I was so impressed with my experience here! I went in with a nail puncture in one of my tires and they fixed it for me in a matter of minutes. I couldn't believe how efficient they were. They were very kind, helpful, and fixed the issue quickly. I feel very confident in being back for any future tire/wheel needs!

They are very helpful, affordable, and so nice. All the employees acknowledged me and made sure i was helped. Great prices! Cheaper in price than all the others around. Definitely the GOAT!

I pulled up 2pm. It is currently 5pm. And I only have on one tire. 3 vehicle's have came and gone. One person even went and got lunch sat down and at and smiled at me. Horrible customer service 1300 on a set of 20'inch rims. I got one new tire and they out 3 used ones in the rest of my cars. I woul not recommend this place to no females. I'm gonna assume cause I'm a female they made me wait. The rushed to the males that pulled in and got them right out the way. WOMEN TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSE WHERE. THIS HORRIBLE. HAD TO CANCEL MY APPOINTMENTS FOR TODAY AND UTS FRIDAY. SMH VERY BAD BUSINESS.

Great, fast service. Got me a great used tire to replace a defective tire, for a great price. They have a great selection of aftermarket rims in shop also. Will be going here from now on.

Fast and friendly service. It seems only the man in the office speaks fluent English, but I speak Spanish, so I was able to translate for my husband.We needed to get one of our tires fixed and turned out there was a nail in it. The man said we could stay in the car while he fixed it, which was pretty cool. Great service. I noticed that they also do mechanic work and have lots of nice wheels in the garage for sell.

I took my car here to have my rim repaired and had a pretty great experience. The staff were friendly, hard working, and great at communicating. I received my rim back in less than 3 days and was on my way. Also very affordable. Thanks again guys!

They are open until 8 on summer hours 7pm for winter. They are always cool and will fix that tire right up at a good price, not that americanisado price neither lol. The got some nice rims too.

I was looking for a set of factory replicas online black and milled snowflake 24s for my suburban when i found Ahmad at a1 tires not only did he give me the best deal on wheels and tires he also switched out the tires that I 1st got (305/35/24) from him with a different size (295/35/24) cause they rubbed a bit at 1st so now im riding 24s no rub brand new rubber on the road I highly recommend this shop for anyone trying to get rims and tires. Thx again guys.

They told me that they could try on the windows with my tire for free. But then when it came to the second wheel I was interested! They told me I could get them! But I would have to wait 20 min for his guy to get the other three wheels! Then had me wait 50 min! Then they told me the wheels don t fit after I agreed on price! And waited! Then when I told them I didn t want the first ones I tried on I only wanted the second ones! Then they tried to scam me out of 60 dollars saying it s a service fee! ! One guy helped me, by talking him into not loosing a customer! I ended up going back because that one guy was cool and tried to help me! I asked them for another offer and they guys who tried to scam me refused me service! After already giving me a price

Today was my first experience with this company, and I thought I knew the best place in south Fort Worth with regards to service, pricing, and customer service. But this place went past exceeding my expectations I will now refer everyone here and will be back in less than two weeks for two brand new tires. And again thank y all for what y all do y all killed it!!!!

Came here New Years day @ 4:00 because all tire shops closer to me were closed. Had 2 previously purchased tires mounted and balanced. Good service, good price.

I love this place. I can trust that I will get good tires at a good price plus they are open 7 days a week. They also do what needs to be done and sometimes haven't charged me

Wow I can t believe it there amazing they helped us get a new tired we blew off the tire by the freeway and lucky there tire shop was right next to the shop I will come back for new all 4 tires they have some badass rim that I m thinking of getting them here good price nice people amazing !!!!!!!

These guys are phenomenal. My girlfriend had damage to her car and we were not sure of the extent. It turns out it was just a few loose pieces and some cosmetic damage. They did not charge anything for looking it over or fixing it up. They easily could have charged or made things sound worse than they were but the guy we worked with was an honest straight-shooter. We will definitely be going back.

awesome prices! I was in and out in under 10 minutes. They also let me know the cause of my flat (alignment) and didn't try to sell me on that. The dude I dealt with was straight up with me. that's hard to come by in the mechanical field. Will be going here again for sure.11/8/17 back to back great service! These guys need to franchise out.8/9/2020. Ouch. Asked machanic not to use air wrench on wheel lugs because of cross threading. Well he cross threaded it and i broke the lug bolt. Dont use air wrenches for that guys!

I ve bought tires from them, a few times. No problems until now. I asked for a specific tire brand and model in the used category. I didn t figure they d have it, but to my surprise, they had two. They put it on and after I paid, I was ready to go. I looked at the tire and it was more bald than the one I was replacing. I was livid. What kind of business would sell a tire that puts me and whoever else is in the van, in danger, like that, for a lousy 35.00? I don t expect a lot of tread but at least 3/32 . I told them I don t want that tire and they switched it out to the other tire in stock. I didn t have a handy dandy measuring tool, so I agreed to that one. Two days later, I drive 5 hours away. That specific tire got a nail it. I took it to discount tire to have it plugged. They couldn t do it cuz it was lacking sufficient tread. Wow! Discount Tire offered me a nice used tire for 20.00.A1 tire can kiss my you know what. I ll never be back and I hope they lose business because of what they did to me.

Very quick service. very reasonably priced. the guy that took care of me did very well. another customer drive up as he was helping me. just needed some air. helped them real quick then jumped back on my car. I will deffinently be back for any future services and tell my friends. GREAT JOB A1

Great experience at this place! Usually when I get any automobile services professionally done I leave feeling like I got ripped off..They're very fair with pricing and didn't try to up sale me on something I didn't need done.

Not only did the manager give me some awesome used tires but gave me a amazing price that can not be beat . $180 for a good used set. I appreciate this place alot especially to be open on a Sunday !

Plugged my tire very fast and inexpensively. On top of that, they saw a bumper dent on my wife's car and pushed it out without me even asking or charging me. Great service!

Absolutely worse experience I ever had. Bought wheels and tires (where tire tech was cussing manager and it took 3hr to have my wheels mounted and installed because he refuse to continue work for the day because of low daily cash pay outs and needing to make it home to see his probation officer)was ask to come back to have my suspension kit completely put in so I returned. They only did half the work for the agreed upon price and it took them twice as long (had to stay in hotel because it was a 6 he round trip) got the car, alignment was off and the tie rod completely came off within hours of the work, luckily I was in a parking lot when it happened because it could've killed me or seriously hurt me. I called multiple times, never once got an apology or a call back. Now I'm going to have to take them to court. All I wanted was a refund, wasn't even going to ask for the money back I paid on hotel, towing, for it to be fixed along with other loose parts found and another alignment. I've got letters from other mechanics that is was a failure in installment, not parts! DO NOT GO HERE, YOU MAY SERIOUSLY BE HURT!

I just want to say ahmed will take great care of you. He helped me with my tire when i didnt know what to do. He is very kind and fair, this is NOT a place that will scam you. Thanks to ahmed my wife and i buy all our tires from A1. I highly recommend going here for tires rims or alignments.
