We were traveling west in our class B RV 55 miles east of Fort Stockton on a Sunday evening around 10 PM. We hit something on I-10 that blew out our passenger front tire, demolished the rim and caused other under carriage damage. The vehicle, a Promaster 3500, was totally disabled including our lithium battery system. We fortunately called BA Easy Towing in Fort Stockton. At 1:30 AM Brandon answered his phone with "how can I help you", got some information, and reassured us he had the right equipment to assist us. We needed a Heavy Duty Flat Bed Tow Truck and that is exactly what he had. He sent us a link that allowed us to follow him as he drove out to assist us with his son Hunter. They left to assist us immediately. Most importantly, Brandon's rig is dog friendly and he assured me there would be no problem getting us ALL to Fort Stockton. Brandon and Hunter were most considerate making sure we felt comfortable in the warm cab and gave us a battery pack to charge our phones while they loaded the RV. We arrived safely. Brandon and Hunter are experienced at what they do. They love their work and are consummate professionals. It was no smalll matter to navigate the 11,000 pound Travato onto their flat bed. They took great care. They carefully unloaded the rig on the property of EZ Auto Repair and RV who we had chosen to evaluate our rig. Later that morning Brandon and Hunter returned to see how we were and graciously jacked up our rig, took the destroyed rim and tire off, and put on our spare tire. This would allow us to slowly be able to drive the rig the short distance to the repair shop that would open on Tuesday. Brandon found the owner of a 50 amp power supply who came over and allowed us to use the 110 power which was a life savior since we were living in our Rig. We could not have found more capable, generous and gracious people to rescue us and help beyond measure to resolve our issues. Brandon offered to give us rides, bring food and groceries and became our friend. We totally recommend without any reservation their service - responsive, competent and genuinely caring for our welfare. What a treasure to find along I-10! ABSOLUTE AMAZING SERVICE!!!! We had a tire blow out on us and then we had our spare go flat immediately. They were amazing with their service and made sure we traveled to a safe place. *Photos are of before the help*

Brandon was extremely helpful. We broke down on I-10 Eastbound with our diesel truck towing a 35' travel trailer RV. Also, we had 5 dogs with us (4 labs and an American Bully). He insisted we put the dogs in the cab of his wrecker (which we were really happy to hear). He towed our travel trailer to a suggested RV park, then brought me and the truck to a local repair shop. Stuck with me for a while at the shop and offered to drive me back to the RV park. Highly recommended!

My car wouldn t go into any gear at a gas station, I called a mechanic shop to see if they could get it taken care of and was referred to BA Easy Towing and Recovery. They were able to help me quickly, get my car drivable to get to the shop and friendly. I would 100% recommend to anyone! Thank you again for everything!

Brandon and Hunter were dispatched by Good Sam to change our flat on a dually. Brandon contacted me when he was enroute and clarified our location sincegood Sam was Uncertain. He knew right where we were and got to us in 20 min. He was professional, personable and highly competent. He was also full of local tourist info. And a big dog lover. He and Hunter worked as a great team and got us on our way to continue our cross country trip in no time. He gave us good advice on the tire problem and where to get it best repaired. Then at the end when he got billing info from the 3rd party working for Good Sam, they said we had to pay half and he didn t think it was correct. He spent his time to call them back and indeed he was correct and we were fully covered. He could have had me, the Good Sam member, deal with it, but he went over and above my expectations thus the 5 star review. I would highly recommend this company as with me they were reliable, competent, honest and customer service oriented.

My daughters and I were surprised with an unexpected blowout tired while driving on I-10. Even though it was a very stressful experience, I was able to stay calm, thanks to the assistance of BA Easy Towing and Recovery. They went above and beyond to help me get my tire fixed and get my daughters home safely. I am so grateful for all of their help. They are professional, ethical, kind, and helpful. I highly recommend them!

This is the best towing company on the planet!!!!!!!Cheapest in town, trust me I called around. Owns the business, answers the phone promptly. Half the price!!!!!!!!!!Please call this man, not only did he tow my truck, and my large travel trailer. He dropped me and the trailer at a RV park took the truck to the shop. He also came back in his vehicle took me to Walmart to make sure I had food FOR FREE!!!!!!!!!!

