�lamo? Ala-NO!Stay AWAY!Went in because some road debris hit my car and broke the mountings for the engine splash guard. Taking off a few screws is a Quick fix right? 5 minutes and out?NO!They don't offer a veteran discount.As anti-American as it gets!100% Disabled US Army combat veteran here They wanted to charge me $60.00, which I was fine with, but when they went to drive the car into their bay, they drove it in an unsafe way.I quickly stopped the driver and asked him why he was driving it in that manner.The manager or someone who thought he was in charge (never got his name) yelled at me and refused to service my car.Threatened to call the cops on me for not moving fast enough.Take into consideration that the entire transaction occurred in less than 2 minutes.Another one of their vehicles was blocking my way out and he was basically telling me to jump the curb to the street to get out of there.Also, please take into consideration that this occurred on September 11th and my car has disabled VETERAN license plates.I nicely thanked him for the excellent customer service to which he replied "what customer service?"And began yelling at me in a malicious way.Stay away from the black and red, they don't care and will absolutely take advantage of you.They absolutely don't care about customer or veterans and if I could give them zero stars I would. Remember the Ala-NO! Stay away from the pink and gray!

We pulled into the Fort Stockton RV Park and noticed a bubble on the tire of our 5th wheel. We called about an hour before closing. They came out and checked the tires and noticed the tire on the other side was going bad also. They replaced both tires in a timely and friendly manner. I would highly recommend them.

Amazing fast and professional service! Our tire blew on our new camper. They came and repaired it and quickly. Returned to the shop for a new tire,too. Dependable and honest hard working people. Thank you so much!

Beto the owner is the most nicest person I have met. I called him 20 times and each time he was extremely professional. He event stayed open after hours on Sunday night to help me out. Him and second mechanic knew what they were doing and I would highly recommend them to anyone. I had '95 E350 box truck and quickly diagnosed the issue. Price is extremely fair.

I destroyed my tire in Marfa after driving all day from Austin and this was the closest shop open on a Saturday. These guys were total lifesavers and got me in and out in under an hour with a new tire installed for a very fair price. It feels like a family owned business and I would trust them with my car any time!

I was in Ft Stockton for work and two of our work trucks got tire damage. One could be patched but one had to be replaced. I found Alamo on Google and gave them a try. Their facility is very clean and presentable. Their staff was very nice and professional. I was very impressed with their service. I'm very glad I went to Alamo Tire and highly recommend them.

We had a flat tire on our way to El Paso and they were wonderful! Tire could not be patched and they didn t have the correct size in stock. They found correct size tire at another location and picked it up and installed it within 1 hour for a very reasonable price!

We were treated so well by everyone we came in contact with the day we had our vehicle fixed here. Monica was amazing explaining everything to my mom. I left a little piece of my heart behind with the little helpers of the shop Jose and Joseph. Thank you for treating my baby with such love and care you all are amazing sweet boys we ll come back to visit. Thank you for getting us home for Christmas

Beto and his staff were amazing in their service. We were stranded in Fort Stockton on a Sunday and needed immediate car repair and transportation. The parts required weren't in town, and we had somewhere to be the next day. Beto not only advised us on the best way we can obtain the parts but also provided us with the local car rental business. He went out of his way to help us, and we are grateful for that type of customer service. Knowing this was the only shop open in town that day, he did not use that as an opportunity to take advantage of our situation. For the level of support given, the price was beyond competitive. I recommend their services.

I pulled in because I needed a tire to be replaced on a trailer. I started to film with my drone and the person changing the tire felt uncomfortable. She brought to my attention that they refuse service. This business is very unprofessional I simply recorded because I have to show the shipper the reason why we re taking too long

Stopped here to have a tire fixed, and the lady was helpful at first.Only we'd come a ways into town to have it done, and I needed to use the bathroom, and they do not have any public restrooms. (First tire shop we've ever stopped at that didn't have a bathroom!) Then they told us they couldn't fix the tire due to a bubble in it and proceeded to ruin the tire, so we couldn't get it checked out elsewhere or use it in case of emergency because we didn't have funds for new tires yet! That was totally bad on their part, for sure!However, they didn't charge us to ruin the tire the rest of the way. Kootoes to them.Just saw another review.... we are caucasian, too. That may have something to do with it all. I don't know.We do not recommend this place at all. Just saying.

I was interested in the 5.00 a month plan I heard on the radio. Actually it's 5.00 the first month and 25.00 a month after. FYI my oil change was 245.00. Read there signs. 150.00 an hour plus what oil. The staff was very nice.

Amazing experience. Broke down on the side of the road outside of town with a flat.When we replaced it our spare was low. After finally rolling into town we stopped and they were able to get us in immediately.We were back on our way with two new tires on our camper.Service: Tires

For being in the middle of nowhere Texas - they had reasonable prices, good inventory, and provided prompt service! Appreciate them !Also, being that I m not from here, she recommended a very good breakfast place - good people all the way around!

