The reviews speak volumes of this establishment!!!!!Charles and his crew do a great job. What I like and truly value is how easy it is to talk to Charles.Other shops you feel like you are being talked down to. Or get irritated by any questions you may have.Charles is quite the opposite. He will break it all down for you and help clear up any confusion you have. He truly values his customers and will do everything in his power to get your car operational.So if you are new to the area or are looking for a reliable mechanic team....I would highly recommend Charles and his team

Update:I thought that the below review I had posted was true but they had me fooled. I called and further texted to let Charles know that upon fixing the repair he said was the problem for what I came in for I was still experiencing the same exact issues. Two other repair shops in the area correctly diagnosed the issue. I tried explaining to Charles that I wasted money and it could have cost me thousands more in damage to my engine had I not been thorough based on what his shop diagnosed. He didn t want to offer a solution other than a discount on a future service. Why would I want to come back for a future service if you can t make it right the first time around when your shop misdiagnosed the issue I came in for? It is bad business and I cannot recommend this shop to anyone. I tried to leave a good review before but I was fooled by their kindness. I understand that mistakes happen but in this case they took no responsibility for it because they don t do welding work which welding work wasn t even the correct issue. They must not have taken enough time to correctly diagnose.I am new to the area and was looking for an honest mechanic shop! Charles was excellent from the start. I knew over the phone he was someone who could be trusted. Upon arriving he quickly told me what was wrong with my car that s how good he is at what he does. He even gave me a tour of the shop. I understand why they are growing so fast. Continue putting good into the world. I will now be coming to this shop for all my car work needs!!! I highly recommend to anyone looking for top quality work at affordable prices. They won t try to sell you what you don t need.

Charlie is a great mechanic and always friendly. Anytime I can't make it to his shop I know I can call him up and ask for his advice. He's always make me feel like a valuable customer and keeps me informed on what's going on with my car.

Charles is the best mechanic I have ever been to. He is so honest, and does a great job on your vehicle.I came in for AC repair and he had my car done very quickly and provided updates along the way.He also has amazing customer service. I will continue to bring my car to him and have recommended my family to do so as well.Thanks Charles!

What can I say? If you want an honest mechanic/auto body expert, this is the place. We are new to TX and had no idea who to turn to for help with our Fiat 500x. We called this shop and we received top notch help. Charles is a GEM, and I would recommend this shop to anyone!!!

Charles pretty much saved me from buying a lemon. I told him i wanted to run a diagnostic on a vehicle i was wanting to buy & we were from out of town. When we got there he was willing to jump right on it. And take care of it. He is a super great guy. I believe in reviews & he has the best reviews around the area. You cannot go wrong using charles. Charles was amazing. He checked out my car and walked me through the issues. He even used analogies for me because I m not a car person at all. He s very straight forward and polite. I just moved to his area and I m happy to have found such a reliable and honest mechanic.

Tomorrow 9/2023 we will be picking up our 2003 Matrix from Master Auto Repair, And all I can say is Charles is a Professional at what he does you can tell he loves making miracles if needed or not and when he does, he will tell you and show you just what steps he took he's our mechanic for the long haul, Thank You Charles again. I'm new to Forney, I've been in Texas for less than a year and the worst thing happened my car engine light came on. I was able to drive my car to Master Auto Repair and I spoke with Charles. He was very knowledgeable about what was going on with my car and very informative, he explained to me what was happening to my car and why. I found a Mechanic that is knowledgeable , informative and Fair and if I could give him a 10 I would.Thank You Charles

Charles of Master Auto was a pleasure to work with. We found ourselves needing repairs while on a trip from Colorado to Louisiana and he was the only person we found available to do Saturday work. He answered a late night Friday night phone call and got us in first thing Saturday morning. He drove to get the part we needed and worked all day Saturday to get us back on the road by Sunday. He charged us a fair price and did great work. We will definitely return to him if we re ever driving through again.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

Had issues with my car not starting, took it to Christian Brothers and they tested my battery and said it was supposedly good. Car kept dying so I decided to take it to Charles and he tested my vehicle and it showed I had a bad battery. Thank you for helping me out in such short notice! Definitely recommend him!!

Randomly found him searching for a same day availability appointment to get my front suspension done on my car. Very Happy to have found him, he was able to get my car done earlier than estimated on a Saturday, I had all the parts and just needed it installed. Recommend and will be doing future servicing of my vehicle there. Thanks again!!

The best experience. Platinum Ford in Terrell had my truck 3 weeks and didn t even touch it. Charlie fixed it in 2 days. Highly recommend.

Our Cadillac needed work and broke down in a parking lot! Charles picked it up for us, and had it fixed by the following afternoon because my husband uses it for work. Very knowledgeable, respectful, and willing to help. Very reasonable with prices, and is not just trying to make a quick buck. Im extremely happy with their service. I was quoted much higher rates from other mechanics but Master Auto Repair gave me a quote over $200 less than their competitors. I just passed by after a quick call and they fixed changed my car hood latch that was not closing. He explained to me what s wrong and got it fixed for me. Yes sir yes sir. Even on a special day as today. Father's day. I had no one else answer their phns because it's Father's day, but my guy Charles answered and walked me through step by step on how to properly bleed my brakes on my 2018 3500 dodge Ram Dually turb0 diesel 6.7LT tradesmen.
