Junior was very helpful and amazing to work with on getting my dream bike! He was able to answer all of my questions and concerns and was very informative of all the services they provide. Will definitely be bringing the old man to get his here soon!

As a new rider, I spent so much time researching the bikes that I wanted and searching for the best deals. When I finally committed to making a purchase, I knew that I wanted to make sure that the bike I bought was mechanically sound and would be big enough that I wouldn't outgrow it in a few months. When I came to Lone Star to follow up on a beautiful 2017 Victory Vegas that I had seen in their inventory, I noticed right away how easy it was to get along with the people who worked there.I used to be in car sales and had been to a 3 other motorcycle dealerships so I was ready for pushy sales tactics or disinterested sales associates, but luckily, I got Alex K. instead. He was the person who helped me and showed me around. I was really impressed that not only did he have so much knowledge and experience, but he was very understanding and took my "silly beginner questions" seriously. I never felt dumb, and he was patient enough to offer me suggestions about the first time bike buying process. He wanted to make sure that I didn't just buy a bike, but that I felt valued and got on the right bike. I left very happy and couldn't wait to have my bike delivered.I noticed that everyone at Lone Star really cared about doing the best job possible. They were all very kind and even offered me safe riding tips that I hadn't learned in my Motorcycle Safety Foundations course. As nice as they were, it wasn't until I worked with them to resolve a mechanical issue later on that I saw where they truly shine. Shortly after getting the bike there was an issue, but all I had to do was call Alex and within an hour he had gotten me and the bike picked up so that it could be evaluated. Then I got to meet Seth and he worked tirelessly for a week to get my bike back to me, since I was on a tight moving schedule. The team went above and beyond for me and I'm so grateful that I picked the right place to give my business. I would highly recommend Lone Star Indian Motorcycles to both first time buyers and seasoned riders.

I d been looking for a specific bike for awhile & couldn t find it at my local dealership, so I went online & found one at Lone Star Indian. A 2019 Chief Vintage Icon, I flew in from Salt Lake City & they were amazing to work with. Clay took great care of me & so did Michael. We got the paperwork done & I rode home on my brand new Chief. Clay even called me the next day to make sure everything was goin well on my 1300 mile ride home. I would highly recommend Lone Star, great people & great dealership.

Picked this bad boy up from Lone Star Indian in Garland 01/31/2018. Great set of folks that work there.Clay Johnson, thanks so much for being a straight up sales associate and pointing out the pros and cons (not really any cons, just option choices and having to decide). No sales pressure! Trust me, I went there two other times with a handful of questions and being undecided between the Dark Horse/Limited...If you have a chance attend one of Indian DEMO days Lone Star offers...Good Times there! Thanks again guys/ladies....I'll be back for sure!

Still smiling! The service is always exceptional, but I want to brag on the GM for a second! The saddle bags I bought with my Indian were off brand and were rubbing the belt cover, big time! They took care of me with installing some new Indian saddlebags! Did I mention they covered the bill, that's 1200$$$$! This is why I bought from Ride now, they take care of people! They definitely will continue to get my business! New to the Indian family and new to the ride now family in forney! Job well done!

So I was a bit upset it took someone 10min or so to ask me what I was looking for but am happy it happened when it did. I got to work with AMAZING ALEX. If yall go here, please ask for Alex. This dude is amazing. Polite. Wont rush you or make you feel less in anyway. Very knowledgeable. He will find a way to get you the bike you want. Place was clean, stocked. But Alex stopped it off, I wouldnt go anywhere else!

After having a negative experience with an Indian dealership that's only 20 min. from my house, I called up Lone Star Indian (1 hr away) and it was the best decision I could have made. I'm 6'9" and can't fit on just any bike. Jesse (sales) sat with me and we brainstormed a way to get the right bike. With help from Kevin (parts), we were able to put together a bike that I could ride comfortably. I now own a 2018 Springfield that's been extended in every possible way and I couldn't be happier. These guys really went out of their way to make this bike happen. Because I had to order multiple parts, Kevin made my anxious waiting time bearable and kept me in the loop the whole time. When the bike was near completion, Logan (technician) had me sit on the bike and tweaked the controls and settings for me. There is no one in the entire staff who is not great to work with.Elizabeth (finance), Clay (mgr.) and the driver who delivered the bike to me (I think it's Rob) were great. All sales and customer service here is a pleasant experience and I don't recommend any one going somewhere else.

