These guys were assisting another customer before me and they still got the job done quick and quality work, way better than big corp shops. Thank you to Jesse my technician for doing it in a timely manner. Definitely will be coming back if I have issues again and we'll be recommending friends and family!Si habl�n espa�ol!!!

I was referred to 377 tire shopFrom Alta mere tires.Alex was very professional and helpful in getting me some good used tires .I will definitely recommend others to purchase tires and services from 377 tire shop.I will be purchasing other products as needed from 377 tire shop.

They sold me the wrong size tire because I don't know much about tires. You go to a professional for their professional knowledge not to be taken advantage of. I asked for the same size tire but was given a tire that didn't match my other tires. They did not tell me it was a different size I had to go to another tire shop where they informed me it was wrong. I do not return where I have been ripped off.

Great service! I drive to Dallas every week for work and needed a tire repair quick! Other places either turned me down or told me is was a 2hr wait. The people at 377 were very nice and got me in and out in less than 5 min! Thank you guys so much!

In an emergency down the road , I found them open. On a Sunday 9am- which is rare.I pulled up and they immediately came out the door . I was greeted by owner and who I assume is his son.Incredibly informative ,kind , and fast !Their customer service is beyond anything I ve experienced at a tire shop.

My husband and I was walking by headed to the mechanic shop and decided to stop and ask a price for a tow. They gave me a great price and was willing to do the tow right then and there. Highly recommend 377 Tire Shop to anyone. Very professional.

Not reliable at all. I can't even begin to explain but what I will tell you if you get a tire there make sure it's a good one if you get a patch or a plug there make sure they actually really did it cuz you might come outside and your tires on flat because they lied to you but still got paid to do it

I had 4 tires installed. Got home and checked tire pressure. The 2 front tires were over inflated. 75 and 90 PSI on a 49 PSI tire. Seems dangerously careless.I asked them to install a shorter valve stem than what was currently on the front wheel. I got car home and discovered that they reused the old valve stems and one was leaking. I brought car back the next day and they charged me again to replace with a new valve. When I tried to question them charging me twice they acted like they do not understand English

Looked around at 4 other used tires shops for my size tire, then stopped here. There were 2 guys doing the work of 4 people. They were very polite and got me 2 really good used tires mounted and balanced for a very reasonable price. I strongly recommend Westside Tires and Service!!!

tire pressure was low.pulled into a few tire shops on Camp Bowie this being the last one. had a great experience the young lady was very helpful came out from behind the counter and met me outside.she was quick to point me in the right direction! thank you God Bless You with plenty of customers for ever!

Very nice guys. I went and got a tire. They were very helpful they didn t even rush me and I had came in 2 minutes before closing. I will definitely be returning to replace my 3 other tires. Thank you !

Usually good, fast service and good used tires. However, I purchased 4 used tires yesterday immediately after: (1) Two tires keep losing air (leaking) and (2) Tire pressure monitor reporting is wrong (showing wrong air pressure for different tires. I know these are used tires, but I expect them to hold air, and I"ve never had the TPM system messed up like this! Probably won't go back, and I've been going here for years. Just not worth the risk, and employees keep changing and quality suffers.

Got 4 used tires great price but only one guy working and he never balanced them, when I questioned him he said no one told me to. What happened to complete tire service they used to be a great tire store now they are the worst. I will never go back their again. And I will tell ALL MY CUSTOMERS not to use them.

It's Very Exquisite 2 roll thru the Tire Shop like A Drive-Thru Store. THAT'S HOW FAST IT'S DONE!!! TIRES-N/A-HURRY! IS WHAT THE SHOULD CALL IT!!! U NEVER, EVEN HAVE 2 GET OUT THE CAR!!! CHEAP 2 CHECK'M OUT!

Quick, convenient and affordable. Don't expect services like Discount Tire but like I said for the convenience this is the place to go. The gentleman working today was polite and quick. Good job.

Took our 2 good year tires and replaced it with WALMART tires. One already had a hole in it so they plugged it for me but I went TWICE before the 10 day warranty to replace it, and both times they didn't have my size tires. They switch employees a lot so not every times been like this, but this last experience i won't be coming back.

I waited for over an hour for 1 tire to be changed then they said another tire was bad and needed changed so i agreed because i thought they would change it at the same time but nope almost 2 hours for 2 tires. Only thing good was the price.Update one week later: The owner called and offered to change the tire and balance them for free after i noticed that my car was running difforent than it was before switching the tires. I went there twice for the same issue. Now im at a repair shop because one tire is a different size, both tires are bad, and now my alignment is out. Save your money because it will cost you more going here.

I went to this tire stop because it was reasonably priced and I got two tires one for my truck and one for my sedan. Well within one day the tire on the sedan was flat and within two weeks the tire on the truck was flat might I add truck was barely driven in those two weeks I do not recommend

Worst place to go & get good honest help. Had my tire plugged & after I left noticed they broke my stud & lug nut put it in the back of my car & never said a word. Then went back up there & called me a liar & told my son that i was being hateful & calling them names. They denied doing & even told my son don't remember me coming in. But they knew what i had done & how much i paid. They are rude dishonest & i will never go there are recommend them to anyone ever. This place needs to be shut down.

They are the best i been going there for almost 20 years and you never have to wait more than 5 or 10 minites discount tire the wait today was 2. 1/2 hour s last time it was 1. 1/2. Hours they need to hire more employees
