honda come in for a headlight replacement. Upon completion a few days later upon washing my car I noticed 7 brackets and a few bolts placed on the vent next to the windshield wipers. Which sums up they did NOT secure my bumper correctly, did not replace all bolts and brackets like they were supposed to. I m glad I noticed it before my bumper fell off. Completely unacceptable service and could have been a disaster if it would have ripped off going freeway speeds.

Very kind and trustworthy. Didn't try to upsell me. Straight-shooters. I've brought in 2 different vehicles, so far, for various things, but the service has been consistent. I would highly recommend.

I would give them 6 stars if I could! I have been going here for a few years, Jeff and team has been awesome every single time. His prices are always more than fair, and he's an honest man. I recommend him to all my friends and family when they are looking for a shop. Great place here!

These guys are great. After having honesty and competence problems at several other local shops over the years, I'm so glad I found this place. Jeff is a straight shooter and charges a fair price while trying to save you money when he can. I will be a lifelong customer.

This is the first auto-shop I ve been to where they didn t try and scam me. I was able to get my engine problem fixed at no cost as they honored my warranty. I didn t get any hassle or nonsense in getting my car fixed. These guys do honest and great work and I would definitely go back.

I came here for the first time today to get my front and back brake pads replaced and front rotors. Jeff & his team took care of me same day and could not have done a better job! These guys are honest and do great work. Highly recommend.Edit: 5 stars isn't enough. Jeff is really amazing. I love this guy. I just had another incredible experience thanks to him and his crew. How many times have you heard someone say that after a car repair? Any other shop would have had me stressed, cursing, and broke at the end of it all. Not this shop. I gave them the time they needed, and they gave me a well done repair at a cost that genuinely shocked me. It was so much lower than expected! I love doing business with good people! Jeff and his team were super trustworthy, knowledgeable, and proactive. Not only were they these things, Jeff was SO kind and helpful throughout the entire process. This is such a genuine and caring place and Jeff takes SUCH good care of his costumers and goes out of his way to genuinely show and prove that throughout the process. I cannot express any more how great this place this is, and will definitely [hopefully won't have to..] be back if I need car work again!Service: Auto body & trim replacement

These people are AWESOME. They always fix the issue and always offer the best price and service. They keep my 2011 Honda Accord running strong! Honest, friendly service and outstanding repairs and maintenance. They are so much better than any dealership I have ever used. Have taken my and my two daughters cars to Jeff and his guys for many years. We use no one else. Jeff is honest and knowledgeable and always tries to work with our schedules. I was in tears and so unhappy about the diagnosis of my truck. Jeff was able to replace the engine at a more than reasonable price. I was so happy I was in tears again when picking up my truck. I was an out of state dad, trying to find a good mechanic to help my daughter get her car fixed. I contacted Jeff, he helped find a wrecker, fixed the car on just my promise to pay him. He helped me greatly. I think he is a great professional.

I have been using this shop for over 10 years and can say these are some of the most honest, caring, and genuine mechanics in the business. Jeff is an outstanding person and runs an honest shop. His mechanics know what they are doing and will do whatever they can to make the repairs affordable. I assure you won't find a better mechanic in the DFW area. I have referred countless people over the years and have received nothing but positive feedback. Their shop is always full of cars, and that tells you enough about the kind of business they run. Try them once and you will never go anywhere else!

I took my old Toyota in for suspension work and maintenance, they rebuilt my rear suspension entirely, replaced my battery, replaced my hood struts, and changed my oil. They did all of that in one afternoon, approximately two hours. Now my car runs smoother, quieter, my hood stays open, and it reliably starts. Not to mention, they charged me a VERY reasonable rate for all of that work in that short of a time. If you need any kind of work done on your car, take it to this shop! They do quality work at a good price, and they do it quickly; I cannot recommend this business enough. 5/5 stars!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Steering & suspension replacement, Auto maintenance

I was visiting from TN, and the catalytic converter was stolen from my vehicle while visiting my friends..Jeffery made the process easy and simple from start to finish they only hold up was my insurance company. Jeffery and his team made a 2 week job( waiting on the part) into a 3 day due to the wait time of the insurance company. I appreciate Jeffery be being understanding that I wasn t from the area and I needed to get back home. I can t thank you enough for getting me back safe and sound to my family. I came in for spark plugs, dropped off first thing in the morning and picked up by noon on a Friday. I called earlier in the week & they provided the most affordable quote as my spark plugs are located at the bottom of my engine so they re hard to get to. Everyone was super friendly, I requested specific spark plugs & they were able to find them for me. I will definitely be back.

LOOK NO FURTHER!THIS IS your mechanic, your service spot, your "go to" automotive authority. I can't say enough great things about Jeff & his staff! I drive a Lincoln MKZ with over 170,000 miles on it & have used their services & relied on their expertise for a tune up & oil change, new brakes, A/C compressor replacement & a windshield washer pump replacement. I've even had these guys work up an estimate for repairs after colliding with tire tread on the highway. They are always fair with both pricing & your time management. They will troubleshoot problems with you & leave better educated about your own car. Hands down some of the best service, both customer & automotive, I've had in DFW. I recommend them fully & without reservation. If you want a "car repair advocte" this is the place!

I was driving to go on vacation when my truck broke down. I was able to get a rental and continue on because the tow company that partners with Auto Car Care bills the center (to be added on to your final repair bill). It means I didn t have to wait 5 hours for the soonest tow truck, and I didn t have to be present for the delivery of my vehicle to the shop. It was a huge stress relief.My truck ended up needing a whole new engine, radiator, and clutch. Although it took longer than I hoped (doesn t it always?), they were very generous with the discounts they offered and parts they installed at a reduced rate.They ended up going through two engines before finding one without any issues, and I m ever grateful that they took their time to ensure quality over quantity.It was my first time using them at the recommendation of a family friend, but it certainly won t be the last.Service: Engine repair

I recently moved here from out of state and as a single female who knows nothing about cars the though of going to an auto mechanic gives me anxiety. I've been through the ringer with bad actors. Jeff at Auto Care center was an absolute angel, I can't say enough nice things about how I was treated and the fair price I got for service. These guys are first rate auto specialists. If they can't fix it, they will tell you where to go. Honest, straight forward people you can trust. And their repair price is just as trust worthy. I have used them 2 times for completely different problems with severe time constraints and they executed flawlessly. Check them out, you won't be sorry.

I had my alternator and my battery replaced at this shop. I will never go to another shop again, this is my home shop for as long as I live in dfw. Not only we re they quick, knowledgeable, and reasonable in pricing but they are some of the sweetest men in this industry, especially Jeff!!! He even checks in from time to time just to make sure all is running smoothly, he also loves yoda, how could you not like the guy?? No but seriously, bring them your business, you won t be disappointed!Service: Battery