While performing a nationwide search for a 2014 Can-Am Spyder, I came across a listing at Lone Star Indian Motorcycle. I received a call from one of their sale team, Jesse Murphy. He was super responsive and suggested a unit that he had in stock. While it was two years newer than what I was looking for, he offered it a price that was thousands less than I would have expected to pay for that year bike with the low miles that it had. While I was handling this transaction remotely, which should have been difficult, his immediate access, either by phone and email provided me with a great experience. Kudo's to Jesse. In the days of reduced levels of customer service, Jesse stood apart. My bike arrived today and can not wait to get on it for my first ride. Thanks Jesse for a job well done!

Battery died while out of town in Rogers AR, on our 21 Chieftain Elite we bought here. It has always taken several turns of the engine to start up. Went Heritage Indian to get a new battery installed. The battery turns out to be the wrong battery installed by Lone Star. Not enough CCA. Got a new one I stalled in 20 mins by Heritage. It fires right up on first turn of the engine. This is the second item we had to be out of town for to get something fixed right. First they could not adjust the clutch to have any feather in it, then to find out wrong parts installed on a brand new off the showroom floor bike. Disappointed in our local dealership.

Came in for a recall on my Indian Scout. Everyone was friendly and asked if I needed anything aside from the recall. They resolved my issues and almost had me leave in a new motorcycle. Great group of guys and will definitely go back for kinds of services and maintenance.

Jay was awesome, detail crew not so much. I bought a used scout over the phone and arrived 30min before close(We drove from Tyler Tx). Since the make ready team dropped the ball on detailing the bike to take delivery, Jay insisted I take his personal detail kit to compensate his co-workers carelessness.

I bought my 2015 Classic at Lone Star Indian. My buying experience was great. I explained what I was looking for and they showed me that. They never tried to up sell me on a more expensive model. Since that day, I an always greeted as a friend when I return. They always remember my name. I have bought many accessories there most of which were installed by them. Here is an example of how they go out of their way for their customer. I bought Freedom Performance headers and Rush slip-ons. I later decided to switch the Rush slip-ons for Freedom Performance (FP) fish tail slip-ons. I found out FP sells headers and a full system but do not sell just the fish tail. What? That's ridicules but true. Thomas (Service Manager) said he would see what he could do. After a few weeks of calling this guy and calling that guy, FP agreed to make me a custom set of slip-one to their headers (pic below). I guess they don't want their fish tails on anyone else's exhaust. Makes sense. This is just one example of how they have supported me. Every time I call them for something, I feel I get special treatment. Lone Star is also home-base for the Dallas chapter of the IMRG. They attend many of the rides and meetings and contribute free stuff (who doesn't like free stuff). Bottom line, if you are looking Indian, go to Lone Star. They only sell Indians unlike other Indian dealers who sell other brands as well.Ken Hudson

I just purchased my third Indian from this store. These guys are great! Talk to Kevin on the sales team and he will take care of you. Also had new pipes installed on my Cheiftain a few months ago and they did a great job. The Service Dept is very knowledgeable and helpful.

I found my motorcycle on a Tuesday I did a wire transfer on Wednesday and I flew from Idaho to Texas to buy my Indian. These people were great to work with and the price was good. I will look here in the future next time I am buying a motorcycle. Great people.

After my experience with Lone Star Indian Motorcycle (and several other dealers), I think Lone Star has got to be one of the best Indian Motorcycle dealers. Here is why I was searching nationally (from Portland Oregon) for a black 2014 Indian Chieftain with low mileage at a reasonable price. In January 2018, I found what I was looking for at Lone Star.Since their online reviews indicated they were a trustworthy dealer, I took a chance and reached out to them. And after several emails, texts and phone conversations, I negotiated a price I was happy with and purchased the Chieftain (without inspecting and test driving it).I flew in (Portland to Dallas), completed the transaction and rode it 2,500 miles home.I had a few minor issues with the bike and each case Lone Star resolved the problem, even doing more than I had requested to make sure I was a happy customer.I wouldn t hesitate to buy another motorcycle from Lone Star Indian. Based on their friendly and superb customer service, I wish I lived close enough that I they could be my go to Indian dealership. I strongly recommend Lone Star Indian!

