I always have a great experience at the Forney Jiffy Lube and have been coming here for 5 years. Today Mark B went above and beyond to help me with my brakes. He was courteous, professional, informative and very easy to work with. I had no wait time and the service was done in a timely manner.I would also like to compliment the entire staff at this establishment. There were three other customers when I was in today that were all very rude, impatient, insulting and very entitled. All three were waiting for an inspection, which was taking about 20 minutes per customer. As most of us know, there is typically only one person who works at a time that is both trained and has the computer system to properly perform a state inspection. So while you may see other employees on site that may not look busy their job is not to perform official state inspections. As each costumer came in, they were politely instructed to put their name on a list and how long the wait would be. Yet customer after costumer was rude to the employees for having to wait their turn. I know this was only a snapshot in time but if this is what regular customers are like on a daily basis then much respect to the men and women who work with these customers. I appreciate the hard work and professionalism you have always shown me and my family. I highly recommend this shop and truly hope their average customer is better than the rudeness I witnessed today.

Went to this location for state inspection for 2 of our vehicles. Great customer service all the way around. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They communicated well amongst themselves and with customer's and their respective concerns.Although they were quite busy, the wait wasn t bad as they moved along steadily. Would not hesitate to use them again or recommend to others.

I waited to leave this one star review because it s the lowest option. Have yet to hear from anyone in management regarding the mishap of my recent visit.Stopped in for a coolant flush and oil change which I assumed went great. Only to find out a technician drained my transmission fluid which took over an hr to get corrected. Also, they did not give me a service date sticker.

They ripped my front bumper off by parking on the curb. And now instead of instantly fixing it when they know it is their fault they do a 3 day "investigation" to make sure it's their fault. 72 hours later still no word from the franchise owner. Stay away from this place. They will ruin your vehicle because they do not care about your personal property. My car is practically brand new. 22,000 miles never had an accident. Perfect maintenance record. No issues. They cause this and do nothing about it.

I went to jiffy lube one day to get my car inspected. I was told that the machine was down and they couldn't do it. I went back another day and was told that "he called in and it's just us two here". I returned a third time and waited in line for an hour or more, because it was the busiest inspection day of the week. The car actually got inspected this time, but it failed. I was told it needed 3 tires replaced. I went and replaced the tires and returned to jiffy lube to get that checked off the list. It should have taken a whole 10 seconds to confirm the new tires. I again waited in line for around 30 minutes. Then the inspector general came in and said "sorry, I have to go pick up my coworker and won't be back today". Now I get to return for the 5th visit.I can't say that my experience has been excessively pleasant.

We have been receiving service at this location exclusively for approximately 10 years and usually receive great service. We went in today for oil change and inspection and was met with immediate unprofessionalism. We went next door to sonic (5 minutes) and when we returned was shocked that our truck was removed from the line. Staff was extremely rude. We definitely will be taking our business elsewhere!!

This oil change jiffy lube, is the best place to get your oil changed. They vacuum your floors, clean your windows, (all your windows) they are curious, helpful, fast, respectful, honest. It s just an oil change. NOT TO THIS JIFFY LUBE.

Excellent service!A little bit of a wait but worth the discounts they sometimes provide from the front desk person. They are conscious about pleasing the customer and making things right. The only hiccup was, one of the guys from the shop (Caucasian) came in to ask about my vehicles inspection and I asked for a tire rotation and he made fun of me saying well it would have been nice if you had told us sooner we could have put it up in the bay and just stared at me weird looking. I felt embarrassed in front of the other costumers because everybody started laughing.

Your location in Forney Texas on 548. Employees don t greet any customers. They walk in and past a poor girl waiting at the counter. She walked in 15 minutes ago and they still have not asked her a thing, she ended up leaving. Not one of them has said a word to any waiting customer other than one lady asking for a set of keys, which she took from the customer without saying a word. One man has come in and is joking with everyone, thank goodness. Seems some critical customer care lessons are needed. I ve been sitting here 20+ minutes, no interaction whatsoever. Spoke to a gentleman said he'd been waiting 2-hours for an inspection. This is unacceptable. I ended up going to the place in Terrell and got in and out in less than 15 mins.

I had my wife go in here to get an inspection while I was at work, and sadly this is another story of a shop taking advantage of a woman. The inspector tried to up charge unnecessary replacements and then failed the inspection due to a tire that was just replaced a week before. Being an attorney I keep all documentation of all replacements on all of our vehicles. After approached with the documentation showing him that all the tires were brand new, he shrugged it off and said there was nothing he could do, and proceeded to charge my wife for the inspection that didn t even happen. Just don t go here (if you can avoid it). I am extremely disappointed in this place.

