The absolute easiest car buying experience I ve ever had! And, I never left home! Everything was done over the phone and I signed all the paperwork in less than 30 minutes when they dropped off the car.

Three hours after giving you the okay to work on our Suburban, we told you not too. Within those three hours you said a transmission was ordered and shipped. You demanded we pay a "restocking" fee or you would not release our vehicle. You also stated that it would be at least and week and a half before you could look at the Suburban. I would understand if it was two or three days after giving the okay, but on three hours. Also requested several times that you send our signed authorization, you refused.

I'm traveling in my RV and had an issue that stranded me until it got resolved. Weather was coming that would have immobilized us for days if we didn't get out of there soon. These people went out of their way to get us on the road. We are so appreciative of their efforts they deserve 20 stars.

I've never been to a more disconnected and service avoidant place of business, much less a dealership. One employee was solid enough to deliver service. The manager, or boss woman, only came out of a back office to drown at others, interrupt work flow and recite meaningless excuses of why they would not or program a new key I had purchased and paid for months before. I had also called ahead and despite this was treated dismissively. I consider this place to be an abusive environment for most of the workers, with the culprit being the hateful woman who emerged from back offices to harass her employees and others. It's a hateful and despicable place that doesn't deserve to be a dealership at all

Very bad communication. Spoke to the service people 3 times the day they had to to insure they left the vehicle outside for us to take if they couldn t fix it. They left early and never called. We had the tow truck driver call a friend who said they closed early. We tracked down someone on Facebook finally to get the car pulled out that night. We understand it was a holiday but a simple phone called would have been helpful. And service said they would be there till 6pm. Spent too much time worrying and tracking down someone. Also they said it was an ignition switch. After charging all night the car works fine and had nothing to do with the ignition switch. So in the end we will use another location if we are ever stuck here again.

I want to thank the entire Service Department for taking care of my truck. You guys fixed my truck in less than a week. While one local dealership would not work on my truck and the other keeping my truck for 5 months, you guys jumped on it and fixed the issue. Out of all three local Dealerships in the Pecos Monahans Fort Stockton area, you guys are on top. Thank you.

I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and my fianc�e took my truck. Receptionist was very rude and told her she needed to call next time because they were busy and she s lucky they had a chance to take the vehicle in. I made an appointment so how is it our fault that they took more walk ins then they could handle. Shouldn t my appointment take priority? Not someone who just shows up? Then when it was time to pay, the two ladies just stood talking and laughing even though my fianc�e was right in front of them waiting to pay. After they were done having their chat my fianc�e was finally able to pay. The lady then takes a phone call while attempting to explain to my fianc�e the paperwork and instead of telling the person on the phone to hold a minute she just starts pointing at the paperwork expecting my fianc�e to understand what she meant. Overall the experience was extremely horrible for her. Would not recommend again. If me scheduling an appointment days in advance is an inconvenience then I won t be bringing my vehicle back again even though I bought my vehicle there in the first place.

I had two recalls to get done, as well as some minor work. My truck was in and out quickly, and very reasonably priced! The service was exceptional! Thank you all for doing a great job, affordably, and getting my truck back under my behind!

If I could give less than one star I would. I took my car in, explaining that I had hit a coyote on the road and had the entire front left replaced. There was a noise and an issue with the transmission.A week and a half later, no call from them, I had to call repeatedly to even get in touch with anyone...and I was told nothing was wrong with my car. They were rude and unconcerned. I was never mean, nor did I yell or berate them in any way.When I picked it up, the radio was turned up loudly, very loudly, and there were fast food bags in my car.How can you hear a noise if you're joyriding in my car and eating?Fast forward and taken to Odessa, there was indeed a problem. Transmission fluid a quart low among other issues. (Closed system that isn't leaking...no fluid on my driveway or anywhere, so...it was low when they had it...after 1 min of listening to it, the dealership in Odessa heard the noise and within an hour diagnosed the issues) *Possibly more damage done because the fluid was low, and I kept driving it because these fools insisted there was nothing wrong.This car had less than 6000 miles on it...now it may never be right.DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THESE PEOPLE. I MAY BE CONTACTING A LAWYER IF MY CAR CAN NOT BE FIXED PROPERLY BECAUSE THESE PEOPLE ARE LAZY.*the car went in under Scott Andersen, he is primary on the insurance. This was an insurance claim.

