These people need to update their website. Their website says they sell electronic resistors in stock, but the people answer the phone don t know their inventory. Maybe they need to do an update their website.

VERY shady policies with clearance items!! For last few years they always lie and make excuses that they dont have any clearance oil while it shows online that they do

Got a steering wheel cover here. Nice clean store and friendly knowledgeable help. And Eric made my day by putting the steering wheel cover on and making sure it fit.

I checked O'Reilly's and AutoZone with no luck. The store had exactly what I needed at a great price. With a helpful friendly staff. Wish I went here first. I would have saved myself a lot of time.

Mechanics, Sr citizens, Veterans,& Disabled: DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. This store does not honor parent corporate return & refund policies on tools, probably other other stuff too. Google maps indicates store may be up for sale.

I came in tonight (12/21) and Gilbert helped me out and provided excellent service. He helped me get in and out and solved my issues that I had while performing exceptionally professional service. I d advise management at this location to keep an eye on this individual and consider promotions for his future for he displayed superb leadership qualities as well as amazing customer service all while having a smile on his face while doing so. Bravo Gilbert set the standard!

Ray was the absolute best employee at any auto parts store I have even been too!!! I left Oriellys very upset because they sold me the wrong wiper and refused to refund my money. Ray was able to find the right one and even put it on my car in the rain!!! This may not seem like a big deal but it made all the difference to me!!!

Erin is the best, he ll help you out with anything.But Michael is a different story. Refused to print out a copy of my receipt and said only the manager would be able to. I know for a fact that is a lie because I got a copy of my receipt at a different location 30 minutes after that. I walked in with tools to warranty and he instantly looked over and said you aren t planning on returning those are ya? He recently even sold my little brother 5qts of synthetic oil and 1qt of conventional for his oil change, it s not difficult to read labels.Overall, I love Advanced but he s ruined it for me. Diffidently gonna stick to Oreilly s, even if it costs more.

been needing a part all day Sunday and Saturday night it's really hard to find a broth light switch stop light switch everyone to call it Saturday night on a Sunday it's usually a OEM which is like a original part dealership only type of stuff .Napa told us they had two of them I was like thank gosh we get there he goes back he comes back because they don't have it he was up sorry wrong number wrong number and goes back again and get some hopes up again nothing AutoZone same thing that was a nice guy named Michael please remember that cuz this is my name and he said they had it I wouldn't believe in him because everyone else just said the same thing but then he came back with the part that I needed stuck by switch appreciate you Michael

I came in this evening for a simple blinker bulb... I've been having to replace it it seems like every 6 months it seems like there's been a short or whatever... Angel not only assisted me with my purchase but also had me pop the hood and installed it for me... Before I left I turned on my van and it was still flashing rapidly and he noticed that told me to pop the hood again that he was going to figure out why... My blinkers not the easiest to get to and he worked on it for about 20 minutes until he figured out what was going on with my blinker... he didn't have to do any of this... I also have a very very busy two year old little boy whom wanted to touch everything in the store and while he was grabbing the bulb he came and brought him a Hot Wheels and gave it to him game to play with and take home... His customer service was above and beyond and I truly appreciate everything that he did for me this evening... Thank you Angel I really appreciate your help...

Advance Auto Parts is the absolute worst. I placed an order online, which is supposed to be ready in 30 minutes. I show up a couple of hours after I placed the order and wasted 45 minutes at the store waiting for a counter guy to figure out why my order didn't show up in his system. He was friendly, and this wasn't his fault, but super frustrating. The online ordering people put a "verification hold" on my order because it was a large purchase (~$650). They wouldn't give me my parts, or cancel the order and refund my credit card. It's now been 8 hours and they still haven't processed the order. The first and last time I ever deal with these morons.

When I say ray is the best I mean the best we came in in tears because we couldn t get help else where and ray took care of us he took care of us I will forever be in disbelief the care car gave us yes thank u ray life saver

Ladiea do not be discouraged to walk into an auto parts store. This is the store for me. Laurie has excellent customer service and is very helpful and knowledgeable. They have mine and my kids' business.

Gilbert was a great help, someone tried to take my license plate off the back of my jeep at lunch today. My license plate was flapping on my bumper and I was scared to drive home. Advanced Auto parts was the first Shop on way home. He helped me make my license plate secure to drive home safely. I appreciate his help.

Spoke to lori there she was a great help. Got me exactly what i needed and the prices were better than oreilys and autozones. If you go there speak with lori she has been the most knowledgable person i have ever dealt with at a parts store.

They suck...they dont want to help u..u buy new for there warrenty and they dont want to honor it and then throw u out and if u dont get out they will call the cops..whith out u acting rude..just want to know why wont they honor ur warrenty..and they make it personal and im the customer..never again..i lost over 20.00 ddlrs..

Spanish...? Yes, it is my primary language and Ray was able to help me solve the problem I had with my vehicle taillights, he sold me the right tool and the right bulb...! And he did it talking to me in my primary language. Is he an asset there...? YES...!

I shop almost exclusively at Advance Auto all over DFW, and this has to be the worst one I've been to. Ordered parts online, said they would be ready to pick up in 30 minutes. I got to the store two hours after placing the order, and the workers spent another 30 minutes looking for my parts. Total waste of time on my part.

My mom purchased a 02 sensor she received the wrong part and store manager would not refund her money even with reciept that show's how they take advantage of older women this makes me sick
