I recently had my car repaired at Joe Hudson's Collision Center, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The team was professional, courteous, and completed the job efficiently. My car looks as good as new, and I'm grateful for their excellent service. I highly recommend Joe Hudson Collision Center for anyone in need of auto body repairs.

When I was rear-ended Joe Hudson's Collision Center definitely took care of me. Christina was absolutely wonderful and made sure my car was taken care of and it was in and out in a very prompt time. Any issues that came up or taking care of right away. Christina and her team are wonderful. I highly recommend.

Slow service. Not detail oriented. Over priced. Don t think techs are experienced enough. Although, Carlos was very helpful. I believe this place was called Platinum before. I think it is now new ownership. Never had issues with Platinum. Well hopefully they get better at what they do. As for me, I will not be taking any of My vehicles there. Not sure, maybe problems there are unique to that location only

We had to return our vehicle because they didn't repair it right the first time. They ended up repairing $2500 more worth of damage. How did they miss that the first time??? Once we finally received our vehicle, we continued to have problems with it, but we are never returning it to this place! I'm not sure how this place has a high rating, but I'm telling you to go somewhere else to have your vehicle repaired correctly.

Very very happy with my experience here at Joe Hudson collision!I was very very upset, and everyone there really explained everything to me so I really could understand it! Christina, was my appraisal girl .sorry if I am using the wrong name Christina, but she really sat down with me and talked eveything out! She made sure that I understood everything and the whole process!,it was very very stressful for me, they really did such a good job on matching my paint . They even washed my car for me and putCar freshener in my car! It was rt before Christmas time, so they had my car over the holidays which was very stressful for me! She reassured me that everything will be locked, they have cameras at night time. They give you ample time to pick your car up as well. Which for me , I was very very worried about bc I had a rental car but I work as well. So juggling everything was tricky , but they were so kind to work with me! I pray to God I don't need them again, but I will definitly refere all I know to this FANTASTIC shop! Thank you again Christina and all who work at Joe Hudson Collision in FORNEY! your are all AMAZING! 100 STARS in my book! I do not give this many stars just like that.Thank you so muchPaulette

LOVED the top tour service. Had a comp claim after a bed box spring fell out of a truck and I couldn't not run over it. Raymond was so professional, kind and very communicative. even with how busy they were it got repaired in a week and a half (holiday week). they detailed the car and I'm not exaggerating when I say outside the repairs the car is in better condition now! they cleared the oxidization on the headlights and even cleaned the rear view camera. the detail they provided in the work quality shows. the first OEM bumper wasn't flush and was not quality. Raymond works with my insurance for me to get a factory one was so helpful. having enterprise there made it even more seamless... just dropped the keys off at the front desk, saved a ton of time!!! will use then for any issues going forward

Everything was going well till last minute same day they want to change completion date. For over a week and a half completion date was set for the 29th which is a Friday and now changed to the 2nd a Tuesday it s seems so easy for them to be changing peoples completion date that s a whole 4 additional days I will be without a vehicle. Returned the rental because everything had dates and now due to their inaccurate completion date that has changed to the 2nd I won t have a vehicle. This is ridiculous so much for the 4 stars they have which is why I choose them.

AVOID. I am deeply disappointed by this location. This place not only took 19 days in total to complete repairs, 2 extra days were because they broke my windshield during reassembly and they had to go to Fort Worth to pickup the glass per what Don communicated. I called my insurance company to confirm the covered rental days and communicated what happened. My insurance company called me back and said that they were told it was just a "scratch". This on its own is appalling. When I would call to follow up, I kept getting told by Don that he would call me back at certain times. and never called me back, so I kept calling. Once my vehicle was completed, he called me at 4:50 pm when they close at 5pm eveb though I had already communicated that i work in downtown Dallas. 10 minutes was not enough notice. This caused me to pay 2 additional days for the rental. I asked for a credit for what I had to pay extra due to their mistake, and Don refused. He had ZERO empathy and said he wasn't responsible for rental agreements even though their mistake of breaking my windshield inconvenienced me having to pay 2 extra days for a rental. All I asked was a credit of $55.00 which is not a lot given that they received over $2,500 from my insurance company and deductible. And to top it all off, my passenger door can't open from the inside. Never coming here again. The reply to my post doesn't realize that you can't leave feedback on the webpage and submit to corporate because Forney is not an option when selecting location.

