I took my truck there for brakes all they were doing was replacing the pads they told me a set price 2 hour minimum I thought that was cool and I took them the parts and I still had to pay more they didn't even take care of all the miscellaneous stuff for that price and at the end I go to leave and then there's a problem with the truck after they all took off I had to wait 20 minutes for them to come back with the keys to get back in the shop all in all they get a zero for the quality of work

My truck broke down on my way back to California and the tow truck took me to Sanchos diesel repair. The owner said def filter was clogged and computer was in limp mode. So he recommend to do a delete but i had to pay up front $5500 he wouldn t take card so I had to pay cash. they broke and removed the filter and took the computer to be reprogrammed.I waited for a week and They couldn t fix it and made it even worse. The broke the harnesses and connectors from the computer!!! The owner supposedly arranged with another shop to get it fixed . When I got the shop they didn t know I was coming but the kind enough to receive me. This shop called MAX PERFORMANCE they fixed my truck the next day!! I had to pay them for the broken parts that Sanchos broke and still was only paid $1500 way better then Sanchos. But that s not the worst part I went back to Sanchos and ask for a refund for a job that they couldn t do. .He wanted to wait another 4 days until his banker came back. I couldn t wait I was going to lose my job if I stayed . We agreed that he was going to deposit my money on my bank account but he never did. I called his phone several times he just a text saying he will call me back. I kept on insisting and got his daughter that wanted the recipe I send to her . Days passed and nothing happened I called again got his daughter again and said they where not going to refund me and to do what I had to do. This people just took me money and waisted my time.

Victor is a con artist.He charged me around 2400 dollars of "work" on 2 of my vehicles. (The only thing I can say he actually did was get my cars console to work, replaced gas type shocks and replaced tire rod ends) Turns out he was wrong on 2 diagnosis, according to 2 different dealership service centers.The front end wheel alignment on my pickup truck that he did ended up costing me an additional 600$ (and nearly ruined the tread on my brand new tires, major feathering) repair work. He said, "I didn't see while under your truck." (Pullman and idler arm) at the dodge dealership down the road from him.The door window would not go up on my car and he said "we need to replace the window motor". The Honda dealership just told me it would not go up because the door frame was bent, pinning the the lift from moving.My air would not work because of the console air control center inside my car "we need to replace the whole wiring harness to fix the problem with it."Magically, days later he told me they fixed it by spicing a burnt wire, (which i suggested he should do) he told me the console was now working.This guy is a major fraud and is a bad (money crazy) person.Fails to list specific work done so he can avoid responsibility if there is a dispute, when I tired to dispute the quality of work done.Avoid at all cost. I wish there was a 0 star rating to fairly rate this guy.Services: Electrical repair, Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Wheel alignment

This guy Victor is the biggest con artist ever. He took parts off my truck without permission, and lied about it. Had to file a police report. And will be contacting the Attorney General as well. Been driving 30 years and never felt so violated. Even the front desk clerk at the hotel told me, that the whole town knows he is a crook. So drivers please be aware.

I called and inquired about turbo replacement. The guy was very shady. Freightliner wanted to deliver part. The owner said no way he would charge 2 bucks a mile to pick up parts in person. BIG RED FLAG! Very dishonest. Do not recommend. Local tow company recommends them because they probably get a kick back. Read all of the reviews. This guy is a thief.

I really wanted to leave this place a five star review. I had an exhaust leak and a bad clamp on my EGR cooler the mechanic gets five stars for his service he dropped what he was doing and fixed it the problem was when I receive my bill from the owner. A two hour minimum was charged for a job that took 15 minutes. Just another place in the middle of nowhere that wants to take advantage of us truck drivers. I did take a business card from them I believe I left it crumpled up in the street. I won t be back.

I would give this place zero Stars if I couldbut staff was helpful.even after I had to diagnose the issuethe reason for my negative review is Mr. Sancho himself who fully took advantage of my situation being broke down so far from home with my familyHe billed me 3 times the amount that a dealership service would have charged for the same repair.it Is my understanding that in today's society highway robbery is a crimeSo my advice to Travelers going through this area is to avoid this place at all cost

Please don t go there. My truck had a injector miss fire and after a week they said truck was ready. They didn t change the injector but now I had a oil leak (massive ) truck was better befor and they charged 300 for nothing!! I had to pay 250/ 250 tow truck , and 300 they charged, now I have to fix it!! I will never go there!! Never ever.......

Recently had my 2013 International Prostar Maxxforce in with Sancho, i had a emissions issues that no other shop could figure out what was wrong with it. He checked it out and found that a few parts had broken and needed replacement, His team of staff replaced the parts and did a few other things at my request and i was on my way, Victor is a very nice guy all business but very nice guy. I actually didn't have all the money available on my card and he allowed me to send him a T Check once i factored the load Thanks Victor :)

Beware of this place!! Very shady! We had a check engine light came on in our motorhome,called Sancho's. They connected a machine to dinostice the problem . They charged $700 and told us,Sorry can't fix it! Then we were driven to a bank to get cash because their card machine didn't work. Like I said A Shady Outfit! $700.00 dollars for nothing!! DON'T GO THERE!!

