I had a wonderful experience with Grimes paint &body. I took my vehicle in to them. They asked me what was most valuable to me about my vehicle. I told them that the sensor was going off whenever I drove my vehicle, not so much as the dent. Hepulledl my vehicle into the shop and adjusted the sensor. He brought my vehicle back to me, and I was on my way. Thank you so much..

I have used Grimes Paint and Body twice and they are truly wonderful to work with! They always go above and beyond to make sure you are a satisfied customer. No one wants anything to happen while driving, but the fact of the matter is, it happens. The most daunting part of it is what do you do next? GRIMES PAINT & BODY gave me a sigh of relief regarding this! Their customer first and satisfaction guarantee is absolutely exceptional!!! Grimes was wonderful! I cannot recommend enough!! I brought my daughter s car to them and was SO impressed when I picked it up. Not only was all the body work done, the car was detail cleaned AND things were fixed that were not even part of the wreck. Beyond impressed! Grimes Paint and Body is head and shoulders above all of the Body Shops I ve dealt with and believe me I have been to a lot of them in my 75 years. I had three pretty bad dents on the tailgate of my truck and thought I would have to replace it. I took it to Grimes Body Shop and Edward Grimes looked at it and called me with a bid to repair it. He gave me the price and a completion date that was very reasonable so I decided to give them a try. He called me a day early and said it was ready. My tailgate looks brand new!! Edward, his wife and their entire crew were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them! Give them a try you will not regret it!Services: Carburetor cleaning, Body & Trim

Ed & his wife took care of us from start to finish. Ed is extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy, personable, professional and kept us in the loop throughout the entire process. His crew and staff are experienced and great at what they do. The work on our vehicles were completed in a timely manner. We are definitely satisfied customers and we highly recommend this shop. Although we didn t repair our car at this place because we decided to selling the car without any repairs, but Edward was super nice to take look our car, he very honestly told us the repair processing, cost. He recommended us to another shop near by because his shop is fully scheduled sounds like, etc.We highly recommend you go this place for your car s repair if you are looking for because we sure that trust is how important thing for people whatever when you are selling, buying, serving things to or from others. Phenomenal automotive service and outstanding customer service! After wrecking my car, I called Grimes to do the body work. They handled everything for me and had such a positive attitude throughout the entire process. Got my car back and it looks and drives amazing! Highly recommend!

Thank you Ed and the team at Grimes Paint and Body!!!! So excited to get my baby back after going over a load of shingles on I-20 during our family spring break vacation.You and your team went above and beyond to get her looking good and back to being safe to drive. Thank you for accommodating our crazy schedule and making yourself available outside of business hours for us to pick our van up. Anyone who is in need of automotive repair and is in the area of these guys, please go to them!!!! They are awesome!!!!

I had a minor incident with my white 2014 Nissan Altima which is a company car. I had several quotes on getting the car fixed repaired but always look for a trusted local business. I spoke with Edward on the phone and went to visit with him. Grimes takes great pride in their work and have been completely satisfied with the work that was done with my vehicle.The front bumper needed to taken and adjusted and there was a three day process for the paint to be applied. Edward explained in detail what need to be done and followed up with me during the process. I also went over a curb and damaged my car the day after it was fixed. Grimes worked with me and fixed the car a second time. I highly recommend using Grimes body shop and will let anyone know that you will be in good hands when getting work done.

OUTSTANDING service and quality of work. I had my truck repaired here after some clown pulled out in front of me. They did such a good job that the dealership couldn't tell the truck had ever been repaired when I traded it in. The truck even passed all of the "certified vehicle" tests. Hopefully I don't have to go to any body shops again, but if I do... Grimes is the only place I'll allow near my vehicles.

I made two phone calls, one to Insurance and one to Grimes P&B.... Edward took care of everything from there, Tow Truck, dealing with insurance, everything. I didn't have to worry about a thing. My Wife and I went to pick up the car and it was perfect in everyway, it looked better than it did when we bought it.Edward takes pride in every job he does and you can tell in the finished job.Fast, courteous, perfect work, this is the best shop I have ever dealt with, and needless to say, I will never take my cars anywhere else to get fixed... this is my paint and body shop!

Used Grimes for repair after an accident (front end damage). They worked with the insurance company directly-no stress for the customer! Repairs were done quickly and at a reasonable price. Will be using for any future business and will recommend them to anyone.

Best paint and body shop hands down. We (Metro Mechanical Inc.) have been using Edward for our paint and body shop and he comes thru everytime. He is great to deal with and always gets our trucks back on the road very quick. Go see him you wont be disapointed.

We have used Grimes Paint and Body shop in Forney for our business for over a year. Edward Grimes (owner) has always been prompt in getting estimates done, worked closely and deligently with our insurance company, picked up and returned vehicles, and has even gone above and beyond by picking up spare parts for our trucks.
