I visited this place on 5/20/21. I spent a little over $100. The reason of the 1 star is because there were a (100 count disposable gloves box) labeled a $20 but the cash register was 26. The associate called the leader and I was told that the label was from 2 years ago so they did not honor the price nor remove the label. He did offer 15% discount. The important lesson here is not about money but a lack in costumer service can make the difference in keeping a costumer.

Terrible customer service. Purchased a battery which exploded and spilt all over my leather seats and arm. Called corporate customer service and all they did was have they store SAY they called me... no missed calls from the store of purchase. I called the store originally to ask about what I should do and the associate LAUGHED and said i don't know just return it and said I'm busy and hung up. I do not know name but long red hair pulled back in a pony tail all the time. I came to return the battery since obviously the company doesn't care about their customers in which the manager smuggly says he's called me and all he can do is swap out the battery... no sir. I demanded full refund. I cannot believe the constant terrible customer service from this organization....

Employees are mannersble, friendly and they really try to find the items needed.Their prices were considerably lower for batteries. They actually have 750 cold amps for $119.00. I've the place to purchase auto parts without going almost bankrupt.

Would not accept a return of part just purchased with receipt. Kept changing story about terms of return. No terms printed on receipt. Avoid this place when good dealers are all around them. Fortunately, I only lost $50 here. Will not return.

Went to pick up an online order and give me the treatment of i was empersonating someone else, i had to spell my name 3 times and had to show my id (which i understand is procedure) it was just the whole attitude from the interaction. I rather ship to home next time if i get to pick items from this store

Unacceptable customer service. The employee who was handling the front desk on November 16th around 5:45pm was extremely unprofessional and if was my employee, he would be terminated. He hung up on us and when we called back and asked why he hung up on us and told him it was rude, his pathetic response was okay general manager . Infuriating.

1st time Advance auto ticked me off. Called earlier and found they had my part in stock. Told them I would 100% walk over later on to get it. When I got there, they had just CLOSED EARLY for the day. So I just wasted my time walking here in 27 degree weather for NOTHING! I know its not your responsibility to be like "oh this guy was coming here, call him to say we close early." I get that. But that felt like a BS move today boys! Thanks for nothing today.

This place is horrible. The time on google says that they close at 8 but when I got here the sign says that they close at 7. Whoever is in charge of managing their advertising online isn t doing their job. So now I wasted my time to come over here plus gas. This store will never have my business again. lol the negative reviews on here are there for a reason.

I went in looking for a windshield sun screen to try to keep the inside of my new car cooler. I found one but was not sure it would fit. The salesperson told me it would. I bought it an left the store.I got out to my car and unfolded the screen to discover it is actually a little too big. I went back in and told the sales person I needed the smaller one. He came back out to the car with me and unfolded the screen and put it in place. He told me it was fine and should be bigger than the window (not where it has 5-6" on each side hanging off). I finally just left because he did not seem interested interested in exchanging it.

Made a purchase summer of 2018 that had a rebate, I did everything on my part to be able to receive the rebate. Its now 2020 and I never got my rebate. I emailed them and called and they keep saying they'll issue another rebate to me but I never receive anything. The last I heard from them I was told to contact the company that awards the rebates, and when I did I was told by them that a rebate was issued and since I never received it only Advance Auto could authorize another one to be made. When I emailed them to tell them what I was told they never again replied. What I purchased that day I paid $50 whrn I could've got the same product from Walmart for $30 and not have to deal with this. And its not about the money, its about the fact that you're told something and then they don't keep their word. Never shopping at advance again I'm sticking with O'Reilly's.

Bought a bad refurb alternator. Returned it 5 days later with box and receipt. They implied I was scamming them with a part from a different store, b/c the part didn't match the barcode of the box. I empathized but contested I was returning the product that was sold. Manager said there was nothing he could do, and I'd have to call online customer service b/c it was an online order. I did. The manager decided to replace my part like he was doing me a huge favor on the condition that I take in store credit for the 35$ core charge. I didn't really have a choice, so I accepted. At the time, It felt relieved. But after reflection, the sum of the experience was a bad alternator = breakdown on i20 + 1.5 hour store visit + extortion to get what I paid for a week prior. Compare that to the free tow and diagnostic Pep Boys gave me to discover the bad refurb alternator. I think I'm done with AA.

I called before coming inside to see if I could make an Amazon return here. The guy tells me yes. So I park and go inside only to find out I cannot. Waste of my time and gas.

This store is kept up. Good inventoryLocation not good but if your looking for something the other Auto parts don't have chances are they have it in stock. Keep up the good work.

Apparently it's your responsibility as the customer to open the box and know that the part is the right one or you may get stuck with it. Took two hours to get the refund after calling customer service and feeling exhausted and mistreated.

The people in there know nothing I came to get a headlight bulb for my 2010 Mazda 6 and asked for assistance putting it in. The guy in the store told me that most mazda 6 cars require you to take the front bumper off the car to access the bulb and sometime even the grill. Me knowing nothing about cars you have to take the bumper off of to access the headlight I asked could he come out and look at mines to see if I required it and he confirmed that yes in fact I would need the bumper off and would need to take it to a mechanic to change my bulb. I went home because it was getting dark but when I got there I went on google and asked how to change the headlight for my car and it showed me a couple of videos where you have to turn the wheel in and remove the screws in front of the tire to access it not taking off the bumper of my car. You guys really should hire people who know about cars because he was just talking out the side of his neck because he had no clue. Why lie though just say you don't know.

I visited this store for the first time on November 28th @2:35pm. The employee Jason was rude and acted as if he had no interest in helping me. I wouldn t recommend going if here for help.

I bought a part here and it was the wrong part.and when I tried to bring it back the guy in there said that they dont have no money to give back and then the guy tried to say that I installed it did not install because I immediately recognized that it did not fit and another thing is that I found that their parts are high in prices would not recommend anybody to go there
