Don't ever go to Orielys Auto in Forney! They are very unfriendly unhelpful employees. I came two days in a row for two different cars with check engine lights on both to test to see why. My car and my fiances cars. They don't print out a paper or offer any parts.Tonight I thought the employee was following me to my car to help me when I had just asked. There was only one other person in the store and was being helped. Suddenly 3 ppl came in and the guy who was supposed to help me started checking out customers and kept doing so. Interesting how they were all the same race. I felt insulted and ignored so I left. Autozone next door had prompt nice detailed helpful service.Im always nice to ppl in customer service and they were definitely not nice every time I've been which has been more than these times.

I came into the store with a million questions about my ac in my truck. The assistant manager and one of the young guys were extremely courteous and awesome! I now have ac again in my truck. These guys went out of their way to help me and I appreciate it!!!

Really busy location. Over priced just like every other O Reillys. Easy to get in and out of the parking lot. Staff was alright. Not my favorite O Reillys, but also not my least favorite

People there didn t want to their job, their attitude isn t customer service oriented, besides that today I went to drop the used oil I changed my 3 cars and they said they re full, they need to be full of new parts, always when ask for something besides oil they don t have it or they don t help to get it

DJ helped me determine that I needed oil and how much; he also put it in my car! Thank you so much! O'Reilly thanks for having a great employee in DJ!

I don t know why we keep dealing coming here, Robert is the only one worth dealing with, the rest of the people in this place look at you like they have no clue what you re talking about, or that your an inconvenience to whatever conversation they re having. They don t bother calling when an order comes in (which winds up getting sent back), and there been a number of times I ve gotten talked down to. At least the auto zone next door has nicer people.

Very helpful and knowledgeable employees. Carl and the others helped a lot. Edward was quite rude though.

Don't argue with your customers, it's not a good idea/look especially the end factor your wrong about the part the customer is requesting

The employees are freaking great, they absolutely have a outgoing personality and makes me very comfortable when maybe looking for something that I'm not very familiar with, the employees there when I was there would work in the upper management of any business that I would own or run...

I needed a battery and edward helped me so much. I called 30 mins before closing and he was able to locate the battery I needed, install it for me and take my old battery. Also keep in mind this was one of the days that was Icy outside and most businesses were closed. Thanks so much. Will always shop here.I also had just left Walmart and didn't buy a battery there because they had no one to help me10/10!

If i had a choice, and I do, between O'Reilly's and Auto Zone, it would be O'Reilly's every time. The majority of the folks that I have dealt with here are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I have had one ot two that just seemed to be put out by my requests, but they could have just been having a bad day. This last time, I went in to have a check engine light come on and asked of they could test it. The guy agreed and had a code in less than a minute. When he came out and I turned on the vehicle he said it smelled like I was running rich and he eas pretty much right on the money. I asked if we could go in and find out what a new O2 sensor would run me and he gave me a quote, but said it was about the price that a "shop" would charge me. I was a little shocked that he didn't try to sell me the part, but if they didn't want my money I could take it somewhere else.

One of my headlights and one of my rear parking light went out and I went and asked for help to get the right replacements and HELP installing them. One of the staff named Ming was quick to checkout my car, find correct replacements in my budget and them INSTALL them for me. So I went back to Auto Zone next door and asked for a refund for the light bulbs they sold me just a few days ago because one of them was WRONG and because they refused to help me install them as requested. Thanks Ming for being the kind of helpful and knowledge professionals that O'reilly's can be proud of and that earn the LOYAL and REPEAT business from Happy and Grateful Customers like ME.See you and O'reilly's next time!!!Bruno -

My car wouldn't start twice today, had it jumped both times, and knew it was likely the battery. Went to O'Reilly Auto Parts after work and the employee tested it...dead as can be. Bought a new one and he installed it free of charge. The whole process was maybe 15-20 minutes. They got a new customer today...excellent customer service.

Amazing!!! The employee Jessie went above and beyond for us! We came because our splash guard had gotten loose and started draging while we were on the highway and Jessie practically did all the fixing! He got on the ground! This man needs a raise, he is a testament to the fact that kind people who go that extra mile still exist. Cannot recommend this place enough!!

