Steer clear of this place. He told me one price to fix my damaged door lock, and after they tore the door apart, they called & doubled the price on me. When I submitted my repair bill to my insurance (it was a break-in repair), the insurance wouldn't reimburse me, they told me, based on the repair guide that I overpaid by 3x.... Gone are the days of the friendly, affordable neighborhood mechanic.

Jeff is a great guy. Competitive pricing, honest as the day is long and a man of his word. I highly recommend this auto repair mechanic. I have had 3 vehicles worked over and I have been more than satisfied with the work each time. Quality!

Terrible service, no wonder they have to send flyers in the mail. I wanted to give them a chance, but the 2 mechanics were busy looking at something on their phone and talking to acknowledge me, but jumped right up for another car which turned out to be the owner. I would have happily given them future business, but they clearly do not care about service. Do yourself a favor and go to Kwik Lube, I've only always been treated wonderfully by their staff.

I have been a customer fir 15 years and know the owner Chris and he knows me. My experience was different today at body shop. I was kept waiting for 2 hours for a quote for a small dent on rear bumper of my Benz , I took my car back coz they had excuses saying t takes time to find replacement parts to give a quote.; I found the parts in 1 minute online. I took the car to another shop and it took them 5 minutes for the same quote.

Dropped off my 96 ss back January to have oil leaks and transmission leaks fixed they called me told how much it would cost to fix $1200 later still leaking took it back guys says I should start looking for another engine where mine only had just over 109,000 miles. Took my car to a another they told me I needed the same stuff I paid $1200 for this place is a rip off and do t know their way around a engine

My Ford F150 was overheating due to shoddy work done by another shop. The got it in, diagnosed the issue and performed repair.. Highly recommend

Top notch. Honest and they do great work. Jeff is always pleasant to work with and everyone here is extremely knowledgeable. I won t go anywhere else. Was referred to them when we moved here seven years ago. We are loyal customers.

I've taken all of my vehicles here and had the best maintenance, service, and pricing anywhere in the metro. Yes, you'll need an appointment so plan a week out but it's worth the wait and they know their craft. What a great treasure this place is! Performed multiple tasks and did them efficiently while communicating with me the entire time. A real bargain in this day and age. Highly recommend them for your automotive needs!

DO NOT COME HERE! Always had a great experience here, but my car was left there over a holiday weekend and I pick it up with cobwebs in the corners of my car and a very dusty interior. I can only assume my car was left open in some way over the weekend. I hope this isn t a regular thing.**UPDATE** after leaving my 2 star review a few days ago, Mr. Jeff at the front desk decided to attempt to reach out to me while I was at work but was unsuccessful so he looked up my mother s information to reach out to her about my poor review. He then proceeded to deny that my car could have gotten dirty. The new management obviously has thrown customer service out the window along with the concept of a clean vs. dirty car. You have been warned.

Jeff and the team are incredible, my friend has taken their cars here for some time. I just started taking my car here and this is the only place I trust. It isn't fancy, or over the top. They feel like honest hard working people that have their incentives well aligned with their customers. I don't know a lot about cars so finding a place I trust is very important to me. Glad to find this place.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. We were told, initially, that they would notify us before performing any work on the vehicle. I received no notification, just a call when all of the work was done and what they were charging us for that work. I confronted them about not receiving a phone call. We were never told there would be a charge for an inspection. When we went to pick it up, they stated that the inspection fee was "waived", and had already performed the oil change. At that point, the mechanic and front office worker mocked us for not having had enough oil in our car. The mechanic said that our car "eats oil" at a very high rate, and that the solution was to get an oil change once a month.2 weeks later, our vehicle started flashing a notification that there was low oil. We had to add oil to the car (3+ quarts in a car that takes 4.4 quarts total) and take our car somewhere else and pay for another oil change, engine flush, and oil filter replacement. This new mechanic informed us that it's their professional opinion that we were swindled, and that there was no way any work was done on our vehicle. We will never recommend Alliance Keller to anyone, and will continue to tell people to avoid taking their vehicle there.We recommend Ratchet Brothers instead!Service: Oil change

We were in town for the air show last Sunday. Right as we pulled in our car died. We had it jumped several times and it was clearly the alternator that went out. Unfortunately every place is closed on Sundays so we wound up having to stay in Dallas for the night when we had planned to head home back to Oklahoma. First thing Monday morning we called alliance and I wont lie but they shocked me with the quote for the alternator. We went ahead and took our car in anyway after they figured out the exact cost for us. We found out that they were 4 days behind and took us anyway as they knew we were from out of town and needed to get home. We were so impressed with their customer service and they were the lowest in cost. Their employee, Jeff, had a great life lesson chat with my soon to be 9year old "know it all" son that really got him thinking. My son was so pleased that they had a conversation and he talked about how awesome Jeff was. They were honest, operated with integrity, and were so kind to get us in and out in a timely manner. I highly recommend and if we ever run into ANY car trouble while in Dallas this is the only mechanic we will go to. Thank you so much for getting my family back on the road safely!

