My wife and mother in law were traveling alone when the car notified them of a low tire. They called Wiest Tire, Inc. to see if they could repair the tire before the shop closed. The staff were extremely helpful and was waiting on them when they pulled up. My wife said the service was excellent and great prices.

We hit a pot hole driving across country. Mike found damage to our tire. He did not have it in stocks, so we had to spend the night. By noon we were back on the road. Good service and fair price!

Yesterday I limped my motor home into Weist tire, it had 2 inside drive wheels flat, not blowouts but both had lost air and one had sidewall damage, don t ask how it happened. Manager at Weist took charge and ordered me 2 new like sized tires. The next morning they arrived and I a little more than an hour I was on the road, headed for Houston, a very happy camper. I can t say enough about their professionalism promptness and fair prices. A downer of a day turned out to be a wonderful experience with a very happy ending. Thank you Gus and Mike.

1 star for pretending to fix my tire. Went in with 12lbs, left with 12lbs. Comically circled the tire at the balance point,pretending to have done the work. Thanks for charging me too. I'm not the only one this has happened to either.

Every time I show up Mr Mike and his team are primot, courteous, and informative. I would not hesitate to use Wiest Tire again and again.

Great place! Went in for a new tire said it would be a 45 minute wait, but took me in 10 minutes! Also got a great deal on my new tire. Highly recommend

Grateful for their urgency. Needed two rear axle tires on my fifth wheel due to unusual wearing. I was on my way to Tucson and they got me back on the road in less than an hour.

My husband and I had a blown tire on our trailer halfway to San Antonio and had to go back to Fort Stockton after our stay there. The wife of the owner and the whole crew fixed us up in no time!! They had the tires for the trailor and even check for the thorns from driving off the side of the road. If you need ANYTHING done with tires or auto work go here!! They're super fast, professional and such great people. So glad we went here! Awesome job!!

Quick and amazing service, really nice people. We had a flat tire on our toad car while travelling to Grand Canyon. They took us in immediately although really busy on 2023-05-01. Thank you all!

If I could give a lower rating than one star I would. I brought my car here to have some tires mounted and balanced. When I got my car back, all my wheels had some of the black powder coat scratched off along the edges, clearly by mounting the tires. And they had admittedly broke one of my tire sensors and did not fix it. Mike said, "well at least the tire warning light is off.". As I drove away the sensors were not communicating and it was still broken. I called and spoke to Kelly who is the owner. She told me to bring it back and they would look at it. I brought it back and she looked at where the scratches were and said she would look into getting the wheels fixed. When she calls me back a few hours later, she says they didn't do that and I must have hit something. Really? On all four tires I hit something at the same time and scratched the powder coat? Unbelievable. Needless to say they would not refund my money. They only offered to reimburse me to take my car to the dealership to fix the sensors. BAD BUSINESS do not take your car here. They will mess it up then tell you it was your fault somehow. Pathetic. Should have known better than to trust them.

We had a blow out on our travel trailer coming in to Fort Stockton. We passed up some other tire shops and I m glad we did. Wiest tire still understands the value of friendly service. It s so rare to get excellent customer service these days. Do yourself a favor and stop at this family ran business!

My daughters and I were traveling through when we experienced a tire concern. I decided to stop in at West Tire Inc., to have them look at it, and to help if they could.From the moment I walked in, I was treated so well. They were able to put me right in, tested things out, and had me road ready within twenty minutes.We were so thankful for the wonderful people at West Tire!

Needed a tire fixed. Mike said I needed a new one and while I was deciding what to do and texting my husband he walked off and ignored me afterwards. I stood 5 feet away from him and he sat down and continued to ignore me so I left and found a tire elsewhere. Another employee JJ was very nice though! We are new to town and will never be going there again.

Kudos to the staff here, while traveling from NH to the west coast, had an issue with fifth wheel trailer tire. Not only is in stock, put me right in and back on the road. Thank you, great price

It's so rare to get exceptional service these days, but that's what we received from Weist Tires. We are RVers and yesterday afternoon our brakes sounded like they were grinding. We pull a 17,000 lb. fifth wheel, so failing brakes could've been a disaster. I called them around 2:00pm and explained our situation. He told us to bring it right in. Turns out our rotors were shot from all the mountain driving. He worked late that night and by 10:00am the next day they were fixed and we were on our way. So grateful for his work ethic and great service! I highly recommend this shop.

I arrived at 8:30 a.m. to have an oil change done and my tires rotated on my Dodge Ram truck. They started working on my truck within a few minutes. I waited in the waiting room with my dog, Sophie. They had complimentary coffee available and the news on tv to watch while I waited. The employees were friendly and attentive to myself and Sophie while they took care of my truck. I am from out of state and I saw an ad for Wiest tires and I recommend their service.

I stopped here on my way back to Houston with a tire concern. They told me one of my tires was separating and said they could get me back on the road with a new tire in no time. Good prices, great customer service, honest, and fast! Highly recommended

Great owners and employees! Awesome prices and a comfortable environment. They seen that I had my dog with me and offered to let me bring my dog into the lobby while my tires were being changed. I will definitely continue doing business with Wiest and spread the word of how great they are!!

Outstanding crew here. I got a flat tire around 4:30 pm. By the time I got to the shop it was around 5 pm. They close at 6 pm. The gentleman in the back we're able to put 2 new tires and check out a third one for any leaks.Despite that they already had all the lifts already occupied. They were very professional and polite. The lady that runs the front end of the shop is also kind and friendly. This is a five star facility!!!

We were traveling across the great state of Texas and I noticed a nail in one of my tires. While passing through Fort Stockton, I decided I should get it repaired. We drove into Wiest Tire around lunchtime on a weekday and were back out within 30 minutes. The man was very nice and stopped what he was doing to give us immediate service. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this business!!

Just wanted to say thank you to Martin Young and his guys for there prompt and outstanding customer service while putting tires on my Suburban late last week. Great price clean and pleasant atmosphere with a minimal wait time. We were in and out in less than an hour. Thanks againWeist Tire!!

I was there a few weeks ago with my family. Unfortunately, we had to spend the night in Ft. Stockton on our way home. We had car trouble so was unable to go any further. Luckily, while in Ft. Stockton we were able to limp it over to Firestone. The staff were amazing! They were very considerate, professional, courteous and conpassionate. The mechanics offered my sons doughnuts. The office staff told us where the nearest and best restaurants were to eat while we waited. They weren't able to fix my repair due to the lack of parts in town. They would have needed to be ordered. However, they were able to temporarily fix it to get me back on the road so we can make it home safely. I am so very grateful and thankful for the members of this Firestone. My family thanks you as well!

Quick service and had the tires I needed. Had to go back to check the balances of the tires and three needed adjusting. Lost a little confidence there and will double check when I return home.

These folks were terrific and got my stock trailer back on the road in very little time and with a smile even though it was the end of a long day for me and them. My tires were fixed, mounted and I was on my way very fast. Thanks to everyone from the shop guys to the woman in the office who checked me out!
