Great customer service! The auto stores in town didn t have the part in stock, or they didn t even try to help in finding the right cabin air filter for our vehicle. The NAPA guys took the time and were very courteous and extremely helpful! And they even suggested the better quality filter, which we purchased. They also offered a military discount! It was an awesome experience! Thanks!

I want the management of this store to know that this review is in regard to the efforts and dedication of their employee "JOE".I am in Sanderson, TX and have a job that has to be completed that required quite a few parts and what I could not get from the main supplier, I called NAPA in Ft Stockton to see if they could supply the rest. When I called, I had the distinct pleasure of speaking with JOE.JOE and I went over my list of what I needed (item by item) and he took the time and effort to check each item to see what was in stock (price, quantity) and what wasn't and would need to be ordered. What did need to be ordered, he informed me at that time of where it would come from and when it would arrive and the price.We went over the schedule of when it would need to be picked up, by whom and what would be involved. JOE worked with me all the way and went to the extent of contacting me and informing me of the status of the order.Today, the order was picked up and everything went well. He contacted me and made sure all was as it should be.My hats off to NAPA management for hiring such an outstanding employee, this is an advantage for the company and because of Joe, I will choose to do business with NAPA in the future and I will look forward to JOE's help again.Thank you Joe! You are greatly appreciated!

Great Napa! I have bought stuff here hundreds of times. They never give up on something thats difficult to find.Jon is the owner and Able has worked here for years. They are the most knowledgeable.Trustworthy folks. Highly recommended.

Just want to say thank you for all your help. We were traveling on our motorcycle when we had our battery go down these people were super helpful providing some tools and charging the battery while we chased down the problem. They were awesome. Thanks again.The Days
