I just needed some air! Made to USA at 7:44pm. They are suppose to close at 8pm. Ask if I could get some air he said we close! I already turn everything off. Really? It s not 8pm and I only need air! I said. He turned and walked away like I said nothing! Ugh!

Lost my wheel lock, lied, screwed me, left my wife stranded and had the nerve to tell me I left my wheel lock. Used to love the place...it's terrible and extremely scummy now, the tire they sold me was overpriced and yes I checked the dallas market and spoke to associates at Omar's Tires. Thanks for ripping me off and then they called the police because I was upset at being ripped off. 95% of my reviews are positive and I'm in the top 10% on Google. I'm posting this so no one else gets ripped off.

Wouldn t recommend to anyone! Walked into their shop and had to personally seek out an employee since they did not acknowledge my presence. The employee I spoke with was extremely unenthusiastic and didn t ask me what I needed. The employees made me a little uncomfortable and would frequently check to see if I was watching them. They were switching tires from my old set of wheels to my new set. Without informing me they used a method where they put Gasoline inside the rim of the tire and ignite it with a cigarette lighter. As the tire would mount to the rim they proceeded to watch the tire and rim burn in flames and they slowly grabbed their air gun to extinguish the flames. It wasn t till I got home that I realized that the face of my wheel had been burnt and the paint of the wheel has been compromised by the burning of the clear coat. The destruction of the paint could of easily had been avoided if the employees wouldn t have nonchalantly grabbed the air hose to extinguish the flames. A significant portion of my paint had also been stripped from the removal of the tires on the machine they used. I immediately called them and asked to speak to a manager, however the employee that just installed the tires responded that he was the was the manager in a very unprofessional manner. The following weekend I drove up there and asked to speak to the real manager and he claimed that the procedure had nothing to do with the burning of my not only my clear coat but my paint as well. He then proceeded to say that a polishing cream would fix the missing clear coat and there is nothing they can do about it. A very scandalous operation who has no regard for their customers. I will include images of the damages from this incident.

Bought a tire and it popped 3 days later... Went back and they tried to charge me for another tire. They also lack extremely in customer service. They need to count there days.

Went to get tire changed. 1) threatened to call police on me bc they wanted me to leave due to the fact they couldn t find the 4-way lug nut that lets down the spare tire underneath the car. 2) they initially were trying to convince me that I should buy a used tire with a crack in it that was clearly rotted. Not realizing they re dealing with someone who sells cars for a living and will not be taken advantage of. 3) they miraculously found the four way when the threat was turned around.

Had them rotate the tires. Didnt tighten the bolts on my hub caps good and lost a bolt. Went up there to get another bolt to have it corrected and was told I'd have to wait for them to order one. I'd understand if they didn't have any, but the shop is full of the same wheels.

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience. I patiently waited to be assisted only to have 3 customers who came behind me with no appointment to be helped and taken care of. I looked forward to the great service I've seen others experience, however did not have such luck. I would not recommend.

Great selection of tires. They didn't have the used tire I needed but they call a friend ((Alex Tires) and sent me there where they had what I needed. The few minutes I was there, they were very helpful and friendly. They are much closer to me than where they sent me so I will definitely return.

These guys were amazing. My friend got a flat and we were looking for her (hard to find) tire size, we left NTB (didn't have her size and were closing soon) we drove here, and the guy who helped us was awesome. He lent us a tool to get her old tire off (she didn't have one), tried to patch the tire but the side wall was dead, sold us a tire of the right size, and it was very reasonably priced, with a good amount of tread.We both made a mental note to remember them next time we need a tow.

Needed my tire valve replaced. Was on a spare, wrecker told me about this place. Best service ever! Helped me immediately, replaced valve and put on my fixed tire for me in no time. Such nice guys. I had a semi regular place but they are my guys from now on! Thank you!

Disappointing. Sold us a bad used tire, did not even last a week. When I was on the phone with them, they hung up on me. Avoid going there.

Just recently call and the guy with the deep Hispanic accent hung up on me. If you don t know your prices, just say that or post the prices online! Pendejo!

Absolutely abhorrent. Not only did they try to slip me a used tire that was damaged without telling me but they were also rude all throughout and behaved as if their customers are an inconvenience. No manners and multiple people were drinking on site in the repair bay. Do not go here.

My husband gets my "new to me" tires from here and they're ALWAYS excellent tires and the service is fantastic! The prices are beyond reasonable! So good to know that there are still good, honest, hard working people and businesses around! Won't go anywhere else ever again!

Very bad customer service. The guys that work there don t even want to do their job and treat you very bad. I wouldn t recommend it not even if it was free. This is the worst tire shop in the USA no one should go there unless you wanna have a bad day Bad week for another flat tire their service sucks they should close this place.

Came to this location for a tire rotation on a week day and it took way too long. There isn't any reason why it should take an hour and a half for this task. I was told the guy doing my rotation was new and the manager wanted him to be really careful since I have nice wheels. I appreciated the care but honestly this is a 15 minute task for some who is experienced. For someone new, maybe 30 minutes? I don't know. I didn't want to give them too low of a score because the manager was super apologetic and seemed to be concerned about my discontent. However, I don't think I will becoming back to this location.

ZERO STARS! WARNING. NEVER AGAIN. JUST GO TO NTB in Forney, or even better, DISCOUNT TIRE in Terrell! Save Yourself the hassle!They damaged my brand new rims by dropping the wheel, then gouged and scratched them with their carelessness. Had to convince them to refurbish my brand new wheels by calling their management. They agreed and put some temporary tires/rims which were, you guessed it, misbalanced so they shook violently as I drove. Earned a return trip to balance those, WTH. Returned yet again to get my now refurbished rims, which you guessed it once again, were mounted incorrectly and shook. I had to return YET AGAIN. Unbelievable! ****** In the end, I had to go to NTB around the corner to get them to fix the problems. ***** These guys are incapable and inept. Don't try to file a BBB either, they will have a smarta$$ response and blame you for their carelessness.

I went to try to find two new tires and the guy who helped me told me they didn't have them but could order them. I offered to pay for them or give him my information but he insisted it was not necessary and to just come back in two days. I then showed up two days later and I was told the tires were never ordered due to I didn't put down a deposit. I specifically asked the guy who helped me the first time I went and even had my wallet in my hand ready to pay!

I ve been getting tires from them for two years now and have never had any issues. My mother has been getting her tires here for a couple of years and recommends this place to everyone she knows

These guys have no idea what they're doing. Went there to get new wheels put on and have it balanced...after I got home I realized they filled every tire up 10-15 PSI over the correct amount. Then I drove it on the highway and it shook like crazy because they dont know how to balance. When I took it back, they wanted to charge me again to have it balanced...why would I pay you to do something twice when you've shown you dont know how to do it. I'd give 0 stars if I could.