I'll admit, I initially went to Auto Zone, which is right next door. They said they didn't have what I needed and didn't really seem to want to help. The lady there told me they aren't even allowed to go outside and help people with their vehicles anymore (I assume because of covid)...but masks? Anyways, went next door, had 3 or 4 guys doing whatever they could to help me. They came outside multiple times to check my vehicle and make sure what they had would work, AND, I found out Auto Zone actually does carry what I needed, but for $30 more. Can you believe that?! We will definitely be switching to O'Reilly as our primary. Thanks guys, 5 stars!

Forney O'Reilly: Customers are not acknowledged upon entry of store, atmosphere is cold and unfriendly, employee was rude and attempted to sale me merchandise I didn't request or need, failed to suggest other companies that provides services that O'Reilly doesn't provide as an assistance to their customers.Auto Zone has gained a new customer; better customer service by-far! Thanks Auto Zone.

I've been coming here for about 4 years since I moved to Forney, and have probably spent thousands at this location. I began coming here because I felt O'Reilly's provided a better customer experience than the AutoZone next door.Today, I purchased supplies for an oil change and a set of wiper blades. While I was installing the blades in the parking lot, I was informed by another customer that after I had left, the staff were insulting my appearance (wearing skinny jeans), and my ability to install the wiper blades (I've actually restored multiple vehicles, but I digress). This customer told me he simply walked out after hearing this, since he didn't want to do business with employees who treat their customers in this way, and talk about them after they leave (especially in the presence of other customers).I agreed, and walked back in to the store to ask for the manager on duty. I informed him what was reported to me regarding the insults, and that I would never be returning to this store. He seemed not to care, and I walked out. I will be purchasing all of my auto parts from AutoZone from now on.It may seem petty to some to rate a business so harshly for an incident such as this, but I feel it's important to value your customers, even after they have left the store. Especially ones that have given as much repeat business to this location as I have. I'd prefer not to have to wonder what the staff is thinking of me as I shop for auto supplies, and when brought to their attention, I would have liked at least some type of acknowledgment to my concern from the management. I wasn't even looking for an apology.Take this review as you will. I simply hope the staff at other stores are kept to a higher standard than this one.

Great, knowledgeable, friendly service. Broke down from out of town. Robert and Jesse got me the right parts and O Reilly loaner tools. A little advice and a belt diagram and I was on my way! Made a bad day good again.

Every man working there today and every male customer in there at 11:10 this morning SUCK. I was next in line and the heavy set kid with the beard behind the counter walked away left me standing there went to another register and said I can help the next person. All the male customers said they were next and still left me standing there. I left my stuff in the floor and walked out. Not one of those males in that store said she (me) was next.

My daughters battery went out in her car. I gave her a jump in the Walmart parking lot. Drove over to O'Reilly's near closing time. Had to replace the battery which was still under warranty. Mike one of the sales associates was very helpful and even allowed me the use of a tool . The entire process took less than 15 min. Got home in time finish watching the Mavs game. Thanks Mike.

I made the mistake of going to Auto Zone first. Attendant there was less than enthusiastic about helping me find the touch up paints. He basically motioned in the general direction while pulling his hoodie over his mouth, nice customer relations attempt. I headed over to O'Reilly's, and wow, what a TOTALLY different experience. I was met by a young man (at the front register #3 at 5:40pm) with a greeting who instantly asked me if he could help. I asked where the touch-up paints were and he not only told me, he had me follow him to the correct aisle where he proceeded to pull samples and find me the right one. Once we did, he volunteered to show me how the new touch-up paints work! Once I said I was ok with them, he asked if there was anything else... wow! Autozone was a zero, and O'Reilly's was a 100! Nice job guys! This young man deserves the recognition! Very helpful and ready to make the customer happy. It's appreciated!

Called up there to check for shock and strut assembly twice the first time a lady told me they had it in stock so I told her I was on the way. I called another time just to make sure it was in stock before I made that 30 min drive, spoke to a guy he said they had both rear shock and struts assembly so I asked if he could put it to the side for me and he said he would and hung up. So I drove up there only for them to tell me they did not have them in stock and I would have to go the distribution warehouse to get them..... waste of time and gas incompetent people working the phones...