My mother-in-laws car kept telling her it needed an oil change. She was worried so we stopped by this Jiffy Lube. James the manager noticed the car had very low miles as it s a newer car. He said the car did not need an oil change yet. Apparently, the dealerships will set the oil change reminder sooner than it needs as a way to get you to come back to them. They checked the oil and we were able to reset the reminder. In a world where it seems everyone is trying to nickel and dime you, James and his staff show there are still good, trustworthy businesses out there. We will be back!

This is the second time I have been to Jiffy Lube for an oil change and this is the second time where they have left a mess in my car! I have white interior and zero care was taken to ensure cleanliness. I had black grimy hand prints all over my white leather interior. My floor mats were covered in grimy oily foot prints. Anytime I bring my car to other places, they put protective covering on the floor and seats, not sure why this doesn t happen here.

I appreciate the service technician noticing how bad my headlights were and offering to polish them when I just came in for an oil change. I can t believe the difference, they look brand new again for a very reasonable price!

What happened to customer service. A few months back customer service was awesome. Now that you have new people at the Forney location customer service has went downhill. I was there on Saturday and Sunday. They were not friendly no smiles did not look you in the eye. Had to ask for the mileage sticker after the oil change. If you don't want to be at work stay home.

Forgot to put oil in my car and told me to start it 2 times! Even looked at the oil stick 2 times and still told me to start it. To many people not caring about their job! Was going to let me drive off until I told them they forgot to put oil in it. Than argued right in front of me about it.

I don't like bring negative however, this must be said!! My family usually loves going to jiffy in Forney but the last two visits was unfavorable.Nate is always more concerned about up selling and not custom service and important details.So when I came back to get the very WRONG oil filter Nate ordered I was met with an extremely rude Caucasian man I believe he's their inspector. He was Condescending, short, wouldn't answer questions and literally left me standing there with no communication !! He needs to go. He's toxic and ignorant!!

The best place to get your oil changed. The manager and the employees are very nice. There is always a wait, so get here early. I got an oil change, inspection, and brakes. The employees were kind enough to provide me with discount coupons. There is free wifi and a TV. You can also sit outside and wait.

Absolutely amazing experience! Our car battery decided to die at the Kroger gas station across the street, with no known issues. When I called Jiffy Lube as a last resort, James, the manager, offered to come help us. He started the car in just a few seconds and also didn t charge us. We had our two year old and our cat in the back seat, so it could have been a horrible experience. Thank you so very much James! We will be using Jiffy Lube for our future oil changes and brake pad replacements. Thank you sooo much!!!

A guy name Matt on the cash register was very grumpy and was showing me irrelevant attitude. He was laughing on me with his coworker while I was standing on the cash register to make a payment. He was having a weird attitude. Please take an action to provide him good training about customer dealing. On the other hand, Jesus was a very good guy. He helped me so well. Five stars and promotion to Jesus. Keep employees like Jesus.

Came in no one at the desk the mechanics coming in and out which makes sense their working. But normally it s someone at the desk. No one greet me I m standing at the desk. I go outside to leave I see a woman standing over a man working on a vehicle. Which she supposed to be at the front tending to the front desk. You never know who who s going to come in. Never know who s watching and who knows who. The floor was dirty as well. That s my feedback will not spend my money at this location. If I m going to get this type of customer service.

The state inspector was very slowI watched him do several inspections before doing mine and not once did I hear the horn sound or see him check any lights.He never checked under the hood for brake fluid or power steering fluid.But, after I waited for over an hour he told me my wipers were totally in-affective. I ve been a state inspector and mechanic for 37 years.This place needs a visit from DPS

Worst place ever!!I have been doing my inspections for all my vehicles multiple times for years with no problems and all of the sudden one does not pass because my car was loud and something about my mufflers?!Not to mentioned they keep you waiting to check you out! Not going back there ever!

This place usually has really good service and everyone that I ve ever talked to was very nice and helpful.However, I went inside and no one was there to greet or talk to us so I sat down and waited. When they finally came out they treated us so disrespectfully and asked us why we were just sitting there. Everyone there is so nice but today they were not and came out with so much lack of respect and kindnesses.

Chris & Myles are the two phenomenal workers whom are actually a great duo, I commend their efficiency & swiftness when it came to getting my car serviced within minutes. They provide a sense of welcomeness, that had decided for this JiffyLube to be the one I will choose everytime.

They broke my rear view mirror and stated it was like that when I brought it in. I did appreciate being called a lie. They gave me some bogus paper work and stated that the main office will get back with me. But they never did and when I called the number on the paper, the people stated they didn't know what I was talking about because it had never been reported from the shop. Look your vehicle over before leaving or better yet, don't even go there.

The manager is great !! And interacts with the customers all the staff are great and thorough. It's a little pricey but I'd rather pay more and feel valued!!!

An amazing experience with an oil change and tire rotation. I completely forgot about adding a coupon from the website. Then I look at my receipt and the cashier had already added it! I love the jiffy lube in Forney, Tx.
