This place was amazing, they went above and beyond with their repair, I was surprised how far and quick they were. Mike in the office answered all my Questions and kept me updated on everything with repairs and insurance. I have a 2016 Chevy Colorado that had body damage on one side from front to back. Alliance collision did an awesome job fixing it, the truck looks brand new.They worked with my insurance company and they bend over backwards to get your repair done as quick as possible. I am really impressed with Alliance Collision. They are family owned and their customer service is amazing as well as their availablility and prices. The day I dropped off my car to be repaired I didn t have a ride to Enterprise to pick up my rental and, Michael, who was working the office drove me to the rental service along with my son who is a toddler. Which is above and beyond in my opinion from customer service at other repair places. Not to mention the collision repair on my headlight and front bumper were very well done and finished before expected. I will be coming back for future repairs.

I had a minor fender bender on a Friday night during a road trip, and found Alliance Collision Saturday morning. Had a great experience with them. We were in an accident about a month ago. I called several different shops and these guys were the nicest on the phone and had good reviews. They were timely and made sure to follow up with me during the process. They were absolutely the best to work with and my car came out looking better than before the wreck. Highly recommend them!

They forged my name and cashed the insurance check, proceeded to still try to have me pay cash without informing me they received the check from the insurance company. A misunderstanding they said after taking both my payment and the one from the insurance. Then it took two weeks for them to refund me my money. I can understand mistakes may have been made, but what kind of business forges your signature and cashes a check under your name? A scamming one if you ask me.

I chose Alliance Collision to repair my vehicle after a deer decided to hitch a ride. The location and Saturday hours made it very convenient. The work was completed on time. I'm very happy with the work. Job well done!

This is my official car repair shop. Right price every time. The repairs are done in a timely manner. They fixed my crumpled rear end. They have popped my hail dings. They have also fixed all those nasty shopping cart scratches. When it gets fixed here, it always looks like I'm driving a new car off the dealership lot. Highly recommended!

Wife's car was T-Boned crushing both passenger doors. Insurance from offending party offered $3,000 which I accepted and was close to the best estimate I could get from body shops. Then a neighbor referred me to Alliance Collision who just wrote his estimate of $1,000 on the back of his business card. I thought what the heck, if the doors just work I would be happy to pocket the $2K and move on. This was about 2 years ago and it is still not possible to see any repair work was done AT ALL!

I wont go back here again... Did they PDR my car and remove he dents?.. yes, but there were just too many return trips I had to make. 1st return was because of several trim and seals that were incorrectly installed, causing the car to leak air, rattle and squeek. 2nd return was when I found out that the auto lien holder had accidentally sent my clain check to the repair shop... a check that was endorsed to me... Alliance Collision cashed it somehow, I assume they signed my name. I had already paid them for their services. This last weekend, shamelessly 3 months after the repair, I was detailing my car, lifted the hood for the 1st time since the repair to find the hood heat shield (blanket) was not attached, just laid on top of the engine. I gave up and went back to the dealer to buy the clips which set me back $40. Live and learn.

Reasonable prices. Can do other things besides bodywork. He was able to fix daughter's headlights after we got parts online.