I'm bad with names, but this guy who helped me get off the fwy was very helpful and thoughtful. I was passing through town from California to Houston and my trucks drive shaft just broke off. He towed us to a shop that he highly recommended called "EZ Auto and RV Repair". where my truck would be safe and secured inside a gated lot due to me having my motorcycle and other expensive belongings in the bed of my truck. He was also very kind enough to make a pit stop for us to get something to drink and eat before bringing us to a safe hotel as well as waiting till he was sure we were able to get a room before leaving us there so we wouldn't be stranded again. overall I'm very pleased with his towing service and his own way of attending to peoples needs to his best abilities with care and thoughtfulness. the shop he recommended also moved very quickly to get my truck back on the road in safe and great running conditions.THANK YOU TO ALL OF YOU!!

I blew a tire in an isolated location where the only place to park safely was off road on a slanted hill. They safely picked up me and my vehicle from this difficult position, drove me to my hotel, put my spare donut on, and assisted with a good recommendation of who to see in the morning for a tire change. They are very knowledgeable about their work and easy to talk to during stressful events like this. I would highly recommend them as they truly care about helping their customers

BA is easily the best recovery service I have ever interacted with, and Brandon and Hunter were so nice and helpful! I blew a tire on my rental in the evening, but it was missing all the tools to replace it. Within a few hours of them getting the call they had me fixed up. This was an amazing response time, especially because I was practically in the middle of nowhere in Terlingua TX, on some difficult roads, in a hard place to find, especially in the dark. They came out, got me fixed up, and were nothing but kind, professional, great dudes!Thanks Brandon and Hunter!!! You guys rock!

They are seriously good. I drove from California to Fulshear, Texas. I got a flat tire on the way. They towed my car to the tire shop. Even though the store was closed, they helped me contact the merchant to see if they had tires of the same size as mine. and dropped me off at a hotel close to a tire shop. Really worth recommending

Brandon is the absolute best and a total life saver. We broke our transfer case wheeling in Big Bend and was able to limp into Fort Stockton. The truck was not repairable and we needed a tow all the way back to Austin. It was 6 in the evening and he was over in 15 minutes for the 11 hour round trip! Incredibly kind and considerate, and a consumate professional. Don't hesitate to call BA Easy Tow for any tow in the trans-Pecos. 5 stars is not enough.

Can't say enough about this towing service. We broke down 65 miles east of Ft Stockton on I10 while towing a 27' trailer. Brandon came quickly and with a smile. Lifted our truck, took the trailer in tow and took my wife and I to the nearest garage. Stuck around until the issue was resolved and he knew we where OK. Big thank you Brendon. It's guys like you that keep me believing in the human race!

My wife was coming from the valley when she got car jacked in ozona tx by a fugitive on the run , The man that towed my truck was real helpful letting me know every step of the way the he had my back. He brought my truck to Odessa Chevrolet and even offered to take it all the way to my dealership in Edinburg,Tx. I give y all a 5 thank you and god bless you sir !!

My wife and daughter had their car die outside of Ft Stockton, BA quickly responded, got the car to a mechanic and even took my family to a hotel! Brandon came to my rescue when i needed to have vehicle taken to a repair shop. He was very helpful well beyond what was required to get my vehicle to repair shop. I am from out of town..300 miles from home. Brandon was an angel sent to our rescue. He was super nice took us from hotel to hotel until we found a room available and even took us to get the number to the only car rental service in town. On our way from Fort Stockton to Odessa for my 92 year old Momma's doctor appointment, we had a blowout. I called BA Easy Tow with little more than an hour and half til her appointment time. I figured we would wind up being late so I called the doctor's office to let them know what happened and that we would be late. By the time I got off the phone with them, the wrecker was there. Within 15 minutes, the tire was changed and we were on our way! We even made the appointment on time!!! Very grateful to Brandon for his quick, polite and professional service!