Very friendly and not pushy, I looked around there lot and did not see what I wanted. Candi ask me if I like the cars. I said no. To small not enough room and a 6 foot man can not get in and out easy. I told Candi I would be back next week, she texted me that they got 2 new cars and they were white. My husband and i when to go see them. I said no to the one that had a sun roof. She showed me the next one I asked my husband to get in to see if he could get in and out easily. He said yes. I told Candi I want the Blazer, this the car I want. Went in side signed papers. i was so happy I got the car I wanted. My payments are so affordable for me.

If you ever need services at this dealership I would highly recommend this place. Whether you are buying or repairing a vehicle you will meet a smiling face. We were traveling with a u-haul trailer when my 3500 would not start, we need a tow for the 3500 and the u-haul we were trailing , I had it towed to Amistad Motors with the u-haul off the truck and stored the u-haul on the side of the building. Christopher AKA Big Kahuna was heaven sent when my 3500 stop running, in a timely manner we were on the road again. They also hookup the u-haul for us, a HUGE help . We could not be any more happier when are cross county trip began again. Don't drive faster than your angle can fly.

The Salesman's are nice and friendly they let you shop around without them breathing down your neck and without any pressure. Salesman Gilbert Mesa is your Man when your buying a car. Gilbert will have you in a new car and on your way in no time at all. If you find a car but the color that you want is not on their lot, they will find you one. They will even delivery your new car to your residence even if you live out of town. I have bought two new cars from Gilbert and have never had a problem they could not resolved. Nice facilities and Great staff. Eric Nunez was a salesman, but now he has been moved up. Congratulations Eric on your new position. Keep up the good work. I recommend Amistad Motors for your next new car. You won't be disappointed.

The worst experience we have ever had with a dealership! We sent our Chevy Truck there specifically because we wanted the best service on our truck. Not only did they lie and never communicate what was going on they didn t follow through! They did not even finish the truck and we are having to tow it somewhere else. It would have been easier for us to sell the truck for parts than pay the astronomical amount we did for a truck that is not working. I m fine with someone not being able to handle the job, I m not ok with the dishonesty, the extremely poor service, and lack of communication. I have never left reviews, but people need to know how bad you will get treated here. Companies like this should have more pride in working with good customers.

Older lady behind the counter was extremely rude. Went in to get an inspection but arrived during lunch so we waited with no problem. Lunch is over, no one greets us. Thirty minutes later we see a line forming in the service area where the rude lady is. Ask her what's going and she just shrugs her shoulders when I tell her we were here waiting for someone to help us before all these other people came. I ask how long the wait will be and she shrugs again like oh well and turns her back to us. We were going to trade our truck in for a new one next month. Guess where we WON'T be going. Thanks for the heads up rude lady. We drove 1.5 hours to get here today!

Traveling with our fifth wheel from Minnesota, our change fuel filter light came on. We called them on a Friday afternoon while passing through town They had it replaced and we were on the road in 60 minutes! If this service shop can take such good prompt care of a passing through traveler I would imagine they take excellent care of their home town families! thank you to the team at Amistad!

Customer service in your service department needs to be addressed and taken care of. The attitude the workers have their is ridiculous & they need to learn how to treat people better

Probably the worst customer service I've encounter at a Chevy dealership service center. I will not return or suggest it to any other people. I can only hope that they did what they were supposed to, didn't get a copy of the inspection or a oil service sticker for the windshield even when I asked for one.

Tried to get a keyless remote programmed. Said it would take 1.5 hrs and cost $125...with a 50/50 chance of it working. They really wanted me to buy one of theirs...went somewhere else...$30 bucks and less than 2 minutes to program. Don't waste your time with this place. Rude and overpriced!

I ve been here several times dealing with Steven Flores for service and it s always prompt and reasonable. Everyone I ve encountered is polite. Also when he gives you a time estimate he sticks to it!

Worst Service Department Customer Service ever ! Lady is rude and has an attitude, doesn't even welcome you. I will never go there again ! I will rather drive further to a real Service Department than to deal with her again.

This place is the worst of the worst!! They took 10 days to even diagnose the about a month to fix the vehicle. I would not let them replace a wiper blade. Go to Odessa or anywhere else.

Called in for emergency diagnosis new truck was jerking receptionist jennifer was not helpful said they couldnt schedule till nov 7 more than half a month away ridiculous from here to nov 7 do you drive it till it brakes down

This place has no concept of time or costumer service! They definitely take care of the locals first. Piss pour custmer service and a bit of attitude from the service lady.