While driving from Houston to Los Angeles, had battery/alternator issues and stalled on the highway, 14 miles from Ft Stockton. The towing service recommended Alamo and I'm so glad they did. They went out of their way to help me quickly, and even stayed late after regular hours to finish my repairs. Wonderful service and friendly family!

Been dealing with them for around 30 yesrs, they always have your back. From the owner all the way down to the last employee good hard working people. They are a great asset to Alomogordo NM. God Bless them

My first time here and they work miracles ! I didn t know about this place, they asked me if I am a local then gave me a phamplet showing that I can get discounts when I sign up , I was soo relieved when I looked through it , it was really nice I think anyone that hasn t been here needs to come here . They are really nice people , Monica and Justin helped me out and I had a great experience I really enjoyed my experience and it was stress free . Also the owner was helping throughout and he is very sweet and helpful . I really recommend coming here

I was driving across country with my life in my car. My car broke down right outside of fort Stockton and they were about to close and took my car in and did amazing work. We just left Alamo Tire and repair after having new spark plugs put in. Which we had just paid to have installed in Phoenix....they got us in and on the road....I would highly recommend them!!!

Worst guy you could possibly even do business with he is a con artist and will scam you for anything he can, he is not even a mechanic he is a doctor. Very unprofessional and awful to do business with! He tryed to hold my truck and trailer after I had paid him. I had to call the cops to get my truck and trailer out. He is known for doing this in this town!!!!Service: Engine repair

Outstanding honesty! I was traveling through Fort Stockton on a Sunday when my check engine light came on. The local auto parts store recommended A AAA Services. The owner told me "I don't want to take your money. It's a minor sensor reading, and you can safely make it home (500+ miles). Besides, we couldn't get the replacement part on a Sunday." He could have charged me pretty much anything, but chose to do the right thing. It was great to meet genuinely honest folks in a profession that is sadly full of sketchy shops. Worst experience I have ever had with a mechanic, I wish I could rate them 0 stars. If you have ANY other options at all car maintenance wise, go with them. Our family got stranded a few miles out of fort Stockton and we were in a desperate situation to get our car towed and fixed. The tow truck driver immediately took our car to this place without our consent and then proceeded to diagnose our vehicle with a huge problem that would cost thousands to fix. Even though the diagnostic was not 100% sure that that was the problem. We decided to have our vehicle towed again through another service and now they are refusing to let us have access to our belongings in the vehicle. I was extremely disappointed with my experience and the way I was spoken to by whoever answered the phone. I asked one question and was immediately shut down, told off, and then hung up on. I was in utter disbelief. They are scam artists just looking for a quick buck, and will diagnose your vehicle just to make money. They do not look out for the best interest of their customers. 0/10 experience would not recommend to anyone at all.

Warranty on your tire yet. They state its thru the manufacturer. Now the work order doesn't not even state whos the manufacturer or what kind of tire was place. They give lil to no information. They always give manufacturer or a company Warranty.The service was completed at a premium price $$$. They can do better than this. A 16 inch TIRE! for a car after everything at 240$ COME ON!

These mechanics have truly been a God-send! Twice, my child had a flat tire on their way to school in Alpine. They promptly arrived and attached the spare. The second time it happened, they asked if I needed some tires! I didn t know this was available! Needless to say, they got it done in a couple of hours! I will always and forever be grateful for their services, help, professionalism, and promptness! Highly recommended!Services: Tires, Auto power window repair, Auto tire replacement

I wish I could give these guys more than 5 stars. I was on a road trip and my vehicle broke down just outside of Fort Stockton. Alamo Tire and Auto Repair was only one of two places in the area open on the weekend and I went with them, based on the positive reviews I read.They were 100% professional, honest, and transparent about their services, costs, and timeline. They stayed in good communication with me the entire time and, knowing I was stranded, made an extra effort to repair my vehicle as soon as possible, even giving me a ride back and forth to the hotel I was staying in.They got me back on the road as soon as they could, and my vehicle safely made it all the way back to southwest Louisiana with no further trouble.

Yes these guys are very professional they picked up are car for us & they fixed the alternator whenever we broke down on our way out to my brothers funeral in California. And they worked with us and are the best place I ve ever dealt with in all my years Of dealing with mechanics & businesses. They dropped us off at our hotel & brought our car to us seeing there s no Uber or taxi services near here. So I would highly recommend them & there professionalism s is unmatched. For real they helped us out tremendously and we where limited with our funds and they where very reasonable and great to us. Thanks again guys for your help. Because of them we are going to make my brothers funeral on time .

I arrived unexpectedly to get the tie rods installed on my truck. I was very impressed with their service. They treated us with kindness, respect, and professionalism. I loved the communication. They informed us how things were going and when to expect the completion of the vehicle. Although we ran into an issue...they were fair and we were understanding of the outcome. I will certainly go back for them to service my vehicle. I would give them a 10 star and will recommend them to friends and family.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

These guys are so quick and professional and really know what they re doing. We went from stranded with no clue what the problem was to knowing the problem and getting a new starter put in so quick. Such nice guys too.