Fixed my wife's car after she was rear ended. Brought it to like new condition! Even pointed out some work done by a previous repair shop that was wrong so we could fix it.

Great customer service from Rocky and the team. All repairs were completed in a timely manner. The facility is located in Forney, on the service road, right past the Kroger. In the same parking lot, there's an Enterprise Rental Car. This made it very convenient to rent a car and return the car after my vehicle was fixed.

Definitely was a gut wrenching pearl clutching experience. The work that was FINALLY completed was great but the estimated time frames were so far off. The communication and accuracy of my vehicle completion date made the experience stressful. I will add that after a few walk ins and speaking to someone face to face ( not the person assigned to my claim ). I watched her reference my vehicle status to the receptionist that greeted me and walked out with another customer. No eye contact , greeting , NOTHING ! However , The mechanic that worked on my vehicle patiently stayed after closing time explaining the details and the delays of my vehicle. Overall, I did receive better service in person than over the phone .Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Brakes

This establishment is amazing. I took my vehicle in for body work and they did a great job repairing it, it looks as good as new. They dealt directly with the insurance company and a rental car was there waiting for me. Also, the work was completed in less time than was quoted. They were extremely courteous and professional. I will definitely be recommending Platinum Collision to anyone I personally know that needs repair work. I was completely dreading having to deal with this all around, and they provided an excellent experience all around.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Returned vehicle with incomplete and poor quality repairs, waited a week with no return phone call. Despite a lifetime guarantee on the work, they resurfaced a wheel, forgot to rebalance it afterwards. Hopefully that's the only reason is shakes. They performed an alignment poorly and now the wheel is offset to the right and it pulls to the right. No idea if their shoddy attention to quality is the only reason for my issues and im bound to eat up a set of tires if I don't pay someone else to correct their mistakes.

Stay far away!!! New ownership, still the same management and poor quality of work. It's been over 5 months since Platinum Collision and Joe Hudson Collision first took my vehicle in for repairs. Each of the 5 times I got it back, it had more new damages caused by them. Their paint process is poor, they over sprayed paint onto black trim pieces and there were runs in my paint. They attempted to buff' my clear coat and fully ruined the new paint they put down. I had huge swirls all over my vehicle, and deep scratches from their buffer pad. I had another shop look at their work, and they said my whole vehicle needs to be repainted because the damages they did. My decals got put on by eyeball measurements in the parking lot and not to OEM specs or measurements. They do not buy OEM parts for your vehicle. I had dents and scratches across my whole vehicle. They broke trim pieces and ruined my clear coat. Thanks for ruining my vehicle and not making it right after tried to work with you for over 5 months. Everything you guys touched has to be redone and corrected. I have more damage now than when I dropped it off with Platinum and Joe Hudson. DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE TOUCH YOUR VEHICLES!!! I hope this shop gets turned around or shut down if they can't.Service: Painting

Well dang it. I needed Joe Hudson once again. After a small ipad checkin issue everything went smooth. I got text updates and started feeling like my car was proceeding with repairs quicker than projected. The Friday morning I turned in my rental car early, that afternoon I also got a text saying my car was ready! Funny timing. So Monday I arranged a ride and drove away hapPy aGain!!

From the time I made the appointment thru completion of my vehicle, I couldn t have been more satisfied. Shelby was amazing! He was so friendly, respectful and professional. He kept me informed of possible delays and progress and never made a promise he couldn t keep. I would highly recommend Platinum Collision and will definitely use them again if I am in a similar situation. It s a shame I can only give them 5 stars because they deserve a million more!!! The staff was very helpful, especially Mr. Shelby. He was very attentive to our concerns. He took time to explain the process our vehicle would be involved in. He kept in touch giving us updates as to where they were in the repair process. When the work was completed, our vehicle looked just as it did when we brought it home from the car dealership. I would highly recommend Platinum Collision (especially in Forney, Texas) to anyone!Service: Body & Trim
