OMG!! CTG Express Lube is AMAZING!!My son and I were driving from California to Florida. We stopped at a hotel and the oil light came on. I called CTG Express and asked if they could take me right away and they said yes. Everything about them was perfect!!! Thank you CTG Express yu saved our day!!!

I love this place. I moved to the area with 3000 miles on my car. They are the only place I have ever gotten my oil changed. Fast, friendly, not expensive. Happy motorist !BTW, that bathroom is clean clean clean!!!!!

Fantastic experience!! I needed a state inspection done, and it took less than 10 minutes total! It was a quick stop, but they did everything I needed and were very nice. I will definitely return for any future auto shop needs!

Great place, it was clean, young men were efficient and respectful. Got me in & out in just a few minutes. Will definitely go back. The guys were great! Called at 1140 on a Saturday to see if they could 2 state vehicle inspections. They said yes but close at 12 noon. The wife and I raced over there and got done in no time! They were kind enough to squeeze us in and stay a little late! Many thanks!

8am, I'm looking for a place that can do an oil change on my 9' tall Van . CTG was able to do it and get me back on the road quickly. It helped that they have pits, didn't have to lift it.

Great place. We went here on a road trip through west Texas and needed to get an oil change due to the mileage we put in the car. It was Saturday morning, yet was done in 20 minutes and the crew there is very respectful.

I dropped in minutes before closing in an emergency state. I needed to get to San Antonio that day and my car was complaining about an oil change. The guys there did it quick. Kudos to the staff!

Efficient, professional staff and service.They have wiper blades, cabin and a/c filters. The manager showed me my (very dusty) cabin filter before replacing it.In and out in less than 15 minutes.

Sucked the guy didn't even know how to inspect the vehicle. Sorry, my vehicle did pass. Your inspector didn't know how to turn a nob to turn the light on. Plus, not even 15 minutes and it passed at the dealership. Where they know how to inspect and have had their license to inspect longer. I am in the military and we have our vehicles inspected every weekend. Even passed the post inspect.

Yesterday, I put my teenaged daughter on the road for her first major road trip alone on her way to a college event. I checked over her car before she left. Tires are in good shape with proper pressures in all of them. It was time for an oil change. Power steering fluid and transmission fluid were on the verge of needing a boost. CTG was on the way so I had her stop by this place to get the oil changed and all the fluids checked. The oil was changed, apparently but the employee told her that the transmission fluid was low and he could not fill it without further explanation. SO... I sent the teenaged daughter to AutoZone to pick up the proper fluid and coached her over the phone on how to add transmission fluid. This morning, my daughter called to say her car was making a "strange whining noise." I had her turn the wheel back and forth a few times and she verified the noise increased when she turned the wheel. Yup... low on power steering fluid. So I sent her into the convenience store where she was fueling to purchase power steering fluid and coached her on how to fill that reservoir... again... over the phone. I'm sure whoever the employee was at the close of the day yesterday just wanted to get home but a young lady on the road should be able to trust that she is being done right by the people she paid to do this work. Having grown up in Fort Stockton, I would expect better service than this. I'm not sure why we paid these people but we will not likely be rushing back to do it again.

Went in for a state inspection and I was in and out within less than five minutes very friendly top-notch service here Highly recommend I do not go to the dealership and wait around for two hours

One of the worst oil changes ever. Left dripping oil and they were without a doubt the most expensive oil change I have ever had.
