Don t waste your time here. They have more than enough workers, but they all walk around doing a lot of nothing. They re on their phones. Since 7:30 this morning (it s now 10:00), they ve done 1 oil change. My car was 3rd in line and have waited hours at this point. Others continue to wait hours for tasks that don t take long. A good manager who can get their team to do the job would ensure personnel does better.

Do not come here for tire needs. Go anywhere else like Forney tire and service. I waited here watching the mechanic struggle to rotate tires taking him over an hour on a single car. I was third in line. Called a place down the street was in and out within 7 mins. Joella the manager is clearly not doing a very good job here

I came on a Saturday and the guys where Tony and Wally. They said they were short staffed. Wally checked one car in and then changed the oil. Anywhere else they would check everyone in take your keys so you can leave, not here, not today. This never happens at other Walmart stores. I will not come here again. Do better Walmart, fully staff your departments. We are sick of your poor customer service and managers that hide. They don't even have fans, no wonder why they are moving so slow. Please hurry HEB and save us.

Absolutely horrible experience. I called to ask them when they ll be open, I was told they ll be back from lunch in an hour which was okay, I waited in the parking lot for over an hour or two and no one ever came back. I called the customer service and they said they were open and I looked again to be greeted with a closed garage. DO NOT GO HERE! The employees are either careless or liars.

People were yelling and screaming while managers were just standing around. While they did do everything fine with my vehicle they did not with someone else s!!

Nice and helpful mechanics (5 stars to them), absent Walmart customer service associate (1 star to them).I had an appointment and needed to talk to the associate. No one answered my call. I called 5 times and all were disconnected about 3 minutes after ringing. Pulled up to the shop and was greeted by the mechanics who helped to check me in. I was a little late due to traffic but they said it was okay. The tire shop walmart customer entrance was still closed at 7:20am. The mechanics let me in the side entrance and I waited for my tire installation. The tires were installed quickly. I paid the clerk about 30 minutes after I arrived at 7:15am and she said I would have to wait for the mechanics to bring my keys. I sat waiting for 15 minutes for my keys. The clerk left the auto center again. I talked to the mechanics and they said they left the keys at the register. I waited again for the clerk to come back but she didn't return. I grabbed my keys myself, which were next to the register the entire 25 to 30 minutes while I was waiting for them to come back.

Extremely slow service, 1.5 hours for a flat tire and tires rotation, no knowledge of effectiveness time at work, several just walking and clocking time, no matter on customer service experience.

They don t answer phone. When they do, hold time is forever, then they promise to call back & never do. Terrible Customer Service!!!!

The previous day, the guy told me that they don't have the type of tyre that I was looking for when in fact they do. I confirmed by phone later with the Auto care center Manager (which was helpful by the way) and she told me to come next morning. The next day, I have to wait for 2 hours for car which was having a tire service and later, when I came back after 2 hours the guy didn't even start working in my car and he told me that I didn't left my key when I asked him why for him to get it from the keys ceiling pad shortly. After a while, unlike the way I told him, the guy put the new tires in the back when what I clearly ordered and their other member clearly took note of that. Certainly the worst tire change experience that I ever had and I would have given them 0 start had it been available.Service: Tires

I went to this place this morning around 8:10 A.M. (they open at 8) the gate was up but nobody was around so I went in through the man entrance and after assistance at the front door I went to the automotive dept and I told the lady at the counter that I needed someone to check my tire because it was nearly on flat. She told me they were only doing oil changes and one of the techs (instead of helping me) directed me to the air pump. I have never put air in a tire but now was the time to learn because he clearly wasn't helping. Anyway, I went out and attempted to no avail and then I saw an older gentleman, Harold who also worked in the automotive dept. Harold was so helpful and refused to take the tip that I was trying to give him. I will no longer be a walmart customer but I'm glad that Harold was there to help me this morning and advised me to get the tire checked even though he filled it with air. I got it checked and there was a nail in it. Thanks Harold

I stopped by on 03/19/22 at 10am to have my battery checked and buy a new one if needed. The two people there were little help to no help. The 1st person. I asked if they can help me with a battery and directed me to the battery wall and told me to find the correct one. I found a possible match and I asked the 2nd person to corroborate, he seems bothered to be asked this question.Compared to the Durant, OK. Where I last used their services; these guys are children playing toy cars with no customer service.Service: Auto battery maintenance

