The owner is very nice, helpful and friendly. He didn't have the AC condenser that I needed, but he ordered it and had it in his shop the next day.

Dropped off my radiator for my 1946 ford pick up to have the upper hose ports changed and the radiator gone through and fixed. Took them a month to get it back to Me after telling 3-5 days. Recieved the radiator back and they didn't even straighten the fins. Called and asked about it. Was told it takes too much time to do. Aren't you a radiator repair shop? We have advertised them in our car club news letter for free for years. I will be recommending we take them out. Extremely displeasedService: General repairs & maintenance

They never answer the phone says they open at 8 am I've been calling for an hour and still get a recording they are closed and the mail box is full

I rode on my motorcycle from Austin to Forney to visit my son. Before I got to Forney apparently I caught a small rock in the radiator and developed a leak. I was unable to find a replacement so I called Forney radiator to ask them if they fixed motorcycle radiators. They said yes and I was skeptical. Took the radiator off took it to the shop and they had the radiator fixed within 30 minutes and only charged me $50. On top of that they had a 3-day backup but since I was on a trip they got me right in. Highly recommended. Friendly and knowledgeable and just straight up good people.

Could not believe that they could repair a Griffin radiator so quickly. A matter or seconds after being set up to be held. Sr. Is very nice and does exactly what he said they would do.

Alright folks I've been trading with these folks for yrs as my dad used this place for all our stuff for I came up knowing Tim took good care of his customers !!! So just the other day I dropped off a radiator as it had developed a leak !!! Real quick Tim had us diagnosed n fixed n went to pick it up yesterday paid him just as they closed yesterday evening n got it home n realized I was missing a hose so first thing this morning got up n called them n of course they found it n sent a picture of it n of course he knew we had no ride n I jokingly asked if he'd bring it to me thinking there was no way buddy !!!?? Noway he'd leave his post n bring me my hose !!! Man thats way above n beyond customer service !!! U just don't hear about stuff like that !!! Customer service is a lost art folks ...well not on those guys at forney radiator !!! Tim brought me the hose himself!!! Man thank u thank u n thank u guys are the best hands down no question top of grade these guys are great !!! Thank u thank u thank u?!? If u take it anywhere else ur missing out folks!!??

Great place the service continues to get better and better. I strongly recommend this place if you need a Radiator, repairs on your Radiator, or DPF filter cleaning, I have been using this company for 5 plus years now and I'm extremely grateful for the service I get from this place.

My freightliner 2018 semi truck had DEF issues. I took it to two dealers, one near Houston and another near Dallas. Both dealers charged me 10k and failed to fix problem. But atleast one dealer helped by referring me to a lady who reffered me to Tim of Forney Radiator. I didn't believe Tim would fix a problem which two dealers couldn't but he assured me he could which he did at a price less than a 3rd of the dealer's who didn't succeed.

They have their own equipment and are really good at explaining what they do. My first time here I had my DPF filters cleaned. A year later I had my one box cleaned and nox sensors replaced. Almost 500 miles after my last visit and no problems so far.

Very knowledgeable and helpful! Gave me a great - "can't beat it price" on a new AC Coil for my vehicle. Savings were around $120 here, than at the auto parts stores. So happy I got their referral from a mechanic friend! Hope I won't need to... But if so definitely will be where I come again for parts and help!!

Very friendly people. Great service. They handle all dpf and cooler needs. I always use them. He works with me and my customers to get whatever we need done in a timely manner. McSwain Equipment Repairs will continue to use Forney Radiator.

These folks reminded me that there are still good people in the world! I was almost 2 hours away from home when I was in a small accident. I limped my truck all over Forney trying to get someone to help me. My bumper was crushed in on my front tire. I couldn't make a right turn! No one would help me.... auto repair shops, mechanic shops, body shops were all too busy. I was turned away without a thought. I went for broke and wandered up on a radiator shop. They were slammed too. But they took a few minutes out of their day and got me fixed up and back on the road! I wish they would have let me pay them. Genuine group of guys and a gal! Thanks so much!

I own a freightliner. The stock radiator has a plastic top and bottom. I've always had cooling issues with these radiators and the transmission cools thru them as well. I had yet another stock radiator fail in Terrell Texas because of the plastic caps. The shop happened to have a Forney radiator in stock. All aluminum. They installed the radiator and not only does the truck run cooler even in this heatwave we're going through, my transmission runs cooler than it ever has. Thank you so much Forney radiator for building a radiator for the big trucks that work like they're supposed to.
