Great place to break down. Fast and courteous repair tech. He showed up eager and ready to jump into a difficult electrical problem. Had it resolved and we were on our way without any difficulties. He did however find a terrible transmission leak which held us up 3 days to get parts. Well because they're in the middle of Nowhere. Very pleased even had them do a oil ,fuel filter and complete transmission service.

While traveling we had an airbag blow on our motorhome. I called to see if they could help us out when we got to the rv park. I was told to call when we got there and they would send someone. I called when we were settled and someone came within the hour and removed the airbag so they could locate what we needed. They came the next morning and replaced the bag and we were on our way. We appreciate the timely service and professionalism.

If you break down in or near Fort Sockton, do yourself a huge favor: spend the money to get towed someplace else!This shop was THE WORST! They basically held me hostage for a week, over a job that only took 8 hours for labor. They made it very clear to me, they didn't care if I ever got my truck back. Over $6100 to replace a power divider, and a week to do it, because the mechanic couldn't finish it sooner because he "has other things to do"...my truck was the only one there!Then, they tried to make it impossible to pay for the work! Had to threaten to sick the District Atrorney on them to get out of that dump.Don't waste your time with them.

We got quoted on call out and mileage at $60 for call out and $1.50 a mile plus $148 an hour for labor. They were called at 12PM, driver got dispatched around 1:15PM, they arrived at 2:30PM and were done by 2:50PM. This deceitful business still charged me for 3 hours of labor plus call out and mileage after it only took them 20 minutes for doing the job. I DO NOT recommend anyone do business with this company or be prepared to pay extra for no reason.

Labor price is high! But you really have no choice. Mechanic is very knowledgeable and does a good job. Long way from parts and it takes a while to get them. But you have no choice. I will be back if I break down again. Close hotel and Walmart and restaurants. Not a bad location. Thanks!

We broke down right near the exit for Stockton with our diesel motorhome. Coolant pouring out from under the engine. First place we called looked at it and told us the water pump was clearly shot. Was going to call in more mechanics to start tearing apart our coach to get to the water pump. Decided they were rather clueless and on a recommendation from a friend called these guys. Checked out our coach at 11:30 at night and pulled up the closet floor. Torn coolant hose. They tracked down a hose for me and had me on the road the next day. Highly recommend

Fuel filter replacement. Driving through Texas on our way to Florida these amazing folks got my 2016 duramax in with very short notice. Very grateful for their prompt response and and very fair pricing.

The guy did help after all; no problem there.But the cost is unreasonable, completely.Not only charged per-mile, but his "labor" also included that travel, on top of the "roadside call" charge. So, the ACTUAL 15-minute work on site, was charged as "2.5-hour LABOR" (keep in mind the $1.50 - reasonable - per-mile travel).The result: an $18 fitting replaced has costed $600 (one Jackson-shy).And the usual "I already gave you a break" - that's just the last nail.Will NOT be my choice for repairs any time, that's for sure. But then again, the whole area is really bad in that regard - change my mind, if you want.

They have helped me a couple times. If you like to use shops that are surgical suite clean this isn't the place. If you need your truck fixed in Fort Stockton this is the guy to go see. Located behind the Holiday Inn Express near WalMart.

In a hurry? Need a full service shop that can find your parts and quickly install them? DO NOT COME HERE. Get your truck towed to Odessa, I promise you it will be worth the time and money you save.They were unable to find the necessary parts, which required the rental of a UHAUL BOX TRUCK. This truck was the ONLY option to get same day delivery for the parts. Unfortunately, since the business didn't order the parts or have the opportunity to upcharge for anything but service.This led the business to overlook THE ONLY vehicle in their shop (mine) and work on every walk in without touching my truck for the entire day. I spent $300 in rental fees and fuel to have the parts at the shop before any other customers the morning after dropping the truck off, but since my truck was taken apart I was unable to have it towed to a QUALITY SHOP since they were "working on it". Their lack of work ethic caused me to lose a $4,000 load I was in the middle of delivering.If I could give this business ZERO stars, I would. Sadly, they are also known as the BEST in town. What a complete joke!!

Our 40 ft diesel pusher was over heating and we were in Ft Stockton RV park. We called H&H late they sent a great mechanic Julio he looked it over and added what we needed and fixed our problem thank you H&H

I would like to point out that H & H Truck Service is a primarily "truck" repair shop, not a 4 wheeler (light passenger vehicle) shop. It is important that the proper shop to handle a repair is obtained. Meaning, I wouldn't take my Kenworth heavy truck to Firestone, otherwise the service I would expect for my truck would not be given and would that be Firestone's fault?Now then, about H & H...Great truck service shop. We were coming through Fort Stockton recently and lost the entire left steer wheel, everything. Only think left was the brake shoes, that's how bad it was and being a car hauler with a head rack, I luckily didn't lose anything else do to the fact that when the wheel came off the bottom side of my head rack only allowed my truck to drop so far, protecting everything else.After getting towed in by Barbee Towing (Owner Johnny Barbee) heck of a job and fair on the price. H & H went about finding all my parts and by 6pm the following day we were back on the road. No it wasn't a cheap fix, but it was a major mess too, but they treated me fairly and the work done was first class. I wish they were closer to Dallas because I'd take all my work to them, needless to say, I hope I never need them again and I'm glad to know they're there should I ever do.

Customer no service. Had to track down my parts. Then was told that I would have to go get them my self(Take a cab) could/would not give me a price on labor until they got the part which was a hose. After getting the part shiped that I arranged. End up call another company to do the repair. I felt like I was bothering them. If you get tow in ask for another shop. There are other shops in the area.

They don't have very good customer service called agreed to have truck worked on on the way to the shop mechanic said he was going to lunch be gone a hr.. texted him no response then 2 hrs later nothing called the main number to cancel the service and she kinda got a attitude with me cause her mechanic is a no show I'm oversize and they wasted 2 hrs of traveling time

We broke down in our RV on our way from FL to CA. They were able to help us immediately and they were very reasonable we had to wait 2 days for parts and they gave us a recommendation for an RV park to use that was really awesome. Work done well and affordable.

The tech was good - back office HORRIBLE! The overweight KAREN provoked a scene and cops were called because she is too dumb to understand what a credit card is. Frankly, I m not sure she would know what a washing machine does either - but she knows about cupcakes Would rather sit on the road for days than use them again.Service: Battery

Avoid this place. The people running it are completely incompetent. The place is a dump and they don't have any trained mechanics. It's just a little dump and the owner is the mechanic. He doesn't show up for work and his one office helper doesn't have clue as to where he is our when he'll show up. I wouldn't let him work on my bicycle.

Trucker s please do not call these people they are really dumb people don t know what they doing, just hold you up because wanna charge you. If you go there spend money waist time same week will re-fix what they did for your truck.They not deserve paycheck

No rush , truck is in worse shape. Not the right equipment for the job, lost so much money and time. Truck made it 250 miles and caught fire.

I called this service shop for a Brazilian truck driver cuz he didn't speak any English. He was having trouble starting his truck. When i passed by later on, he wasn't there anymore so I'm guessing they fixed his truck

Julio was honest and he cut me some slack on the overall price of my repair and got my truck back rolling quickly my only problem was it took about 3-4 hours for the Roadside truck to arrive..