My experience with Lone Star Indian has been fantastic! I did not purchase my bike from them but I was recommended by a friend that I should give their service department a try. I can't say I have one complaint. Everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable, and seemed like they truly enjoy their jobs. Jacob Fegraeus is the gentleman who helped me and is grade A+! I never once felt pressured, in fact, I almost didn't want to leave because I was having fun talking with him. While having my bike at their service department. He kept me updated every day, even after hours, when I knew their shop was closed. I will recommend everyone to Lone Star Indian just as I was. Thank you again for the great experience!

Alex got me into a used bike with my trade in. They didn't try and low ball me on the trade in, thanks, and gave me a fair value for it, and got me into a newer bike. I liked that they have their mechanic go over the entire used bike and change out the battery, air it up, make sure its in good road condition prior to completing the sale. Thanks allot for the top notch service!

The service department at Lone Star has been great. I purchased my first Indian at Lone Star and my sales experience was not something to boast about or even recommend! After spending months of visits to the store and much discussion when I came to purchase my bike, I was told the bike I wanted was sold. After which the manager I had been in contact with passed me off to his associate as we were disscussing numbers. None of the discounted agreements were included nevertheless I made some adjustments and completed my purchase. The final dagger was the fact that he misspelled my wife's name on the paperwork resulting in her name being wrong on the title and was basically told 'sorry but here is what you can do to fix it'. After someone walks in your store and purchases a bike with cash, you would think you would get better service.NOW, there service department has been superb. They have been transparent in their communication and about all my parts that have not come in. They have done a great job on my bike and I haven't had any issues. The service manager Thomas is great and has a great team. He makes sure that everything is in order. While I would not recommend the sales department I would recommend the service department. They ride bikes, Thomas understands Indians, and treat your bike like it's their own.

I must admit that I have been in and out of this facility over a dozen times in the past year. This is my second set of wheels purchased from Lone Star. My first purchase experience was really not that great, but had more to do with an associates lack of attentiveness to my needs as a customer. Needless to say, he is no longer there and I just completed my second sale over the weekend. TJ, Brandon, and even Briana have gone ABOVE and beyond to make sure that all of my concerns were addressed and that i would be extremely happy with my purchase. They never gave me an impression that I was getting on their nerves with my questions and offers. I have always wanted to have a one stop shop for all of my motorcycle needs. Hopefully, I have found that place within the family of Lone Star. I took delivery of my slingshot and I am strongly working on becoming an Indian motorcycle rider soon. It's not a HUGE acre dealership, but they sure know how to make you feel right at home. I normally don't write Google reviews, but this was definitely worth it.

I've had one of the worst experiences with this dealership. The customer service rendered from the staff is poor. I don't usually rate places i do business with this way. But I feel it needs to be known i hope everyone else experience in better than mine. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone I know for sure i regret the experience. After going through the unpleasant process of purchase a few months down the line here. I call about a registration sticker I received as if the bike had a hard plate on it how can you recieve a sticker with a plate number that's not even on the bike!!? I was trying to communicate with the lady in charge of that unsuccessful of doing so. Therefore I called back next day was told she's busy it'll be handled next week. Very unacceptable along with unprofessional at the same time. Not to mention the unprofessional buying experience i had . Dealership use a Financial verification agency that makes a decision on finances without contacting the financial Institute completely unheard of. Reading through a few reviews customer service here has always been an issue.

The service I received at Lone Star Indian was stellar. From Kevin putting up with all my calls, he was professional friendly and helpful all the way. Now the tech Eric, I can not say enough about him and the way he treated my bike. I felt like he was working on his own . He was very informative and efficient. If you need service for your bike go talk to Kevin and Eric @Lone Star Indian.

Exceptional customer service. I am from Houston and I struggled purchasing my new scout bobber from our area as 3 Houston dealership didn't communicate properly. I found Loan star indian motorcycle and Alex helped me with an awsome customer service. He found the bike same day and the whole process was smooth according to his help. I flew to Dallas and pickup the bike knowing that it's worthy to deal with this dealership even its 300 miles away from my home. Strongly recommend this place.

As a first time motorcycle owner, I have relied heavily on the knowledge and expertise of the Lone Star Indian staff to guide my way. To date, and nearly a year and a half after my initial purchase, they have not let me down.Whenever I enter the store, I am greeted as a friend rather than as a customer. My service calls are completed on time and have never resulted in any issues. The service manager, Thomas, always makes time to answer my questions no matter how silly they may be (e.g., "Is the tread on my tires going in the right direction"?). My original salesman, Todd, knows that my second motorcycle purchase will go through him and him alone.Great people. I couldn't be happier with my choice of Indian Motorcycle dealerships. A customer for life...