Honestly, if I could give this store a zero I would. The only reason they would get a 2 star from me is because of Julian! So I split it in the middle. We bought 8 tires online because we have 2 vehicles that needed a full replacement. We get there to be told it would be at least a 2 1/2 hour wait before they could even get to us and 5 hours before we would even get out vehicles back. After confusion on weather or not the tires were even in and being sent somewhere else to check. Steve & manager Lynn tell me to come back tomorrow after 10a when more than one installer would be working. So we came back the next day as requested to find again only 1 installer, the guy that's supposed to be doing the check-ins is chatting away with a buddy and no one else around. We parked out cars and went inside. An employee out of uniform tells us it'll be a 5 hour wait and Steve says nothing. Female department manager first tries to convince us that we hadn't even been charged yet then sends us to sends us somewhere else to do the refund and tells us we have to park somewhere else. So we move our cars to the front, wait in line at the service desk then to be told our tires haven't even been checked in that we have to go to the back of the store to the online order spot to receive out online order, then back upfront to do the return. At this point we ask for the store manager to sort it out. Karen & Julian arrive. Julian apologize a ton for the situation, but other than trying to see how long the wait in automotive would be, nothing else was done to salvage the sale. After the words did nothing to salvage the sale. They could've offered a discount, they could have loaded the tires in my truck for another Walmart to install, but all they said was, 'y'all are just done with the store, huh?' 'fill out a comment online.'

Was not very happy, been using Walmart for a long time for my oil changes, today 8 dropped it off, went back to pick up. First thing caught my eye, the mileage sticker was not updated, so I looked under the truck at the oil filter and it was dirty, old oil dripping off, yes I have a small oil leak, that's another story. So I started thinking the oil was not changed. Asked the guy to change my oil again while I was there and he checked the filter which he stated by just looking at the filter he knew the oil was changed, he also said he wiped the filter off and said I was good to go. Without e en pulling dip stick to check. This is a long story as they went to get a manager and they came up with a asst Mgr. From the store side, who knew nothing about vehicles, how I knew that? She stated that the oil can only be drained by removing the filter. I explained the whole oil pan, and drain plug, that has a little something to do with it. After she looked at everything. She stated her conclusion was oil was changed. No satisfaction guaranteed here, as they would do nothing about it. I still feel oil was not changed. Been using walmart for over 20 years and this is unacceptable. 1 star. abuse at least they were nice about not doing anything to satisfy a long time customer

At this point the auto care center is a joke. Last time I went in on a weekday in the middle of the day and was told it would be at least 3 hours to get my oil changed. I went in today at 2:30, there were no cars in line and was told it would be 5 hours to get my oil changed. I laughed and thought he was joking, he told me no he was serious. According to the employee I talked to they only had 1 employee working in the entire automotive department. How does a super Wal-Mart only have 1 person working in that department? Every time I ve ever tried to get my oil changed it s taken forever. If you have all day to wait around for them, try to get work done here............

Another missing product ground beef on a pick up. Called and the manager lady looked around and said nope sorry?? It's time after time and they don't give a chit. Calling Corporate.

Called ahead to see if they had 4 tires for my vehicle. They said yeah. Cool. Get there just after 1:30. They asked us to stand outside (in Texas heat) and then proceeded to spend 30 minutes looking for the tires to say they only have 2. I felt like I was shrugged off at this point. They said they'd call Terrell to see if they had any. They were on the phone for a minute or so then hung up. Then without updating us on anything they proceeded to talk to each other behind the counter, ignoring my attempts to get their attention. We left just after 2:20. Absolutely furious, don't think I'll be back. Closest walmart to home but I'll find another one

Called ahead to see if they were able to do an oil change for my car. No one ever answered. I arrived at 5:45 p.m. and Janet refused to give me any service. Horrible customer service! Don't waste your time and just go across the street to Jiffy Lube.

People were working in the auto center but like always it's not enough employees. Nobody inside knew what to do. One girl sent me outside and by the time I came back in she was gone. and they wonder why machines are taking over people's jobs.

Terrible service! I pulled up to the tire bay and a lady comes out and said what do you need I say im seeing if yall have the tires I need. (I'm parked at the bay that says tires) She responds with probably not. I said why would you say that before I even tell you what size I'm looking for? She then got defensive and said because I do this every day I i know what size you need. I said ok what size do I need? She then starts to look at my tires to find a size. I said these are not the tires I need I'm looking for some for the rims in the trunk. She said we probably don't have them either. I then said it's ok I'll take my buisness elsewhere. I'm shocked she has a job. Lazy is her middle name.

Today, march 18th i received the worst service ever. A female worker treated me very rude and took me as stupid. She thinks people are lazy like her. They will never see me there.

2nd car in line when I arrived for an oil change. I was on the road in 40 minutes with five quarts of upgraded oil and filter for $32.95. Can't beat that!

Great place and only place I purchase my tires and have my oil changed. The customer service is not always the best but the manager always straighten's things out.

This is the worst place to have your oil changed and tires rotated. I paid to have tires rotated and the technician failed to do so. I wouldn't let these guys put air in my tires. Just flat out horrible.