If there is a 0 I would rate this place 0 before I even give him 1. Just a bunch of lying morons even the manager. I was told they will put a chamber on for $200 out the door roughly after they're done one brake chamber cost me $357 I talked to the manager he did not want to do anything about it he told me I have to pay it or he can raise the price up make it even higher. Don't use this place under any circumstances go somewhere else before you make same mistake as I did whatever they tell you the price is considered that double stay away from them they are a rip off of a place.

These guys saved me! Tow truck driver recommend them to me.They are straight up and will get you fixed. My RV broke down on I-10 and once the tow truck got me to them, they got right to work.Fair price to fix me up. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Stuck at flying j for three days waiting on J.A.M services to replace a rear end seal...John/Johnathan said we need the whole rear end replaced and would be $5,000.00...we called Sancho's and they showed up in less then twenty minutes and fixed our problem, which was only the seal needing replacement. They are awesome and trustworthy! Would recommend them to any big rig driver! Stay away from J.A.M services and use Sancho's!!!! Thanks guys...from the youngest little 14 year old boy to the owner...great peolpe!!!!

Worst road service i ever call. $600 dollars just to replace the belts on my cat, his mechanic take me to oreily to get the belts i didnt have my wallet so they pay for the parts, its was $40 for 4 belts, after they finish they charge me $100 bucks for the 4 belts. They charge for 3 hours $125 per hour, no matter if they finish the job in 1hr plus 4% for pay with card. After they gave me my invoice i talk to this kid probably his Son, and i told him there it was a mistake on the parts and he said thats what the boss says and im not gonna change anything i call this guy SANCHO, and he said he was going to fixed, they gave my $28 dollars on quarters and 1 dollar bills. It is a freaking joke what this guy charge and how they treat there customers, i would said avoid this SANCHO, BIG DOG, SARABIAS, whatever there name is.

This guy will take your money up front and not fix your truck. When confronted he will lie like a weasel and say that he has a great lawyer that will get him out of anything including lawsuits. In my experience guys like this that use the lawyer card generally don't have one and talk a big game in order to intimidate. DO NOT LOSE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS GUY!

Lots of standing around, seemed like no professionalism, simple oil change and they didn't even have any oil or filters in stock so I had to wait for them to go purchase some(should of informed me instead of not saying anything). Top it off they didn't get enough amount the first time so had to wait even longer. At least it's a company truck and not coming out of my own pocket, most definatly wouldn't take my personal vehicle or recommend.

Swindlers, cheats. Do not have your repairs done here, they literally charge you double for parts, and refused to provide an invoice. Victor the owner admitted to charging double on the cost of the spindle and drum for my repairs. He told me that if I wanted I could spend the weekend, he'd lock my wheels and tires in his shop and we could talk about the price again monday.

This place rocks! Super friendly staff that helped us out CHEAPLY on New Year's Day, rather than trying to rip us off since they were the only tire place open. I highly recommend! Thanks, Sancho's Tires~

I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. I went to change a water pump and they asked me for the ridiculous price of 1600. I accepted because I wanted to do it quickly and then they told me that if I didn't pay 2600 I couldn't take the truck.

After sitting for two days waiting for another shop. Called Sancho's. They had us up and running in less then two hours. FYI any Tractor trailer call them first. They will go out of the way to get you back running.

Really expensive, 600 dollars for a water leak, 15 minutes of work (in the shop) not on the road, they want to become millionaire in a short time killing other people pay check. God bless them and hopefully don t have to spend all that money in a hospital, if you don t deserve that money it will be gone.

Very good cheap, on time, I had two great mechanics to work on the my pac car. Had water leaks everywhere these guys would fix one, I'd idle to ck and another one breaks out.

I'll give them none star, total rip off. Change tires that i personally have cost me $100 each one, but i see now after i review comment a lot of customer are complaining of hidden prices. .

They fix SEMI & cars my truck breakdown in fort Stockton They replaced a new turbo on my truck they even took me to the dealer 200 miles back-and-forth To get the partsProfessional on time fair chargeI recommend these guysask for VICTOR the owner good man

Very expensive , they not have a mechanic that really knows about Diesel engine aficionados, owner said will be $150 for a computer diagnostic but when came to pay he charge $ 350 find someone else not get rip-off there

Victor and his guys were in on a weekend when my truck showed up in limp mode.They troubleshot the issue, drove to Odessa for parts, and went above and beyond to get me back on the road. And on a Saturday no less!

Charged $1200 for changing out a top radiator hose and topping off coolant. I couldn't in good conscience recommend this business to anyone.

Victor is a joke, take advantage of people in any way he can. Extremely overpriced and bad service. Do yourself a favor and avoid this shop.
