We had wonderful roadside support and repairs from Joe Prieto when our 2015 Dutch Star blew the water pump as we pulled into the Pecos County Rest Area. (West of Fort Stockton, TX). When Joe arrived he was able to diagnose the problem very quickly. Three of us spent time on the phone trying to find a replacement pump. We chose to drive our Jeep to Odessa to get the replacement Cummins pump and coolant. Joe came back the next day to successfully finish the work quickly and efficiently. We would definitely work with him again if needed. So thankful for JCP Roadside so we didn t have to face a tow! We re also thankful we were able to get off the interstate and get the repairs done safely in the rest area. (Thanks also to Cynthia!)

Used this company services.. i was having issues w/ a brake. chamber that had come loose.. had to hav chamber and airlines replaced.. was @ 8pm.. I as @ 20miles east of Ft Stockton,Tx used google for a good mechanic..JCP popped up.. Guy that showed up was named Joe very very knowledgeable had me up and running in @ 40mins.. was super fast and didnt stick it to me.. .price was resonable for a middle of no wher mechanic definitely recommend them.

Called these people at 8:40 pm and they arrived at 11:56 pm and been told us that they will charge one our to tight up the top radiator clamp for coolant leaking but end of charged 3 hour and total charged $526 while he was on phone told me only $125.No recommendation, and they are trained people they don't even know about how to pull out the hose and anything.

Where do I start! Rented a car from National, my son accidentally locked the key fob on the truck, we were locked out of the vehicle at s gas station. National sent roadside service, and they were no help. The police called and gave us a local service. Jose to the rescue he pulled out his tools, and began toWork the door. Jose didn t give in, he was professional, thoughtful and madeHe was able to open door and far us on our way, when another service tried and gave up, and left us stranded for another 3 hours until Jos� arrived.

If you got stranded in this stretch of i10 then i would honestly recommend JO he s the only mechanic i ever saw dedicated so much to his work and he won t overcharge you . They even got food for me while going to and fro from ft stockton. Real good people man .

On a road trip with a new born, 6yr old and our 3 dogs and Our car broke down 4 miles outside of Ft Stockton. These guys were out to us within 20 minutes, diagnosed the problem and when we found out we werent going to be able to get the part til the following day they made sure AAA got us picked up, gave me a ride to walmart to get supplies for the new born and got the water pump replaced at the hotel which got us on the road the following morning. I couldnt have been more appreciative of what they did for us!

The owner came out to diagnose my turbo even though they were extremely busy. He was there over an hour and didn't charge me a thing. I was in a bind for time and I can't say enough good things about them. I saved his number and will only call him should I have issues again.

Cay� del cielo el sr. Jose me vio batallando con mi tr�iler y le pregunt� si ten�a un minuto para que me ayudar con una v�lvula del tanque de aire y si tuvo disponibilidad de ayudarme , fue por la pieza hasta Pecos hizo un buen trabajo sali a manejar de noche y me aseguro que no me quedar�a tirado en la v�a y as� fue pude llegar a mi destino , mis respetos a pesar que si le dio trabajo arreglarlo si lo hizo , dios lo bendiga y gracias x ayudarme a salir de nuevo a la carretera muy recomendado 100 % , persona muy honesta y no como otros que solo quieren sacarte dinero no duden en hablarle !!!! Y el precio muy razonable
