Where do I start first this store needs to be made an example of what a company should follow!And it s a 50 stars review Not 5!Mario Susan And Dan are a shining picture of Advance Auto Parts!We broke down on the side of the Highway in the desert on I-10 16 miles out they helped us get the parts so I could fix my Gas Pump!It was hot and sandy in the day and the night was extremely cold.There was a old tunnel under the highway it was like out of a horror movie.That evening we got it in and made our way back to Fort Stockton!It was massive stress off our shoulders!Mario Susan and Dan for the next few days helped us find the parts we needed!And went Way ABOVE and beyond any other automotive store!They pointed us to the right direction to a Great Mechanic and we got our other car issue fixed!These folks are what TEXAS is all about!They make TEXAS proud!I completely recommend this store over all others!The store and the people in Fort Stockton made it hard for us to leave.This town has a special place in our heart!Susan Mario Dan are like extended family to us!The prices for the parts was good and they had what we needed!They Actually know what they are doing!Thank you and God bless Small Texas towns like this!Advance needs to follow the example of this store!

The staff at this store are amazing. Broke down in old VW van on the way to Big Bend. Mario the manager is a top notch human and went above and beyond to help us get back on the road. His kindness and knowledge was exactly what we needed. We made it to Big Bend! THANK YOU MARIO!

Had an amazing experience with the staff at this place. Broke down, bad alternator and dead battery. Mario the manager went above and beyond to help us get back on the road. He helped us retrofit an alternator that wasn t supposed to fit with custom brackets when no one else in town would even talk to us about it. Big love for MARIO!

When our car broke down on a trip to Big Bend, all the parts store in town didn t want to help - we had a VW Van with a retrofit engine, so we needed help finding an alternator. One part store said we probably have a matching part, but we don t have time to go through them).But Mario at advance worked with us - he looked in the computer found one that had similar mounting brackets and helped us out throughout the day with finding belts/brackets that would also fit. The dude was amazing and Mario - thank you for saving our trip!

Walked in store and was immediately ignored when walked in. Waited until workers were done talking and asked for a hose to be made. Guy from back comes up to counter maybe supervisor or manager interrupted and said cannot be made and that I don t know what type of hose I need and he can t make it. Very rude staff. Will never go to Advance Auto parts again. Went to NAPA and line was made no questions asked and excellent service.

I made a trip to Advance Auto the last week of July this year in order to try and find some Freon and Compressor oil. They had both in stock. I took two Freon's and one Compressor oil and went to the register.Upon arriving at the register. I walked up, set my Freon and Compressor oil containers down on the counter, they scanned them and the prices were not anywhere near what the shelf prices said. There was a six dollar difference in the price of the Freon. And a three dollar difference on the Compressor oil. I told the cashier what the prices on the shelf were and we walked over and looked at the price tags. I was informed that those were old prices. The price tags were dated 2021. The cashier removed the price tags off the shelf.Basically, I was told that the store does not honor the shelf price because the prices are changing so rapidly day to day that they can no longer keep up with them.My advice to anyone shopping at Advance Auto, if you are buying something, have the staff scan the item before going to the register so that you know what you will be charged.

I was standing up there for 15 mins while two guys were just talking. Then when I was trying to get assistant one of the guys got rude. Then I went to O'Riley's and found out that it was 10 dollars cheaper and they are much nicer. Don't go here the worst service I have ever got from a auto parts store.

The prices on the rack were marked one price and when you went to pay for them they said they were 3 dollars more then what was marked.. I took pictures of the marked prices and the manager pulled the tags and said I can only give you one Item for that price..She was informed Corporate was going to be called and said she did not care they can not do anything.. I am waiting for a call from the CEO himself reference this problem. Hope you too can find another job....

No loaner sockets, so they sold me one that was the wrong size. Took 1 use to find this out and went to return it without receipt and was turned down even though it had its plastic hanger. Found the receipt and went return it again only to be told they wouldn't refund it for being used. It looks brand new aside from minor fading inside from where the edge of the bolt made contact, oreillys down the road however refunded me every wrong part they've ever sold me, decide for yourself.

They have the item that I needed. They have a sign to wear masks support the health of people. and yet they did not enforce it with the customers at all as well as not sanitizing any of the pens or payment devices or anything else that they were handling.

They would not let me return the product they sold me the night before the wrong part still in sealed packaging with receipt the manager was very rude and didn't have time or respect for customers I do not recommend going here
