Ok guys let me say choosing a shop for your vehicle problems can be a scary thing. Well let me share me experience I took my SUV to these guys to see what was wrong with it. It was the worst possible outcome I needed a new motor wich is ( NOT THESE GUYS FAULT ) from the whole process these guys was on it offered different loan options the receptionist was very friendly the employees was very friendly made me feel like I was in good hands. So they found me a motor installed it my suv is running better then I can remember !!!! I am very pleased I will definitely be back for any troubles I have. Last thing Brad was my point of contact and he updated me a lot sent me pictures of the process also explaining details of my repair I mean he was awesome. Hopefully this review will help someone best of luck

When my check engine light came on I read reviews and make my decision on what I think may be the best shop. I am so happy about reading all the positive reviews on this place. They are hands down the best mechanic shop I have been too! They told what was wrong, the work was done in less time than I expected, and my suv rides like a gem. They didn't try and get over on me just because I am a woman either. Definitely a trustworthy efficient business. I highly recommend them.

This started out to be a very good experience. As good as a 15-1600 dollar car expenditure can be. They really assisted me with loan options, and what was truly helpful was providing me with a ride to and from. Thank you Sessie. However, upon picking vehicle up I still had some issues needing to be addressed and was unable to get anyone's attention. But I do understand. What you absolutely do not do is call customer to complain about your review. I realize we all live and die by reviews these days but the best way to handle that would be to call and ask how else you might help or what you might do to make the experience better. But to threaten to fire an employee was super unprofessional. Jackie is a gem and made the whole situation easier. Thank you Jackie. Wylie, I do appreciate your service but calling like that was childish.

Their customer service is alright, but I wouldn t waste your money here. I spent 400$ here just for me to have to go back up there 3 times and my car still was worse than before I brought it in. They constantly try to shove payment plans in your face after they overcharge you for the service. They told me new control arms would cost $500 when the part online is $50 completely full of it over there.

I get almost all of my vehicle maintenance and light to medium auto repair done here. The owner and staff are friendly, helpful, and honest. Also, the prices for services are very reasonable. The waiting lobby is clean and the number of seats are adequate. You will not mistake the lobby for the Lexus or Mercedes dealership, but the prices for service also will not reflect the prices in those places, and you will get good service here.

This is hands down the best place to go in the West Fort Worth area. As a native of Atlanta I got a cash car for 1400$ which came with some minor bumps and bruises. However after shopping around the area for what seemed like months of sleazy salesman. I stumbled and crawled to Alta Mere where they not only assured me of speedy same day service, they delivered on that assurance with top quality performance. I have a child on the way to which they took into consideration i needed to get back on my feet as quickly as possible. Street justice was served and I can now get to and from work in a city I don't know anyone in. Which means these great people, kept literal hope alive. If that doesn't make you a real hero in todays world I don't know what constitues! Thank You Alta Mere Auto Care! From my growing family to yours!

Best mechanic shop I've found in DFW. Very friendly, cost effective, and fast. I take our fleet vehicles here as well as my personal car. Mr. Wiley and staff are the best!

I was a mechanic 20+ years ago and do all my own research. Found this place through Google keywords as the services they provide. They didn't waste my time and even worked with me and understood me which is remarkable after visiting so many shops trying to find such a wonderful service. And some expert mechanic did the job in half the book time which is remarkably amazing since it would of taken me 2 days to do lol. Amazing website, amazing service and communication with not only me but the clients that came in. Hopefully this fixes the issue I had as it could be one other thing which is tough when being a mechanic. It could be one thing or another.. don't listen to negative reviews till you've walked some kind of miles in a mechanics shoes

�o not take your car to this place. They will rip you off. I took my vehicle for fuel pump reir. They said it was a factory security issue. They also said they had to program new keys. They also said they had to order a bypass kit to fix it. When I picked it up , my alarm and radio would not work. All the did was run a hot wire to the fuel pump. It runs now. I am at thestereo shop now and witnessed the poor job they did. They disconnected the brain on my alarm and kept it.left wires exposed, whoch could've shorted something out and caused more problems. They just dod a bang up job and charged me $1100. When I called about it,, Wiley told me they dont even want to work on it again. Well they dont have to worry about that ever again.

I took my car to these people to reset my car computer. After resetting it I was told to drive 120 miles and it should be ready. 90 miles later check engine light comes on. Took it back and had them replace the crankshaft sensor that showed up bad on a readout. They finished it and came into the shop and said the starter was bad. The owner manager of the place drove the car into the bay and yet he says it's bad. I asked him if he's going to replace and he said no but would put another one on for $280 more. I told him no and went to O'Reilly's and got one cheaper. Then I took the old one back to O'Reilly's and they put it on the starter checker and said the starter was good. I called the shop back and they said they put it on their checker and it showed to be bad. I will never take my car there again and I recommend that no one else takes their vehicle there either. My car is running worse than when I put it in the your shop. You want to make it right refund the money for the new starter that I bought in addition to the so called work you was supposed to do

I took my toyota corolla for check engine light on, they changed the sparks and engine coil, drove 10 miles check engine light came back went back there they checked the oxygen sensor was bad they replaced it, now the check engine light is back on next day.I do not know what to say but i will never go back there anymore time.

This place is amazing! I needed my throttle body replaced on my truck and I spoke with the new owner Wiley because I was in a pickle I needed my truck working that day for a job I was contracted to do. A lot was riding on this repair. They were able to get the part and get it installed within just a few hours and I was back on the road. Disaster averted. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an honest mechanic, the owner s seriously such a good dude.

Best kept secret in West Ft Worth! I own a 2000 Tundra that had a problem TOYOTA could not figure out! Alta Mere Auto Care fixed it! Had used them prior for State Inspection and Oil Change! Prices are Great! Wiley and Jackie are OUTSTANDING! Went ahead and got new brakes and other maintenance things done! ATTENTION ALL! You can t go wrong by coming here! I also told my daughter if she ever has a breakdown- have her car towed here! 5 stars is not enough!Services: Auto exhaust system repair, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto brake repair, Auto maintenance, Auto brake replacement, Oil change

Work is always done exactly as requested. No more- no less. Brad is honest, efficient and cost- effective. I have been getting my vehicle work done here for over 9 years and have never had a worry. I drive 75,000+ miles per year and trust no one else with my service work. Kudos to this shop, they will continue to get all of my business.

KEEP YOURSELF AND YOUR LOVED ONES AWAY FROM THIS SHOP. This shop took my elderly father for all he had, and in the end got his car and his money. They charged my elderly father-in-law over $2000 to fix his overheating car, then told him he needed a $5000 engine replacement after their repairs did not fix the issue. They then convinced him to sell them the car for a measly $400. When he went to pick up the money, they only gave him $288 stating that he still owed money to the shop for the first repair which didn't fix the car. I hope this review helps others avoid being taken advantage of :(Service: Engine repair

This shop charged over $1000 parts and labor yet didn't fix my truck! I had to have the issue repaired at another shop for about $650. They refused to give me any of my money back. They misdiagnosed the problem and replaced parts unnecessarily,charging me to experiment unsuccessfully.I had to take my vehicle back several times within two weeks, each time having to get rides from others back to pick up my vehicle unrepaired,even attempting to sell me a $2000 rebuilt transmission which also would not have fixed it because the problem turned out to be in the PCM.I WILL NEVER TAKE ANOTHER VEHICLE TO THIS SHOP BECAUSE THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH TAKING MY MONEY AND NOT RESOLVING THE PROBLEM!