They used to be good.A new dude started heading the place, and he's a jerk.I went in there for a catalytic converter change, and was told he wouldn't touch the car until he hooked it up to a test machine, and that it would cost over a thousand dollars. The test along would cost almost $200.I knew exactly what was wrong and asked for a specific job to be done. If that job didn't fix the issue, that's my fault. Not theirs. There's no reason to hook it up to a test machine when I ask for a specific job.Big John's in fort worth will swap out the catalytic converter for less than $300.Thank you.Come again.

I always take my car here for anything I need. They are trustworthy and straightforward. I ve never been haggled and at times, they ve done work for me for free! Great place, HIGHLY recommend! A colleague of mine who is regular recommended me this shop when big authorized so-called dealers were charging unbelievable amounts for 25K miles service on my Honda Pilot. I was initially unsure of going to Alliance because my Pilot is 2011 and so far I've only been to authorized dealers but then I decided to give them a try. The check-in was smooth and did not have to wait. I was allowed to go near the car and watch the stuff myself. They did all detail checkup. The fluids which were good were not changed and they recommended me to get them checked on next visit which was awesome because dealers don't care about that stuff. I was out quickly. The service guy did not work on any other thing until he was done with my car. I strongly recommend Alliance. They are genius minds without any greed and that is what everyone needs in these times.

I have been a customer over a decade. They have service my Saturn, Honda and infinity. I never worry about the cost, and if I take my car in for a problem they give it a complete check up.the quality of work is outstanding. I've never had a bad experience with these guys. Every time my car's needed work, they've either charged me less than the original estimate, or had it days earlier than expected.The mechanics are fantastic, the owners are incredible, and the work they do is unrivaled. I can't bring my car anywhere else, knowing these guys are around!

We are so happy to have been referred to this shop. The customer service is wonderful and personal. They have repaired both of my vehicles in the last few months for much cheaper than any other estimates I was given. I will definitely be going back to them for all of my maintenance and repairs and I very much recommend them.

Always friendly & great service. They go the extra mile. They will pick you up and drop off. Reasonable prices. Honest. They offer a towing service.I've been a loyal customer for 15 years.They give my car the once-over when I bring it in even for just an oil change! ($14.95>My son drives down from DENTON whenever he needs work done on his car.

Mark is absolutely phenomenal to deal with! He was absolutely thorough & honest. Hard to come by, unfortunately, these days. We appreciate their detail in their work. And cost hundreds less than another quote we received. So fortunate our friend recommended this garage! Now we know where to go first!

Best experience I've had in this area of Texas. Honest, to the point, stays as far away from taking advantage of the customer as possible. Great price and was in and out quickly. I mean a really good price.I also saw the owner interacting with a young, somewhat aloof stoner kid. He treated that boy with a lot of respect where understandably you or I would have already let our patience slip in such a business setting.I trust this guy from just his first job. Ontop of all this, he helped me out with a tow when I never would have thought to ask. Kind of like how I used to buy, as a manager, the cab for any bar patron of mine that I thought needed talking out of driving. So we're on the same wavelength.

I am a woman, and have always been worried about mechanics taking advantage of me. I can change my own oil, brakes, tires, and a few other basic things, but I just found a mechanic that has won my trust and money.They really give you the best price. They are courteous, honest, and thorough. I gave this place a chance because of the reviews, and I am so glad I did.Fast, efficient, respectful, honest, stand up, knowledgable, best priced mechanic!

After reading some of the negative comments about Alliance Auto, I had to post a review. I have been a customer of theirs for nearly 8 years now. They have always treated me fairly, provided excellent service, and have by far been the most economical option for everything repair related. I have used them for oil changes, brake work, body work, alignment, scheduled maintenance, and everythings else that may go wrong with my vehicles. The owner, Chris, and the rest of his team are attentive, fair, and always respond in a timely manner. They never try to upsell me, and of the several times I have used them they have always gotten the job done right the first time. Even when my wife has gone there on her own for various reasons, they were extremely fair in their evaluation of the issues and in their pricing. Over the years they have worked on my Nissan, Kia, Volvo, and BMW, and have done an excellent job on each of them. If you appreciate doing business with fair and honest people, then these are your guys. If you would rather work with over priced, high-end dealerships while spending as much as 3x more for the same work, then go somewhere else.I will say that they are always busy, and you must typically schedule your appointment (even best if you schedule your oil changes). However, this should just be additional confirmation to the quality of work they do given that so many people utilize their services, and I venture to bet that the vast majority are return customers.

I've been bringing my cars here for about 10 years ever since my first car in high school needed the front end replaced (dodge ram) they have always been very nice, quick and priced fair. They always communicate with you every time something may come up that needs attention. Your not going to take your car here for 1 thing and get a call the next day saying they already fixed 10 things. If they cant fix something they let you know and they don't charge for checking out "weird" sounds. Recently we had to get a hub assembly on my wife's van replaced and she told them how the very back windows were stuck open and how frustrating it was driving on the freeway and not being able to go through a car wash... they took the door panel off, jumped the switch and secured the windows that had been bugging us for almost a year at no extra charge. Chris and his group are very friendly, trustworthy and make you feel at home even when your a frustrated mom by yourself with 4 kids going crazy in their waiting room :)
